Nice place for some Pearl snap shirts and jeans. I really like the pearl snap sleeveless shirts but they are hard to find. They had two of my size, same color, so I bought one and left one for some lucky guy to grab up. The boot selection will, I aint into square toes and they got a bunch there, a little proud and pricey they are. Bring the prices down a bit so is working out Retired folk can afford to shop here. We were very pleased with the two employees that assisted us today. I have a Down syndrome brother and both employees made him feel valued and important. They went above and beyond to make his shopping experience amazing. They’re sure he was involved with every step of his hat shaping and made him feel like “one of the guys.”

Great hospitality and quality firefighter boots! One of my favorite stores.

Ordered a hat ship-to-store online. Didnt ship for 5 days. Tracking had it at the store at 10 a.m. on the 7th day, so I called at 4 p.m. to see if I could pick up. They couldnt find it. This is like ordering from the Sears catalog in 1888. They drag their heels gettinf merchandise, then cant keep track of it. Its called a computer, Boot Barn. Get with the 1990s.

This place is awesome. Great prices and a lot are better than online prices. Workers are nice and knowledgeable. I probably spent too much here, but I was on vacation..😎

Manager Nathan has a real attitude problem, store bought “cowboy” at its finest type of guy to go to the fair and ride the mechanical bull. The other woman was extremely helpful and was the sweetest.

Very helpful employees. They only have high end work boots. Only here for the week from Texas. But really didnt want walmart boots. Probably would have saved a few 100$, but my feet will be happier.

Big,clean, organized and friendly staff. Tons of boots to choose from unless you are a man with size 7.5 -8 feet then dont count on having too many options...almost none. Boot Barn, I really liked your store but please bring in more options for the smaller foot.

Yes they have a lot of selection, but their prices seem a little higher than their competitors for the most part but my biggest problem is you can never go in there without having a salesperson literally hover over you the whole time. Without being blunt I try to be nice about explaining I could use some time to just look over things but it is clear that they are trained to continually help you. With plenty of other choices out there I think this was probably the last time I will go in there due to the aggressive sales people more than the price format even. However if that is to your liking then Im sure youll like it much better than I do.

Found the boots I needed and the guy who helped was informative but wasnt pushy. The lady who rang up my boots was nice and wasnt trying to sell 100 extras which was again nice. Ill be back for my next set of boots for sure.

I bought a new pair of work boots and returned home to break them in and make sure they fit ok. After an half hour of wearing them I realized a half size smaller would fit better.When I returned to boot barn to exchange the pair of work boots that I had purchased the manager told me because I wore them outside the return policy was void.I explained that I had wore them outside to check the mail for no more than a minute.I hadent had the pair of boots for more than an hour and I couldnt exchange them for a different size.This was the small amount of mud that had accumulated on the bottom of the boots.I will be taking my busines somewhere else from now on.

Unhelpful employees unprofessional

My visit here a week ago turned into an embarrassing DISASTER!!!Went on looking for a particular style of boot. Showed the sales girl on the floor what I was looking for from an online source, and she led me directly to the boots. However, the boots at the store were close to $45.00 more than the boots online. Sales girl said not to worry, they had a price match guarentee. No problem.However, when I got to the checkout, a different girl took over, and took the situation to a third person, who said the price match didnt apply, and that I had to pay full price.Needless to say, I was both embarrassed, and angry, as this all transpired in front of other patrons. I left, and unless this situation is rectified, will never return.I would recommend that anybody contemplating going to boot barn find another outlet for their apparel. Major attitude at this store.

Boot barn at rapid city are really a pro bunch of people, nice to young and old, I buy all my clothing there from hats to boots and every this else. Great Place!!! TY.......jim y

Hardly any customers and still had to walk to front to get some help on some boots. Do you just help the people you like. Probably just order my boots online next time.

Most terrible service Ive experienced in a retail store. Hardly any customers, yet staff couldnt be bothered to ask if you needed assistance. I was searching the boot selection, (Which is fantastic if you only love Brown boots with square toes). Trying to see if boots I liked, were in my size. My wife and I were talking back and forth asking if something was in our size... or if we saw anybody that could help us find out. Finally, just got sick of It and started to leave. It was then that we were finally approached, and asked if we needed assistance. We told them we could have used the assistance ten minutes earlier. Now, we were no longer interested. I used to work retail. If I had left customers unaddressed, for that long, I would have lost my job. It wasnt tolerated. Will NEVER return here. I miss RCC, when they still cared.

Employees were helpful to begin with but a return visit had some difficulties. Was able to resolve the issues after some discussion with another employee that was more concerned with my issues and a satisfactory experience.

I was greeted when I entered but when I went back to the boot section, no one asked if I needed any help, and I did, I found what I wanted, but I will not buy it from this location because the customer service was sub par at best. First Rule of Retail, Get The Money. They failed to do so and their failing business in this location shows just that.

Got just about everything clothes wise to keep a ol country boy like me happy.

Bought our daughter a pair for Christmas, the sales people were helpful and since they werent the exact size they said we could come back if they didnt quite fit and have them stretched.

Not impressed with customer service. No one approached to find out if we needed help. Other reasons at check out. They did have a good selection though.

Horrible place. Lady followed us around like a lost puppy dog. Needed boots for my boys and the had very limited selection for my two boys ages 6 and 5. Looked at other boots as well just not very happy with the place and the selection of boots. Everything you can find at runnings and tractor supply or cabelas. Don’t waste your time. Most their stuff in there is crappy to say the least and way over priced. Avoid at all cost please.
