Great coffee, great begals, nice staff. We really enjoyed our breakfast

I got an iced latte and a hot coffee from here and both were really good. they were a little more expensive than what i would typically pay for. the only issue was the iced latte was super sweet and kinda warm. when making their iced lattes they should stir in the flavor and then add the ice and move it around and push it to the bottom so the whole drink is cold. other than that tho it was good and the staff was really nice.

We waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes only to realize they decided to close. No sign anywhere notifying customers. We went across the street to Black Hills Bagels which was actually open and excellent!

My workplace orders from here quite often and today we had 7 sandwiches ordered. We called and politely asked them to label our sandwiches as it is unsanitary to open everyone’s sandwiches to see who’s is who’s, and some that I work with have food allergies. The girl that answered said “sorry we are too busy to do that.” So I called back to speak to a manager and she yet again said “she is too busy to speak with you.” I am VERY unimpressed with the customer service at this business. Service and satisfaction is clearly not a priority for them.

Wish we had fast food like this where I live. Was so good. Cant wait to visit again.

This morning was rough- I found out some horrible news and was feeling very down. I went to Einstein’s to get some lunch afterwards and had excellent service. The ladies were very friendly, one of them gave me a compliment and another asked if I wanted a pup cup after seeing my dog in the back seat. The little things can really make a difference. Great food and drinks, & great people!

Every time we go here our sandwiches are made wrong. The only consistent thing is they cant take an order correctly. I ask for light spread and I get extra spread, I ask for no tomatoes I get tomatoes, I ask for bacon to be put on and I get no bacon. If by a miracle it is made right the Bagle is burnt. When I ask for my correct order to be made they are in no hurry to get it corrected if at all.

My husband and I stopped here coming through South Dakota. Best brisket bagel ever! I give a 10 out of 5 stars. If youre ever in Rapid City you need to stop in. Get there early so you can get your hands on a churro donut.

Whoever owns this location needs to supply their store with what is actually on the menu. Not once have I come here and has there been anything remotely close to a full menu. It has to be frustrating for the employees and my heart goes out to them having to deal with subpar and irresponsible ownership.

Great breakfast sandwiches and the latte was excellent. Made an Oppenheimer joke... they didnt get it. Thats fine. Im not funny.

Im from Missouri and stopped by this place, it was amazing and with all honesty can say that they had the best Strawberry banana smoothies Ive ever had.

Baristas inside locked all exterior doors. I have two infants ready to get out of the car and came here for lunch to relax and take a break. I unloaded everyone to find the doors locked with no signs posted as to why. I drove through the drive thru with two screaming babies and ordered our lunch. I asked if the lobby was closed, the barista said “oh is it locked”? I said yes and she acted as though it was a whoopsie and it’d be fixed. I stayed in the parking lot and ate lunch with my kids in the car. In the 15 minutes we had lunch, I watched two more customers try to go through their lobby and the doors remained locked. Both customers left. Thumbs up customer service!Additionally, I ordered a Carmel cold brew SHAKE… was very excited to try this new beverage and instead I received an ice coffee! Not satisfied.

Gave me a macchiato when I wanted a latte and refused to remake it and overcharged me. I was told a macchiato and latte was the same thing?

Its amazing. Their Rasin and cinnamon bagels are the best. Their Carmel coffee is great. Great service to. Highly recommend

Im from MN so it wasnt quite as good as our Caribous back home but I was happy to find it.

I was searching for a Caribou Coffee and Google Maps brought me here. NOTE: Not a Caribou Coffee. What a rude surprise when we ordered.On a side note: Service was slow and not friendly

Ordered a Medium mint condition cooler, and found out at the window when I was being charged $7 for my drink that they dont actually have mint condition coolers. They charged me for something else and was much more expensive, and not what I wanted.If you dont have a drink, tell me when Im ordering so I can pick something else!

So inconsistent! One day the bagels are fresh then next they are stale. One day a little bit of cream cheese the next its like a whole lb of cream cheese. One day lightly toasted the next its excessively burnt. Get it together people!!!

I love their bagels and the service is usually good but they are SO skimpy with the schmear lately. If you mention it to employee sometimes they will give you more and sometimes they tell you they cant give you more without charging you. Ive submitted their survey and mentioned it in store so but they are still serving the same dry bagels so I guess this is the new normal for them.

I go here often and I don’t know why I continue. I would say a solid 50 percent of the time they forget to put flavoring in my coffee. I has happened to be 6 times now. Today not only did they forget to put flavoring in my coffee but they had chunks of a different cream cheese on my bagel. I think I’m officially done going here. I’ve never had this many problems at one place.

This place was pretty good in my experience. The options were simple and very easily explained. The food was fresh and very crisp. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant clean and comfortable. For a first time visit, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The only downfall I could was the entry/exit drive way. That slope is pretty serious. If you have a low vehicle, I would suggest parking on the street and walking in. However, I will continue to come back. THANKS!

