I rented the marina apartment for two nights and a boat for one day from here. We were very happy with the vacation and would go again. Things to consider: The water pressure in apartment was low and the hot water wasnt very hot. There was one A/C in the dining living room area and we were very comfortable but if very hot day it might not cool the bedrooms. (But the nights got into the 60s so open a window) It only has one bathroom so you need to share.The apartment was just as described, very clean and lots of room.The wifi worked great. I cant tell you how nice it was to sit on the balcony in the mornings and drink coffee watching the sun come up on the lake.The boat was just what we wanted. It did pull a skier (bring your own skis) and the kids had a great time on the tube. The boat was clean and worked like a charm.I understand this is this couples first year running the marina. Well if so they are doing a great job. Thanks for the wonderful stay and we hope to be back next year.Barb Coy

Weve had an excellent experience with Black Hills Outdoor. Purchase of a boat was simple. After the sale everything is handled from getting the boat ready, transferring it to the lake, winterizing - they handle it all. Excellent customer service.

Jessie was wonderful to work with. I live in Texas and more than 18 hours from his location and was purchasing sight unseen. He answered all my questions and even provided a Virtual Tour through FaceTime so I could see the boat. The process was quick and without any issues or hidden fees. Definitely Recommend Black Hills Outdoor! I just wish I was closer!

Just wanted to share how great Jesse was to work with. Purchased a used motorcycle this weekend. I know they sell boats and not motorcycles, but you wouldn’t know that dealing with Jesse. Made me such a great deal, I drove up from Colorado to buy it. He came in when the shop was closed to accommodate me and then basically loaded and strapped it down in the back of my truck for me. I can’t say enough about the whole experience. Thanks for everything!

These guys are amazing! Not only are they fair in their pricing but they are very patient. Rich was on the phone with my husband while we were at the dock at Pactola walking him through the steps on how to fire up the engine! Highly recommend

Phenomenal customer service! Called Jesse at 5:30 on the Friday of a holiday weekend with a boat problem. Jesse offered to drive 45 minutes to pick up the boat so we could enjoy the weekend. Boat was ready for us by Noon the next day. He saved the weekend for us and we greatly appreciate the service provided by Jesse and Black Hills Outdoor.

This was the best thing we did on our trip to the black hills. Chuck was an amazing guide. We did highway, gravel and mostly off-road riding. It had been raining a lot, so we went through a lot of water which made it so much fun! Then we did a hike to a ghost town that was quite the adventure. This is a must do if you’re in the area!!!!

A great way to explore the Black Hills. My wife and I took a four hour tour and had a really good time. At times we blasted down dirt trails, and later, crawled over steep terrain; all the while being guided by the owner, who was very nice. Along the way we got an interesting history lesson about people that used to mine in the area, and saw a lot of the natural beauty of the Black Hills. A fun four hours, that went by very quickly.

Our family has had MasterCraft boats for many years and have received great customer service from Jessie and Mackenzie at Black Hills Outdoor. They have been very responsive and helped with any issues we may have had. We would highly recommend using Black Hills Outdoor if your looking for a new or used boat. They provide excellent service and will help you find what youre looking for!

My wife and I were in the area looking for a new to us surf capable boat. We had visited other stores in the area and we were surprised at how poor the customer service was. When we stopped in at Black Hills Outdoor, we were so appreciative of the customer service we received from Jessie. He didnt have anything in the price range we had proposed, but offered to help us in anyway he could. Little did he know we both fell in love with the awesome Mastercraft NXT22 that we had been standing right next to. We called him 40 minutes later, at closing time, and asked if he would be able to stick around to provide a little more information about it. He met us with a smile and when we left the store, we knew we were going to be happy with the product and the service when the boat arrived the following week. We absolutely love the our Mastercraft! Our family and friends are in for a spectacul ar summer, thanks to the great customer service we received! Thanks again to Jessie and BHO for all there help!
