If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went in with my friends and one of the cashiers kept giving us dirty looks and I don’t appreciate it at all. I’m not coming back in there unless she’s gone. We wanted to go to the other lady but she wasn’t available. She had an attitude and kept throwing stuff around when we walked up. I don’t appreciate her attitude at all. I have every right to go shop for things with my friends. I don’t appreciate that at all. We will not be coming back unless she’s gone. You’re supposed to have a nice attitude towards everyone and she did not.

They have a nice selection but some of their employees could use some more training. There is a time to stand around talking and gossiping and there is a time to help a customer who clearly has a question.

Smells galore. Its either somewhere you will love, or hate. I love the lotions and body sprays, especially the Tahitian island scent line. Always check online or sign up for their emails to get the best deals. Its hard to go in and spend less than 25 bucks, most times its over 100. Well worth it though. Its my go to for gifts for the tough to shop for people in my life. The have an aromatherapy line that is great. Always helpful staff, but sometimes too pesky if you are just browsing or if the rep helping you steps away for a second to grab something for you. Think sharks circling. I think its due to them working for commission. Its always bright in there, and pretty clean even during crazy shopping days like black Friday.

Recently experienced your store for the first time. The young sales woman who greeted me and asked if there was anything she could help me with very pleasant and welcoming. I asked all sorts of questions and she was eager to help and very informative. All an all Summer was wonderful and very helpful. I made a purchase an she thanked me and said see you next time with a very friendly smile on her face. I will definately be going again.

There were 2 associates there at the time of my visit. They were both next door at White Barn. None of them said hello, but kept on with their conversation. The Bath and Body Works side was completely associate-free. Had anybody wanted to steal they sure could have because the cashiers never came over. If you cant find the time to greet your customers, I cant find the time to spend my money there.

Not very helpful.

Usually always have really good experiences here except for today. Walked in and started looking around. At least 4 ladies in the bath and body works side of the store stocking the shelves, and 3 in the white barn side. No one said anything to me until I went up to pay. The lady at the counter was distracted with another coworker, and didnt even greet me, just told me my total and that was the extent of acknowledgment Id received. Im not looking to have someone hold a conversation with me at all times in the store, but I walked by 7 people and was not greeted once - very unwelcoming and made me not want to purchase anything at all.