We went thru the drivethru 10-30-20 and ordered 2 avocado bread egg sandwiches and 1 dragonfruit smoothie and a couple other things.. The total was supposed to be $18. Got up to window and it turned to $25. Rang us up and then told us the sandwiches werent what we ordered and gave us different sandwiches they dont have the avocado bread anymore and gave us a strawberry banana smoothie instead of the dragonfruit Instead of letting us know they didnt have what we wanted when we ordered. I feel that this was poor customer service. We would have ordered something different had we known ahead of time and felt like we had to take the order because it was all ready to go. I tried calling for an hour and no answer. And the guy at the window seemed like he really didnt care

Worst coffee I’ve had in a while. I love Caribou coffee and this is not a place that can even make a mocha. It was so bad that my wife and I threw out $12 worth of coffee.Horrible

Went here for breakfast, service was quick and there was plenty of seating. I had a breakfast sandwich which was a decent portion and not greasy. Bagels were very fresh, my date had just a toasted bagel with plain shmear and enjoyed it as well. I drink my coffee black and had the dark roast. It was not overbearing and easy to drink. Way better than other fast food breakfast options in the area, would recommend.

Delicious! The coffee is always hot and fresh. The bagels are my favorite in town. Fast, friendly, and fresh. I wish they had two locations so I wouldnt have to drive so far.

We have tried a few times and the service is very slow and the employees always seem to be in a bad mood.

I went inside to get a large coffee and was greeted and then just left standing there. Apparently the only way you can get served there in the morning is to use the drive thru. I finally just walked out.

The only reason why we stopped here was to get Caribou Coffee. My nephew wanted a cookies and cream coffeeless cooler and my son wanted strawberries banana smoothie cream popped. We were told that they were not a real caribou and they only carried a selected amount of items. We were very disappointed and was a waste of a trip.

Drive through pretty slow. Wasnt rush hour. It was good not as much as I expected from it.

It was very quick and efficient even for as busy as they were. Very delicious toi.

They cannot fulfill an order and do not listen to customers. Also watch for non food ingredients, such as bandaids, paperclips, tinfoil in your bagels. Counting bagels is also a challenge. You are better off to go across the street. The Coffee is sub par.

Im in town for a wedding, my SO and I have stopped here for breakfast every day. The service is quick, accurate, and very friendly however the real shining star of Coffee & Bagels is the Coffee and Bagels. Try the farmhouse with the jalapeño cheddar bagel its out of this world good.

I love this place. It is my first coffee place I stop at. I dont go much cause they close at 7pm. When r they gonna stay open longer for summer hrs. I am having to go to starbucks since they r not open for summer hrs. What a shame.

I hate when chains like this open up directly across the street from a local business. As if there’s nowhere else in town to open. It’s just unethical and a really uncool business practice. The place across the street has delicious bagels and coffee with a homey feel.

If it was only once, I would probably think the staff is distracted so much to mess up with my order just on that day but this is third time they cant fix a simple order and ruin my lunch. I asked for hot medium vanilla hazelnut latte does the word latte sound like regular coffee? I said medium and got a small regular hazelnut coffee. The only think they could understand correctly was to make it hot. Congratulations for your achievement!! Then my sandwich! I ordered sesame bagel, sliced & toasted, with one egg and cheese! I wonder which one of these words sounds like bacon to that hearing-disabled lovely staff? So, the bottomline my coffee is not what I ordered, my sandwich has bacon and I do NOt eat bacon at all. Thank you for ruining someones lunch today.

Caribou will always be a 5 star rating from me however my local shop is 3 to 4 stars.We finally had another option in this city for much better coffee yet recently this location has stopped serving alot of the Caribou coffee drinks, we dont even have the seasonal options now. When I asked why the menu had drastically decreased for available options I was told that theres not enough business for coffee to offer all the Caribou options.Im quite disappointed that I would have to visit the local competition if I want a variety of options to choose from.

Weve only had one issue where our sandwiches were wrong so we waited and they came out wrong again. Luckily, my husband went inside and got it all figured out and we left with the right sandwiches. Other than that the food and drinks are always good. And the staff is apologetic if it takes awhile through drive thru.

Ive been waiting 5 years for Caribou Coffee to finally return to Rapid City, and it was NOT a disappointment! Even with a grand opening with over 60 people in front of me in line, I was able to order and have my coffee in hand in less than 10 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly, the wi-fi reliable, and plenty of seating. So glad to have this in our community once again!

Had to wait for coffee, then remind them, was then given coffee with a perfunctory there you are sans eye contact, sans apology. Tastes like hot water. Im not going to bother drinking it. Wont be back.
