I called from Wa to place a order. The person on the phone was very nice . I left the colors of the bouquet and the delivery time up to them. I received a message 2-3 hrs later that the bouquet had already been delivered. I also received a picture of the beautiful bouquet. Great website that allowed me to see options to place my order from 1,500 miles away. I called the store to place the order and was met with a friendly, helpful voice on the other end. For the arrangement I picked out they didn’t have the exact flowers and colors in stock. They told me when they would be in or walked me through other options if I still wanted it that day. It was a pick- up, and though they explained they were busy getting ready for a funeral still found time to have it ready (even a little early). The pictures sent to me showed a beautiful, huge arrangement that exceeded my expectations. The recipient said it smelled wonderful giving them days of pleasure. Very pleased and would recommend Fancies Flowers and Gifts.

Ive used multiple flower shops throughout Rapid City and Fancies is by far the best bang for you buck. I have been using them since high school prom and they have yet to let me down. The only issue with them, because theyre the best, they get very busy. So, you have to order things ahead of time. Thats not really a big deal to me but dont expect to call at 9:00 and have something delivered at 11:00.

She even still answered her phone while she was outside of town. Overall I am very satisfied. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a special gift.

I ordered flowers online from Fancies to be delivered after a death in the family. Instead of delivering the flowers, the shop called the intended recipient and asked if they would be nearby the shop to come pick up the flowers so they would not have to drive to their house to complete the delivery order. In all fairness, their house is not particularly close to the shop, but I would have happily paid an extra fee rather than having the business ASK THEM to PICK UP the flower order! I have never felt more terrible about sending anyone flowers and causing an easily avoidable inconvenience to the recipient.

Thank you very much for the delivery to my daughter and her fiancé. They sent a photo and the flowers were lovely. It is difficult when you are ordering from so far away (New Zealand) but I would have no hesitation using Fancies again. I had very prompt replies to emails which was helpful because of the time difference.Thanks again.

Not only have their arrangements been as good or better than pictured on their website but their delivery service has gone the extra mile for us as well. Since we live a great distance from our loved one in Rapid City, being able to rely on Francies means a lot to us.

Fancies will go out of their way to satisfy a customer and they make the best arrangements and will do amazing requested arrangements. Deliveries are always on time.

My mother and I walked into the shop to look for some flowers for a family member in the hospital. Both women at the counter never even looked up and acknowledged us, said hi, or asked if they could help for the 5 minutes we were looking. I decided to take my business elsewhere. A business should at least respect common courtesy to potential customers.

I live In Illinois and my Mom is in Rapid City,After trying the internet FTD type florists a couple times and being disappointed I searched for a local company and found Fancies. So for years now I have been calling on Fancies to provide quality and reliable service for Birthdays and Mothers day and just to send Mom a hug now and again. Yesterday was Moms birthday and she recieved a beautiful fruit basket and a potted plant. The delivery person was very nice to her and again the quality was unsurpassed so I will continue to call on Fancies every time I need a Florist and I recommend that you do the same

Horrible Customer Service. Dont seem to know what is going, or concerned. At 3 in the afternoon my flower still had not been delivered. I put in my order at 7:30 am online. Called and confirmed my order a little after 8. Everything was good to go. Found out the person I sent flowers to had not recieved her flowers yet. I called at 3:00 pm to see what is going on. I am told businesses are priority and they had not recieved my order untl later in the afternoon. (BS) That my order will get delivered before 5 pm. The gal I spoke with asked me What I wanted her to do about it? REALLY???? Im not really sure why that policy is in place. At the end of the day we are ALL paying customers. Business or residental, orders should be deliverd in the order they came in.

If I could I wouldnt even give them a starr. Ordered flowers last week spend over $100 on these read the other reviews and thought hmm Im going to get my moneys worth. NOOO not even close still hasnt been delivered understand its Valentines Day maybe be more prepared. Here it is almsot 4:30 they close at 5 spent all after noon calling them finally got someone who by the way was rude didnt sound concerned at all said the person I delivered them to could pick them up if they couldnt wait they were delayed because businesses are a priorities??? Seriously Im a paying customer as well... when I asked if I could pick them up she said well my drivers are on the other side of town so there would be no way to get them here.... okay but the person I sent them to could pick them up??? the whole purpose was to SUPRIZE them.... lets just hope the flowers are as great as their crappy customer service.... said thanks and she just hung up the phone. WOW all the flowers I ordered in other citys that are much larger than rapid have been delivered get it together. Would not recommend this place.
