I have to say that Justin is an awesome mechanic! I thought I knew what was wrong with my car, I was very sick when Justin called me and said that it wasnt the major problem I thought it was. I will be going to Anytime Auto Service Department from now on!!

Was on vacation, when my tow truck for my 5th wheel started making a strange sound. The repair garage was booked out. Because I was out of state and on vacation. Left truck with Justin and he worked it in. A day or two finding parts it was ready. Fair cost, 2k miles later home.Thanks ! Will be back next year for service on my 20yr old Diesle.

This shop is awesome! They will never screw you around, they tell you like it is and will help you in any way they can. This is the only place I take my truck to and I always tell people to come here.

On vacation transmission went out on my car on a Saturday afternoon. Justin stopped what he was doing to look at car right away. Took copies of our warranty papers and said he will deal with himself. I definitely recommend them .

The time and energy they put in to cleaning my car was beyond my expectations. I have had 5 different dogs in my car and after they were done I couldnt find one hair. My car was bought used and it is cleaner now then when we took it off the lot. Thank you!

I showed up late afternoon on a Saturday right before closing time with a towed, broken down car. They were ready to help and very informative. They provided me with rental car and dealership information.

Took my car in for an oil change. Spencer was great at explaining an issue they found. He wasnt pushy at all about having it fixed here, I have friends that can do certain repairs for me. Im super pleased that they spotted an issue and didnt just ignore it. I had new tires put on at another shop not too long ago. You would have thought they would point out the rotors were in bad shape then! Thank you guys!

I am very particular when it comes to my vehicles, as I want to know exactly what I am going to be investing my hard earned money into. The sales team at Anytime Auto Sales took the time to let me research vehicles as much as I wanted, and their knowledgeable service department walked me through every bit of the vehicles I was interested in. Not only did I receive an awesome deal on my pickup, I also was included in their promotional Winter Beach Party sales event, where I received an all-expenses paid trip for two to Kona, Hawaii! Talk about icing on the cake! The trip was incredible, and everyone that went along had a wonderful time! Was so impressed with the condition of their cars, they were so much nicer than the other lots we had been looking at and they gave us a free AutoCheck report too that told us all about the history of the car we wanted to buy, no one else had offered us that. Fast oil change I ever had. They Helped me with some great preventative maintenance ideas for my vehicle. These guys really care.

Took my van in after barely making it there since the check engine, slip and tcs off lights came on while visiting Mt. Rushmore. Living in Colorado I had no idea where to go. They were recommended by AAA. Although they were extremely busy they were able to diagnose that a vacuum tube had come off which was causing the car to go into limp mode causing it to run erratically. They fixed it and took it on the road to try and duplicate the issue but couldnt. Car runs fine now and they didnt charge me anything! Normally most places charge just for the diagnosis let alone fixing the car. Cant recommend them high enough!

Recently, I just had Anytime Auto and Repair change my oil on my truck. Not only did they work me in right away after I was late, the guys had my truck ready in no time. Plus helped me with a messed up bracket on my exhaust pipe at the same time! I really appreciate them going out of their way to help. Fantastic Job. Ill certainly see them often. I would rate my experience as five stars. The service was excellent and they even helped make the paperwork go smooth. it was a really friendly car buying experience.

Offered to pay cash and still had to fill out paperwork detailing income. Transmission and brake issues in the car we test drove. Prices well above Kelley Blue Book value. We found a vehicle elsewhere and the salesman called my husbands personal phone days later. Too many unsettling issues. I recommend not even walking in the door.

My husband and I were in from Detroit Michigan when our motorhome broke down. 7 AM we were able to limp our motorhome into their parking lot. By 10:30 they had it in their shop, found a fuel pump and had us back on the road headed to Mount Rushmore early that evening. I test drove two vehicles at Anytime. The first was in excellent condition but at a price way above what was fair. The second had mechanical issues that I was told were because the vehicle was cold. The vehicle would shake when braking at any speed and shutter when the automatic transmission shifted. To top it all off I couldnt get prices on their vehicles until I told them how much I make per month even though I was offering cash. The staff was nice but deceptive. I was so disappointed. Later that day I paid cash for a fantastic vehicle at another dealership farther north that was fair and upfront with their business.

Best place in town to get your car repaired. Labor is only $65 an hour! They are fast, friendly, and very professional! Will be a forever costumer!

They will finance anyone and thats fine but, they are so overpriced and the vehicles are not prepped well for sale. I had no choice, I had to have a car to get to work, I had been taking a cab and this is very expensive. The vehicle I purchased had the check engine light on, they took the car to the mechanics bay and said it was problably because of the car sitting and the battery had to be jumped at one time. The light was reset and by the time I got to the freeway, it was on again. A couple of days later, I stopped at the store on my way home from work, when I came back out the car wouldnt start at all. Thankfully the dealers only saving grace is their mechanic Justin. He drove 30 miles to where I was stranded and repaired the battery cable and got the car started. The check engine light is still on. I took the car in the following Saturday, my only day off, and waited for the light to be fixed. About an hour later, the car came out, the light was off and I thought it was finally fixed. No sooner than I got onto the freeway it came back on!!!! I work night shift so having time to go to Rapid City and sit and wait for a repair, when I should be sleeping is very difficult. But, here I go again, another appt on 7/29 to see if they can find the problem. I would recommend other used car lots if youre able to get financing elsewhere. Cars are extremely overpriced, and once you have the car, good luck getting anyone to treat you nicely after you signed the papers.

I bought a 2008 Dodge Ram from these guys. My credit was trash I needed a truck for work so I could make money. These people did for me what no other place would gave me a chance to get my life strait. Since I bought the truck the transmission went out. Any Time Auto replaced it for me. Even though it was a little pricey as compared to cash deals or good credit deals it was worth it. There high risk loans they half to cover there buts as well. Thank you Any Time !!!
