I read the reviews about the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke and thought someone was just being hypersensitive. So, I thought I would shop local and give this business a chance. Upon walking in to the store, it is completely overwhelming. It is no exaggeration.The sales person ( who I believe to be the owner or manager) was completely disinterested in helping me.I do not recommend and wouldn’t buy a thing from this shop unless you enjoy a strong odor of cigarette smoke in your carpets or flooring.

Upon entering, I was overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke. I can only assume any carpet being installed would reek of smoke! Instead of being greeted, I was immediately told they were too busy to get carpet installed anytime in the next month. I left immediately and spent my money with Carpet One on Rushmore Road - theyll be installing right away.
