Called Jeff at Sims Glass a couple months ago to have a hail damaged window replaced. At the time he was super busy since all of rapid city got hit hard by hail. He took my name and number down and called me a few weeks ago. Came by to look at the window, ordered the parts, and came back today to replace! I would highly recommend Sims Glass simply for the fact that he followed through and got to my repairs when time allowed. Not many places follow through anymore but Jeff saw my needs through to the final repair! Thanks Jeff for not putting me off and getting the job done, I appreciate it!

Jeff & his crew are absolutely the best! Always prompt and reliable and their work is excellent. We manage commercial properties around Rapid City and have had to make numerous calls on emergency situations and they are there in a minute and take great care of us. Would highly recommend to anyone!

These guys are great. They do really good work, communicate well, get things done on time, let you know good bids and go beyond just replacing a window or competing a requested bid. They will let you know honestly what needs to be done to do the job right. Jeff and his father have worked on 12 homes and 7 vehicles for us over the years without a hiccup.I recommend Sims glass for home and auto, from new auto glass, replacing and repairing used windows and screens to new storm win does and large bay window replacement. Great place.
