The cabinets are very nice but I would have to say our designer dropped the ball on a lot of the design causing us a lot of extra expense and work. Make sure you ask for a complete view of the area that the kitchen is designed for so you know how the remodel fits into the whole space.I have never been able to have a kitchen remodel so I was inexperienced with this and did not think to ask. She said she has 30 years experience but she should of thought of this on her own. She was also not very clear as to what was included, ie: appliances, cabinet pulls, sink, and what wasnt. Also as soon as the cabinets were paid for our designer did not follow up with us and was only in contact with the contractor. She also never followed up on the finished product. That much money spent deserves better service. I have to say I am disappointed and I do not send people to them. But I did learn from this experience.

What a wonderful experience! When my wife and I decided to renovate our home we honestly had no idea which way to go; do we just hire a contractor or do we find an interior decorator? From the minute we met them we knew we were working with professionals. Merri and her team made our dream a reality. She helped us build a vision, turned the vision into a design, helped interview contractors and even did the quality assurance of the work done. Home renovations are said to be one of the most stressful things a couple can do and even when the decision making for fixtures, wall color, flooring and textures reached a critical temperature between my wife and me Merri would step back, look at the two of us and say “Do you two need time to process?”. The contractor we chose, Dwight Eich, had worked with Merri many times and they had a common language of understanding of what was expected. In a minimum amount of time we now have a showcase home we are proud to share with others. I would say my wife and I learned a lot but more than that we found a friend. Working with the whole team on our kitchen remodel was fantastic from start to finish. Rod listened to our needs for the fixtures and made suggestions that my wife loved. Merri and Sarah were fantastic to work with - they made selecting cabinets and then tying all the components (tile, lighting, flooring, color scheme) together a breeze. Five star all the way!
