Everyone, and I mean everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from the lady making sure we had masks, all the way to the check out process.

I was pleased with the procedure that I received the Dr and nurse explained it all to me it went well!

My first appointment post op with Trisha. I’m a picky retired RN so I know ‘stuff’!!!Trisha was beyond great. Listened intently throughout our visit. Answered every question thoroughly and assisted with finding the odd otc meds I needed. She was pleasant, encouraging, and upbeat! The entire staff is great!Now...if they’ll get rid of the absolutely useless masks!!!

The facility was great, clean monitored by humans to keep everyone safe.The reception nurse was kind, asked great screening questions and verified all my information while we were both masked as all Americans should be.I got the first appointment in the morning 7:30 am no one was in the building except the reception nurse and the lab technician. Who was fantastic.Everyone was in good spirits and masked, safe and caring I don’t know how you can ask for a better experience.Everyone be safe .

Scheduling an appointment was tricky, but, hey, these are weird and strange times! I had the most amazing experience during my appointment with General Surgery at the Rapid City Clinic. From the gentleman at the front door screening patients to Carol at the front desk, from Amy the nurse I met with, to Trish, my PA - I am so impressed with the level of professionalism, while also being incredibly considerate, compassionate, and warm. Can’t say enough good things about these individuals and the general surgery department. I feel like I am in great hands with my procedure. 😊

The staff at Urology are AWESOME! Tristie takes time with me, answers all my questions, is very professional and I gave the highest confidence in her. From the check in staff to Lab staff and the nurses are amazing!

I enjoyed visiting with Dr Melissa Brown. She really took the time to listen to me which was greatly appreciated! She also took the time to explain things to me. It was refreshing to visit with her when most doctors seem in such a hurry to get you in and out. I feel confident in her decisions.

Well, after checking in at the front door and answering the four important Covid questions, I proceeded to the front desk there I answered another four important Covid questions and got the shakedown about my employment status, I’m retired, drug store of choice, how I was going to pay for my visit, then was asked to pay for my visit, and then got to fill out the same paperwork that I filled out the last time I was here 4 weeks ago. I think you would have a better reception and much lower blood pressure readings if you would treat people like people rather than numbers or cattle!

Darla is there to greet you when you first walk through the door and she is delightful, patient, and excellent at her job. Next, Nurse Kim does all the things nurses do like blood pressure, temperature, and ask the difficult questions preparing you for your visit. Nurse Kim is extremely thoughtful, kind and caring putting me, you, anyone she deals with at ease. Then PA-C Tandis Hoffman walks through the door with her smile and infectious personality and you know you are in the best of hands! I would and do recommend this team to anyone who inquires. Staff was courteous, very helpful, and ensured that I understood everything. I even appreciated the receptionist admitting that the check in sheet I had to fill out wasnt applicable to my actual appointment, though I still filled it out as per procedure; it showed she Wass paying attention. All in all, good place!

The staff were all excellent and friendly from the time I walked in the doors to when I finished my appointment. The appointment started on time even though it was later in the afternoon. It was as good of an experience one could have for a medical appointment.

Dr Brown in Urology and her nurse was awesome. The procedure went smooth and quick. They both were amazing ladies and if i ever need help again, they definitely will be choice.

Exceptional staff all around! The nurses were so sweet and understanding, taking time to truly listen, empathizing in a way that made me much more forthcoming with symptoms/information.The Doctor (Dr. Sarah Rodolph) has these piercing, unbelievable blue eyes and though the masks seem to have a dehumanizing effect with regards most interactions, I could TELL she genuinely cared about my concerns.Her nurse (name starts with a T but please forgive me for not recalling it currently ) was very much the same and an appointment I’ve been dreading/putting off for far too long, was wonderfully informative. They both put SO much extra in to making me feel comfortable, authentic in my condition and assured me numerous times that I wasn’t alone.In in some medical fields, (with certain topics) this is absolutely essential for healing. I went there yesterday, not knowing what to expect for a geriatrics surgery consult. I felt nervous, and silly. However, all of the staff especially Fromms PA Brie. She was fantastic. Asked a lot of questions and answered all of mine. Very impressed and felt better about it all when I left. Thank you staff Dr Fromm and Brie for really really grasping and understanding what customer service, patient service is really all about. ... most gratitude!

The dermatology service was good. Im not a fan of everything now being part of Monument health, the big monopoly. Probably brought about because of rules and regulations of the not so wonderful Obamacare.

Dr. Brown and Jan, RN were very nice! They explained the process in detail and answered any and all questions I had. The check in process was quick and wait time was short.

The staff was welcoming. Dr. Haydens nurse was focused and caring. Dr. Hayden, (Urologist) was very personable. He spent a lot of time with my husband, listening to his concerns, symptoms, and complaints. He worked with my husband to come up with the plan of care that we all agreed on. We are very impressed with Dr. Haydens care and compassion. Thank you for the excellent care, we look forward to future appointments!

The medical staff are great hey get 5 stars. The business office was rude and didn’t care that I need my gall bladder removed all they see are dollar signs. That is the only reason I am giving them only 2 stars

My Mom was seen at the Dermatology Clinic today. The staff was very friendly. The appointment went very well. My Mom was treated well and respected. Would recommend highly to anyone who has skin issues.

The intake staff is always pleasant and check-in is a breeze. Never wait long in the waiting room. The clinicians are great. Dr. Robert Santa Cruz is a skilled surgeon and I’m thankful he performed my surgery flawlessly...he’s also an awesome person.
