Darren is a great help with picking the exact model of RZR I was looking for. Jackson is also amazing with his knowledge of parts and accessories. All in all Ill be shopping and using Four Seasons again!

Me and my family are from Minnesota and we were out riding in the hills with our side by sides and my fuel pump went out on a Friday close to closing time. These guys were awesome and stayed late to get me going again so we could enjoy the rest of our weekend. I definitely would recommend anyone to go to them when they something done.

I was in town picking up a zero-turn lawnmower and had to drive back home thru Montana and the snow with an open trailer and had these guys shrink wrap the lawnmower for the trip! I made an appointment And explained what my boat was doing. I told the service manager and young man that checked my boat in that I recently had the fuel pump, plugs and prop replaced and it didn’t help my problems and would like the carburetors rebuilt.. After 3 weeks of excuses and reasons my boat hadn’t been fixed so I picked it up. The service manager said if you want we can rebuild the carburetors at a different time. The service finally looked at the boat after I called and then they never called back. They said they couldn’t make it act up on the water muffs or water barrel. My problem was that the boat wouldn’t plain and they kept putting me off so they wouldn’t have to do a lake test. This is a poorly ran service Dept and I will never be back

We did not purchase through this company but we have been in for annual maintenance and for repairs. Their service department is outstanding! We always get fast service, the people are friendly, and we feel the pricing is fair. I would highly recommend their service department for whatever you need.

Bought my new bought from John,had to take bought in for a couple little things on warranty, service was good, mechanic was good parts manager and part counter person was good!These guys have treated me excellent!Highly recommend !!

Went in there today gentleman that greeted me was very helpful. Place was popping at the time but the lady at the front counter called me “dude” on the phone then “bro” when she was checking me out. Other than that the service was fairly good.

I ordered a part for my boat on May 26. After 8 phone calls from me. Returning calls with updates never came. They would say they would call me with updates on a certain day and nothing. Very unprofessional. Finally after demanding to speak to the parts manager. I had the part in 2 days. July 7. Wish I would have known how unprofessional my service would be before I walked in. Suffice it to say. Ill be buying my new Ranger from Rices.

Purchased a Polaris Ranger with hydrolic plow recently. Sale was handled by John B who was fantastic. Local family guy with a ton of knowledge about the machine. Since the sale he has been there for installation tweeks and goes the extra mile.Update: Had a small electrical connector come loose on the plow—came in late right before close one night and Mike (maintenance) had me bring it around back and fixed it right in front of me. There was no hesitation even those it was close to close. What a team!!!! Love these guys. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

I rode 250 miles 45 degree in the rain to pick up a pair of klim bibs they were the only ones who had my size in stock. Ryan was very helpful and informative these guys are great would do bussiness with them again I suggest. That you do to there great

Bought a new boat sales went good, had some motor issues which took back and fixed fast. Now waiting 8 weeks plus for a boat top I ordered when I bought the boat hopefully get it before October.Continue to do Business with this place it has vastly improved they do good work but time frame and communication with customer while they are doing the work vastly lacking still
