Ordered same day prints that I needed for the next day. When I arrived hours later was told the system is not working. Was told that you can try another CVS to see if theirs would work. When I asked why no one would communicate with me that my order can’t be processed, they said there is no way to communicate with me (despite my name and number being associated with the order). When I asked if they can tell me where I can go to get it processed, the response was “we don’t know” you’ll have to check with them. What a great idea! I should drive around until someone can do it for me! They should really do better or at least care. It was a mess at the front and the manager and front sales person was scrambling around. Ironically, she was able to find my name and order in the system. I can see my order on the screen. Sounds like an excuse that no one was able to process it, but instead blamed it on “the system being down.”

Not efficient. Badly managed. If you booked a Covid Test, prepare to wait. We had 4 cars In front of us, waited over 40 minutes.CVS only begins to process the paperwork when you present on site. It takes about 8-10 minutes to print/process the paper works. The actual testing was 30 seconds.Rite Aid testing is about 3 minutes and had the paperwork well prepared before you show up.I believe CVS does not want this kind of testing business, they do this to discourage neighbors to book testing on their sites.

Thought I would give cvs a shot as Walgreens has been horrible. Well this is horrible also. I transferred my moms medicine to this cvs via online. I received a confirmation with all the info on it. When I went online to refill 2 prescriptions I could not find them on her scheduled medication list. I reentered it and called the pharmacy and they could not find the info I inputted. The pharmacist took down her information and 3 days later I went to pick up the medicine and they said they were waiting for a call back from the doctor. Wow. Luckily I was able to get hold of the doctor myself and have them call this pharmacy. What a mistake to have changed. Will not be using them again.

Always been 1000% each visit, they service a tight knit community with a smile and honestly This one of the cleanest CVS this side of the Mississippi. One time I came by in need of a bandage and they had the 50 pack on deck I appreciate the efficiency and effectiveness. I went in to grab motion sickness medication. As soon as I, entered someone asked me if I needed help. He was very nice and showed me where to find it. Self Check out process was very easy. It was very fast convenient.

June 15 630 PM 10 stars for staff that day at counter, Im from Pico Rivera, I was riding on the bike trail and I came so unprepared, I lost my credit card so I couldnt get a lift back my phone was at 1%, with a flat tire, talk about a bad day, the manager and the young lady by his side were very nice they let me charge my phone, but I did buy a charge cord from them so I am a consumer, but they let me charge their phone in their Outlet socket I let me use the restroom, but the main thing is everybody was very nice and considerate, you guys deserve more than just Stars

Dropped off a package on Thursday, been sitting there for 4 days already and it hasnt been pickup yet by UPS truck. The access point service is not reliable. I had to pick it up myself and re-ship using a proper UPS Store retail store instead.p/s: Customer service and employees are all very friendly (5 stars) but UPS Access Point is 1 star.

This store literally opened today and its huge! They have everything you need for a last minute purchases, including house hold items you might run out of and an entire two rows of cards for last-minute gifts. Other items they have are beauty products, tons of medicine and health items, 1/4 of the store dedicated to booze and other libations, photo printing kiosks, and even a lotto dispenser. They also have a large pharmacy (although the shelves were pretty bare of drugs since it was Day 1), but they had 2 pharmacists on call already! They must be getting ready for everyone in the neighborhood to transfer their prescriptions to this location. Their pharmacy hours are M-F, 8AM-9PM; Sat, 9AM-6PM; and Sun, 10AM-6PM.

Great customer service experience at the pharmacy . Today was our first time here at this store and the staff was just amazing cant stop bragging about them to my friends and family on social media we wher customers at the Kenyan way cvs butt not anymore we will be going to this one thanks to all the staff that help us today youre service was awesome.
