Out of pretty much everything. never seems to be stocked. i came in for a shade match, but you can’t do that when their shelves are bare.
I admit, I was wearing any make up and just wore jeans and a coat. I wasn’t even greeted by either of the girls there, the girl by the counter was playing on her phone. When I was looking around for help, she saw me and didn’t ask me if I needed anything. Unbelievable. Now I remembered why I don’t shop at sephora anymore, I am going to stick with Ulta. ( only went there trying to buy few fenty and rare beauty items)
I went in just for my usual products but decided I wanted to look at some new foundations. I’ve been wearing the same foundation for years now and had no clue what to do when it came to matching. Lexi was so helpful and so sweet with helping me out with it. She really knew what she was doing. Would definitely visit again!
Terrible customer service. Went in to get the girlfriend some makeup. Was surprised at some the price of some makeup and the lady behind me rolled her eyes. All the employees are the opposite of helpful and cheerful. Every time I asked a question I get a ride blunt response from one of the workers. When I went to checkout the same worker that rolled her eyes scoffed at me and talked down to me. That is the standard it seems for app employees working here. Will never buy from here again and I will suggest that to everyone that I know. If your thinking of buying from here just go to Ulta, the staff is actually nice and helpful.Date of visit: 12/8/2019Time: 3:30pm
I wish I knew the girls name but she went above expectations to help me find make up right for my skin tone and offered many suggestions of product that I love. I took my daughter back the next week and she spent an hour with her trying out product and finding the best product that fit my daughters budget. So grateful and we are in love with all the product we brought home. Thank you!!!
Wow...there are people who commented on here that probably shouldnt. The nature of your visit wasnt a positive one because you wanted a huge amount of free samples. Dont comment or give a name of an employee trying to make a living when you wanted something for free!!! Be like the rest of us who will buy a product and not expect things for free. You cant pay for the product? Dont shop there!
Bad! Every time I walk in this store I notice 2 things. It’s dirty and they never have anything stocked. You just walk around and if you do see something of interest it’s guaranteed to be sold out. I know I’m going to disappointed, so I don’t know why I evenbother walking into this place. I’ve visited multiple Sephora’s in multiple cities and have never had any issues.
Customer service sucks. I didnt like a product and brought it back. The employee was pushing for reasons why I returned my item. For what I paid, it didnt do as I expected-period. Then she processed my return as if I didnt have a receipt, and we all know what happens when you dont have a receipt : you get less than what you paid. No maam. Train your employees better, Sephora.
No products ever out of everything
The customers that work here are very rude and judged me for how I looked and kept orange foundation and wouldn’t help me.
Good products. Bad customer service. TJ is awesome. It’s hard to get someone to help you sometimes. VIB ROUGE.

I dont know much about makeup, but when I went in for a mini makeover, Lexi was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what she was using and why. I ended up finding everything I needed, plus a few extra things!
I frequent Sephora online and in store but the last few times I went to Sephora have not been happy shopping. Girl named Lexi can definitely get some training in how to treat Sephora shoppers.
Poor customer service and frequently out of products that are in high demand. Most employees are not knowledgeable about products. Frustrating. VIB
Not impressed with the customer service. I have been in twice on two separate occasions and have not had anyone offer to help. When I have asked some questions, they have been very snotty with attitude in their tone as if they had better things to be doing. Also, both times I was in, they were out of many products of the colors I use.
