Our experience with Carpet One was wonderful. The salesman was easy to work with and knew exactly what we wanted. The price of the carpet and installation was very reasonable. The carpet layers were on time and very professional. They did a great job laying the carpet and cleaning up.I would recommend Carpet One to everyone!

Earl took our vision and made it a reality. He was very easy to work with and communicated with us often as to when our order arrived and could be installed. Larry and Tony did great installing the flooring as well. There was a slight mix up with the vinyl not being cut and ready to be installed, but they made it right and delivered it later that afternoon and it was installed that day. Overall we were very impressed and would definitely shop here again!

Everyone in the store was very helpful and listened to what we wanted. The installers were very professional, friendly and timely with the install. Our cats kept trying to help them and they kindly worked around our attention seeking felines! The installed carpet looks great and the cats approved their work.

ZERO! We treated like we were unimportant. We were looking to carpet our entire house, salesman was horrid.. Found the carpet we wanted, after looking at a number of places. Found the perfect one at Carpet One, yet wrong color was delivered and installed. Tyson was amazing, I told him it was wrong color. He offered to do whatever we wanted to make it right. My husband already ripped out old carpet and if we went with the color ordered we would be without carpet longer. Manager basically called my husband a liar about wrong color. WARNING!!!!! Make sure you go somewhere else, or you will be greatly disappointed. Manager is wrong on this and they wont admit it. They did offer to replace the carpet (why would the offer if they were not wrong???) but did not offered to help rip it up or do any of the hard work my husband would have to do again. We will be going to a locally owned store to finish up our 3 bedroom home. If you go here double check sale-mans work on order form.

Sales staff is the best Ive seen. We worked with Chet and he was knowledgeable and responsive. The installers on the other hand were sub par. They left a complete mess when they were done and didnt even offer to clean up. We have a very noticeable seam in the carpet and a bunched up area in front of the hearth.Follow up: the store sent another installer out to make repairs. He was outstanding and fixed the problems. This could have been avoided if the store had just followed up with a phone call when the work was first completed.Update: Seams are starting to split again. It isnt as bad as the original install but still easily noticeable. The reality is good carpet installers are getting harder to find.

We have done business with carpet one for many years, have always beensatisfied with the flooring they have put in for us. The guys installing are also very good at what they do! Excellent!

We received great customer service from Dana.The installation on the other hand was a nightmare. We were told it would take 5 days. When it actually took them 9. This is after they showed up the first day and only took measurements ( when they were already done) and left. They only worked for a few hours at a time maybe 4. Then were told that they couldn’t lay the kitchen floor over the exsisting floor so we lost yet another day. There also seem to be some confusion on if they had enough carpet to finish the project. Installers we very nice. I just think there was very good communication between them and carpet one. With all the delays and their miscommunication it was extremely stressful for us. My husband took time off to move furniture and get the prep work done. This also caused us to push back the date of putting our house on the market .Not sure I would recommend them again.

Horrible customer service! Changed product on final copy without notice, we were over charged. Upon letting them no we were completely discarded and never called back! Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy!!!

We are replacing some carpeted areas with tile and someone came out to do an estimate. We were then called back and basically told it was too complicated. What?! Installing tile in rectangular areas is too much for a flooring store? Im actually glad I found out their incompetence before I considered hiring them.
