Jeff gave me a call this morning letting me know that he was going to be my technician today and gave a time on when he would be here. He showed up at the time he said he would & got right to it! He was extremely friendly & got the job done quick and exceeded expectations! He vacuumed my entire vehicle out and cleaned everything. I’m so thankful to have my vehicle back and even more thankful for the job Jeff did today!

Booking an appointment online was simple. Tech was friendly and very professional.

Because of an issue getting the correct window at our local Satellite, we took our truck to this location while on vacation, to have the rear window replaced. The installation looked like a kid installed it. Not only was there a huge glob of black sealant showing, the headliner looked like it had been cut up with scissors. Add the numerous scratches to the paint and I was livid. After many, many calls with the manager who was extremely helpful and kind, the window was re-installed correctly here in VA and the truck taken to the body shop for repair. All in all, it was a big headache that was completely unnecessary had the window been installed correctly in the first place.

Safelite is completely automated. You can’t talk to anyone, everything is handled on their website. So, if you don’t have a computer or Internet service it’s unlikely you’ll even be able to schedule an appointment. So, I won’t be using them! They are happy to take your money but they don’t have time to talk to you.

So far their website is a pain in the @$$ there is no human interaction with these guys. Its like buying glass through a vending machine. I dont personally like it.

Super quick service and very thorough work. I was in and out in under an hour. They vacuumed the seats and interior of all broken glass and were super friendly.

Had a tech come to my location, to repair a small chip in the bottom of the windshield. The tech was pleasant, however the small chip is now two large cracks going in either direction. The new replacement windshield will cost $470 this includes their $30 discount... my insurance deductible is $500. Im not impressed.

Operator is the greatest. Showed up unannounced but because my fix was a quick glue job, he hooked me up. All I did was leave the vehicle so he could get to it on his time. Awesome guy, highly recommend this shop!

Tried calling Shop directly, still sent me to their phone service company. On the phone for over 30 min waiting for a quote they couldnt give me. Then tried to schedule me in for a replacement without a quote!! After getting the quote they were the highest price in town by far!!

Two chips in the past 6 months in the Jeep windshield, two visits to Safelite. Both have been good experiences, as far as window chips go. Very nice employees and very prompt. Even helped get my insurance claim all in order before service. The coffee and soda in the waiting room is a plus as well. Scheduling online was very convenient too!

This place, these people & their service is awesome! I had my daughters windshield replaced with them. She picked up her car and, while driving home, she was hit by a stray rock from a car traveling in front of her cracking the new windshield! At the time she didnt realize what had happened but noticed the crack and called me on her way home. I immediately called safelite and they said to have her bring it back. She did and thats when we discovered what had happened (rock from car in front of her). They were just about to close when all of this transpired and it was a Saturday, yet they stayed open and fixed her car! Im a really busy college student and they were super accommodating when I had to reschedule last minute because of exams and such. They also took care of all the insurance things for me which was super helpful.

Normally have great service but Im left pretty disappointed this time. My wife opted to have Safelite work with our insurance as weve had full glass coverage in the past. Policy changes in the past year have eliminated that coverage and left glass replacement at our standard $500 comprehensive deductible. Safelite knowingly billed us at our $500 deductible rate for a $250 job. I caught it and was able to get it resolved and rebilled @ the cash rate. On the upside... customer service was polite quick to remedy the situation.

I needed a front windshield replaced, and this Safelite AutoGlass was tremendously helpful. They were friendly on the phone, accommodating, provided great service, and had some nice touches that went above-and-beyond: they vacuumed the front drivers area, cleaned all the windows, and provided free refreshments in the waiting area. I was very pleased with the price (competitive with others in the market) and I am grateful I chose Safelite to take care of this work. Would absolutely recommend to a friend and will use in the future.

I would not recommend. I bought my vehicle and had it for 3 days and noticed a couple small chips. The scheduling was easy and they came out to my house 2 days later, so I thought convenient and quick and should be an easy fix from what I was told. Well, one of the chips the technician was working on turned into a crack about 4 inches long, and I was told sometimes the heat does that, and left to pay for a new windshield after having my vehicle 3 days. No one told me beforehand the heat may cause that and Id be liable, otherwise I would have rescheduled on a cooler day or came in to the store so my car was out of the sun. They kept telling me sometimes that happens and wouldnt work with me on the price and now Im stuck with a $200 replacement cost . I spoke with other places, and they said the heat should not matter if they know what they are doing. I understand things happen, but the fact that Im stuck with a new windshield cost is ridiculous when it happened because of the simple repair is ridiculous .

I had my windshield replaced recently and was pleasantly surprised and the ease of scheduling my appointment along with a quote that didnt change after Benjamin finished installing the windshield. The whole process was so painless and easy! Well done Benjamin!

I had been traveling across country when a freak, horrible experience happened in the national Park. Satellite made fixing my rear windshield on my brand spanking new car hassle-free and calmed me down. They were busy. My appointment from arrival to finish took about two hours. Well worth time and peace of mind. Quality service. They helped me out two times at the end of their shifts. Tusted them. Tey came through for me when I needed it most. Cant say enough good things about the people here.

Fast, friendly service! The waiting room is comfortable and has every amenity anyone could need. They have coffee (all kinds), water, soda, and even stuff fit for the kids to play with. Service was about 2 hours.

I had them come to repair a chip and then my windshield cracked in the process, now I have to pay $200 for a new one. I am beyond upset that they can crack it and I have to pay for a new one. I have used Novus in the past and will from now on, if your technicians dont know what they are doing, dont send them. My experience sounds eerily similar to Bobbi Jos. What kind of scam are you guys running???
