I have found my happy place. I guess I dont come to the mall often enough because I had no idea this place was here. There was so much to look at and so many choices that I didnt know what to get. The staff noticed me drooling over all of the chocolates in the case so they helped me with a recommendation on the truffles which was definitely a good choice. They have a huge selection of sodas I havent seen in forever so I plan to drag my husband to the mall with me so we can buy a case. Even though it was busy when I was in there the staff was still friendly and attentive. They should consider doing punch cards because I foresee me and my family visiting often.

Great selection of candy, soda, and other gift items. However, the store felt a little dirty, which is definitely not a feeling I want in a place where one is filling up bags of candy themselves. The staff was fine and not overly pushy. As for the prices, they seemed fair for the type of store. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Found some great candy and interesting flavors of sodas lol Love the jellybean selection but $10/lb is a little pricey...Jellybelly has a bargain outlet I usually get my jellybeans from so Im probably biased! lolBut overall great little store to stop into and find something fun and delicious!!

Found lots of different sodas for fathers day and a big slinkie for my son. The truffles and peanut butter cups were disappointing but the salted caramel squares were good.

Foreign candy selection isnt as big as it used to be but I still managed to find my favorite. Staff seemed pleasant. Some things are a little pricey compared to other stores but its in a mall, thats expected.

Ive come and gone into this store for many years because its sometimes fun to see what other kinds of candy there is that you cant find in your corner convenience store. With the exception of one employee a couple years ago, the rest have all been young and untrained in customer service. Thats fine as I have never actually asked a question, except for earlier today. After waiting patiently for the two female workers who were openly gossiping about some other employee I told them I had a question in which the one answered, What? I felt a little dumbfounded to be addressed in such a way and felt like I was a nuisance to them. I asked if they had a certain kind of chocolate bar and I assume the one I talked to was a manager because she said they didnt have it right off the bat. At this point I thought she would offer to try to get some, but she didnt so I asked if they keep a request list. She said they did, and that she tried in the past to get it in but couldnt for a reason I didnt understand. I told her to never mind because it didnt sound like she wanted to help me anyway. I felt like a pest taking her attention away from her gossiping with her co-worker about another co-worker. As I was leaving I caught them rolling their eyes and saying something Im sure was rude. If I were her I would have been friendly and happy to help my customer in order to keep his or her business. The only reason this business is still around is because of there paying customers (like ME!) and if they care at all about staying open they better learn that. I wanted to elaborate as to the chocolate I was talking about because its a memory from childhood, but I was never given the chance because of her careless attitude. Sadly, I will not return to this store and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Rude staff, argue with customers. Rude to my wife and argues with her on reviews. Argues with other customers on google reviews. They should not be allowed to run a store if they can’t be good business owners and be respectful and take the criticism they deserve! I cant wait for them to reply to this review and argue with me about it!LOL keep making up stories!!! Shes never been rude to you ONCE but you continue to be rude to all your other customers. Save the people a headache and close your store. As a diabetic its hard to find sugar free candy so I had high hopes going in. The staff directed me to the sugar free section in the store and while it had a few options I had never seen before, it was very small. Maybe consider expanding the sugar free section, otherwise the store was really neat and definitely brought me back to my childhood when I could eat a lot of what was in there.

I like bringing my nephew here because we like trying all of the weird sodas and candies, it’s kind of our bonding adventure when he’s in town. They have a lot of really cool drinks and candies and the staff is always nice and helpful. They usually recognize us when we come in and point out the newest gross or weird thing for us to try.

If your looking for an old candy or soda, this is the place to look first. I love my RC soda and I cant find it anywhere but here.

Anything sweet, this place accommodates.

They have a good selection but some of the candy seems a bit old and the workers are always extremely rude. I think i have been in here three times and its always been unpleasant.I was there last night around 6pm, cashiers were rude. The other two times i can not give a specific date. And yes, the location is correct (at the mall). Just the reply itself seems to prove my point about the attitude.

Asked a very simple question. We got an extremely sarcastic response. I will never spend my money where a simple question means youre stupid. Im pretty sure shes racist because she really didnt have a reason for her attitude & sarcasm

I bought one of their candies and it smelled like soft butt. Not buying that candy again. Steer clear of the blue raspberry bottles gummy candy. Unless you like soft butt. But otherwise, I love this store. Just won’t buy that candy again.

Very rude staff. My spouse, myself and our 7 year old went into this store and my husband put a quarter in the wishing well thing and my 7 year old caught it and the girl working there yelled across the store to not do that, my hubby explained it was just a quarter our daughter caught, she went in to explain that they cant touch it once its spinning, he told her he understood that but she is 7, she got a bad attitude and said its policy that once put in the spin it cant be touched....really?? He said it wasnt a big deal and he could put it back but with her attitude we can also just leave, she snapped Yeah, just leave. I put the things I was about to purchase on the counter and we left. As we were leaving the people behind asked why she was tripping on a quarter, she said its policy, they cant touch the quarter I mean, we did just put it in there. This girl needs classes on dealing with the public, u cant work in a candy store and expect kids not to go in. Rude rude staff. We wont ever go back in here again.

I will never shop here again. I have a small bottle opener collection and every time I get a new bottle opener I try it once to make sure it works. Well I went into this store and bought a pop that required an opener to open it. I opened it and took a few sips and thought it tasted weird. I looked at the expiration date and it said it expired feb 11th 2018. I bought the pop on april 21st 2018. I took the bottle of pop back into the store and told the clerk there about it. She said that since I had already drank some of it I could not get a new one or get a refund.

Its ok but I also liked it. I liked it because they had large selection of specialty soda and candy. It was ok because we literally were followed around by staff for Im sure something like thinking we were going to steal something.Pricey. For example 1/4lb of fruit gummies was 4.99 and 1/4lb of toffee candy was also $4.99.Store is small with so much to see. Cluttered. No real organization and no signs available for easy shopping. The store probably would benefit from a upgrade.

Hi, I went to Candy Clubhouse the other day. A young man was at the register helping me, his name was Felix. He was very kind and genuine and struck up a conversation with me. The other staff there looked busy with each other seemingly doing nothing except chit-chat. Please give Felix a raise! To the manager: tell your staff to do better, they look depressed in your store.

Finally, a staff person who was really pleasant and had info on vegan candy. You guys should hire more young people like Felix! He was very kind and interested in helping me. The other staff seem busy talking with each while this young man answers questions AND runs the till.

So I went in to this place this past Friday and the atmosphere here was truly amazing. When I was ready to checkout there was a long line beginning to grow all the way to back of the store. Thats when I noticed an employee that was behind the counter suddenly take off with their phone to rhe back of the store. Leaving me and about 25 other people waiting to be checked out.Then out of nowhere came another employee who began to apologize profusely for the other employees behavior. Within minutes the line was practically diminished to nothing. When the employee came back out I noticed that this young dude (at least I think it was a dude) looked like they hadnt showered in weeks and smelled very foul. This employee couldnt even bother to apologize for just leaving. He needs to be fired
