We are just here for the rally but All American Glass got us right in and 15 minutes later had our piece of glass. We needed a replacement for an unknown soldiers flag honor box and they delivered. Best place to go for your glass needs. Thank you for making our day!

I am not usually one to leave negative reviews. However, I don’t think I have ever been treated so unprofessionally. I called multiple times over the course of a few weeks to get on the schedule to have someone come look at my window, broken by hail. I spoke to Linda multiple times and would never get a call back. I finally got a hold of Eric who came over to check out the damage. There was one window with hail damage. We had two broken cranks on the inside of the window and another cracked window (not from hail). Eric and I discussed and he was going to get me two separate estimates. One for the window broken from the hail to provide to my insurance company and a separate one for the other window and the cranks that I would pay for. We talked about the possibility of us looking into replacing the cranks ourselves and having him fix the windows, but wanted to see the total cost first.Over a month passed and I did not hear anything so I called the shop to follow up. I again, spoke to Linda. She said she would have to have Eric call me back. From my previous experience of trying to get a hold of them for the estimates, I was reluctant that I would get a call back so I called again the next day.Linda told me that she had spoken to Eric and very rudely relayed that he said that I was planning to get a large quote from them, go to Menards, fix everything myself and try to get the money from my insurance company. She accused me of insurance fraud and told me they would not help me.By this point, I was extremely upset and floored. I kept my composure, but told Linda my entire story and that there had to have been a miscommunication and I wanted to speak to Eric to clear it up. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She wouldn’t let me speak to him and he did not call me back.I went to their shop to talk to Eric. He was very apologetic when I told him of my experience. He said “Oh no, I remember you now. That was not you, that I was referring to, that was another customer”. As I was leaving, I went to talk to Linda to tell her that I was the customer she was just talking to and had falsely accused of fraud. Then comes the best part, Eric heard me talking to her, came out and said “that was a different Elaine that he had been referring to with the fraud...He had told me he was still going to write up quotes for me and fix my window. It has now been over 3 months and I have not gotten a call. Although, I will not use this company anyways and highly recommend you look elsewhere.Sincerely,-The Other Elaine

Top notch service and products. I had a side mirror replaced by theses guys and they did an amazing job. I pulled the mirror off in the parking lot and dropped it off. 3 hours later it was done. It had been repaired with thicker stronger mirror than what came from the factory and they were very reasonable when it came to the final bill. Service and value are second to none

Ive used All American to replace plate glass in showcases more than once. they have worked on some on site and other times custom cut in their shop. Ive always been pleased with their service and will use them again for any glass I may need.

I just moved here from Hawaii and found an antique Secretary desk that I am refinishing. It had a plain mirror and I went to see Kinda who agreed that a be beveled mirror would be wonderful. She ordered it and I had it within a few days! She was terrific- great customer service and lots of fun!

Not reliable! I have called this company multiple times, even having the owner herself come and give me an estimate on multiple windows in my home to have repaired and replaced. The owner lost my phone number she stated. I attempted to give them a second chance, but again when I tried to give them my business, they will not return my calls. This company obviously doesnt need the business or my money!!

This was horrible, first the guy showed up over 40 minutes late (landlord called about the appointment 10 minutes after they were to be here and was told they were on the way, appointment was at 2 pm). Then he had an attitude when I was trying to explain which windows it was that needed to be fixed (they were to be fixed shortly after we moved in as the landlords already paid for them to be fixed back at the end of February). When asking the guy to not have an attitude with me, he said I dont have to be here and can send someone else here. I said fine and went inside, husband came outside and while waiting for him to come back from his truck, every cuss word coming out of his mouth throwing stuff in his truck. Husband said it wasnt very professional to have an attitude and he said he was to be off work at 3 pm and he just found out about this job 5 minutes ago. Well, the appointment was set up last week for today, so not to sure who might have dropped that ball, but still does not give him the right to be mean and rude to the customer.

Avoid this place ... when you have to call weekly about a window repair that was supposed to be done 3 weeks ago, and get the owner lady telling you she has other priorities they must not need business! I don’t know how this place is still in business!!! Go anywhere else! You would have better results lighting a $50.00 bill on fire!! What a joke!!!!! Go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was charged 70$!!! The guy was at my house for about ten minutes and just moved the screws on our sliding glass door AND it didnt fix it! I had moved the screws already myself and did over and over myself! Then we get a nasty note saying they were going to send us to collections and we didnt get the bill until a few days ago. When I tried to explain, the lady said the service guy was at our house for an hour and a half. No way! What happened to customer service? She didnt even give a hoot about my side of the story. Total waste of my money!

I got great customer service. The gentleman was very friendly, they handled our request quickly, and overall I was very satisfied. Ill definately be taking more business here.

Avoid this place like the plague. There is a nasty old lady that owns and runs All American Glass and Mirror and could probably be the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I had asked her to repair a window for me and needed a estimate on when the job would be completed. She assured me it would be done by the end of the day. I come back at the end of the day only to find out she had not even had it worked on yet. Furthermore, she broke the original piece of glass that I had with the window. I asked her what was going on, and she told me she had other prioritys other than my glass. I asked her why she told me it would be completed at the end of the day...her response was, dont like it take your business someplace else. I did and never returned.
