The guy that runs the pharmacy is terrible. Bad attitude. Not the place to get your covid shot. I will never shop at this place again just because of this poor experience.

Love this rite aide. Staff here is friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Marcus, great customer service skills and always has a great attitude. Never a bad shopping trip when I come here. Thank you guys for being awesome! :)

Always Friendly and Helpful Associates and Pharmacists. Auto refill is done as well as text notifications and phone calls if needed. I switched from CVS due to poor customer service at The Kenyon location. Rite Aid has the most professional and Friendly Associates.

My one star is only for one experience with a manager...Pearl. She was extremely rude when the cashier summoned her because my coupon wouldnt scan. (She did end up honoring it because I was purchasing the correct item) She had said: I think its only for (a certain item) and I said: but, thats not what it says and she replied: I understand that! Im talking to HER! (The cashier) As a regular customer, I was completely taken aback. ALL other employees have always been extremely gracious and helpful.

I don’t like to give out negative reviews but if I could give this place a zero I would! Horrible customer service today at the ice cream department... to make a long story short Edgar served one of us ice cream (party of 5).. and he left, without saying anything, and went to help customers in line at the registers... I’m like what????? Then Gina starts to help us and Edgar comes to get her to go help at the register and leaves my daughter talking in mid sentence! Again I’m like OMG!!! I was so mad I didn’t order my ice cream. I will avoid this store at all cost.

Fine pharmacy, knowledgeable staff, clean aisles. Not many employees on the floor and helping customers. Overall a good retail store.

The worst place Ive been to yet. Bad customer service and takes about two hours to get what I wanted.

We went there for flu shots which clearly informed by our insurance no copays. The store would charge us $20 each with no explanation. We left for other store to get done. Costumes should watch your receipts.
