Almost every time I come to this Family Dollar, I find something new because the employees work super hard to keep everything stocked and pretty. The employees are always helpful and kind and I love this store. I hope they know that they make a positive difference every day.

Same as every other family dollar in America. The staff had zero knowledge on prepaid cards and cell phones!

I can usually find what Im looking for and easy to use phone coupons. Down side each time I go in there is boxes of new merchandise to be stocked. Usually only one employee or at most two employees. Must be hard to find new hires. Signs up everywhere that FD is hiring.

I prefer the one on Haines. They dont ask you five times if you need help in a 3 minute period. If you think Im stealing something, at least come right out and ask me. Thats not a friendly standpoint in my opinion. So, I checked out early and left before finished shopping.

The older Cashier Cody is very rude everytime I go there and hes working. I felt like just leaving and not even paying for my items a few times. I only go to this store when Im on my way to pick up my boyfriend from work.

Staff here doesnt really pay attention to the customers... every time i have been in they are too busy talking to each other to notice im standing at the register.
