Its just an Office Depot, but I got excellent customer service from Sam. I am unnecessarily selective about the pens I write with. For no good reason, I have rudimentary handwriting and havent used cursive since I was in the 3rd grade. Sam was surprisingly insightful about pens. When Office Depot didnt have what I was looking for she looked it up and referred me to a different store for it. Kind of a Miracle on 34th Street moment.

Why is Office Depot so expensive??? You can find so many things for much cheaper at other places or online. Printing services are such a pain the employees are lazy and seem like they dont even want to work. I dont blame them though because they are only getting minimum wage. But as a customer who just wants their printing done, ITS SUCH A PAIN.

Online ordering with quick 1 hour pick up. You can do curbside pick-up (theyll bring it out to you) or go inside to find your order ready for quick retrieval right on the pre-order shelf. Convenient, accurate order, great online system.

I went to print some documents there. They told me to forward them the documents from my email and they were able to print them. Everyone was super nice and it was a quick in and out service.

I like to shop here but just found they have everything in the store is also on line clearance is online and so are all sales. So just get it on line free shipping on orders over x amount .

This store is located in Terra Vista near Barnes and Noble. Used to be Office Max.It seems as if Im living at Office Depot these past couple days. I needed some special markers for a project and decided to stop at this store since I REFUSE to go to the Day Creek store. (Manager Joe is the problem) This store was easy to navigate. The staff was nice and helpful.

Needed to get something edited and then printed. The lady Andrea at the copy center did not know much about photoshop so kept on trying to make the edits I needed for about 45 minutes. The another lady Pam came in and did the same edits in less than 5 minutes. They still charged me for 30 minutes of edit. Very unethical. If you have an associate who is still learning you cannot charge us per minute. Beware when they take your order and do the edits behind your back. They will be overcharging you. Very unhappy with their stance and (un)professional ethics.

So organized and great store layout so that you always walk in right past the cashier and it is ALWAYS staffed and you are always greeted. I also never can make a lap around the store without at least 1 person asking me if I need help. One of my favorite stores to shop at.

We got there late to have lots of pictures to print . Ariel was extremely courteous and helpful, her smile and professionalism gave us a peace of mind that we were in a good hand .

Great staff. Unfortunately all but one of their self service copy stations are functioning this evening. Saw several unhappy customers leave without copies this evening. Will not be returning for printing copies in the future as i need a company i can trust will have functioning copy machines when i need them.

I enjoy visiting this store. More than most, I have found them to be customer focused and friendly. A true pleasure to shop here! Thanks Office Max!

Compared to the other office depot(located within a mile range), this place is more organized and staffs were helpful/friendly.

I always have the best service there. I have been to other office supply centers and never get the service I get from the staff at this store. I am not very savy with computers or faxing. The employees there are always willing to help without making me feel like I am bothering. Thank u to all of u.

Trying to get invitations printed, no one to help me or acknowledge me. I followed the steps on two signs to sign in and a message came back saying I had a 40 minute wait and there was one person in front of me. Im super disappointed with the customer service.

Sometimes i have to make last minute orders for printing, they always have me out the door within minutes. Its a fifteen minute drive for me but worth going to this location. They go above and beyond my expectations, and when im in a hurry it makes a big difference. Amazing customer service

I arrived here at 7:30 asking for help to print out stickers and they declined it stating that he was 10 min to close the store.

Made copies. 12 cents a copy. I thought that was a little high, but I needed them. Employees were helpful.

Bad service. Over a week ago I Went to place order for business card. Waited for over 2 hours before the girls were able to type & place the order.Its been over a week. I called them if I can pick up the order. I was told no order was placed. I was told to come in so they can help me. I went there, I was told again to come back another day because its takes time to type the business card & place the order.I have placed order for business cards multiple times either Office Depot on Foothhill. Why can this be saved so the employees dont have to worry about re-typing ever time order is placed especially if the employees dont really know what to do.Im sure the first who told me she placed the order & even collected my credit card didnt know how to do it. Thats why it took her more 2 hours.Sloppy employees issues

The quality of the photo print is excellent.

I just left I spent 150 dollars on ink.The short lady was so rude.She through my 2 year old son out because he had no mask and my wife and 2 kids.They have asthma and cant breathe.We were in the store for 40 minutes and she decided to say something 40 minutes later.I feel discriminated and will be contacting my Lawyer about how I was treated to with my wife and kids.I will no longer be spending my money and taking my business elsewhere.

Not that I frequent to often, but clean store, friendly staff. Well stocked with all things for your office.

Came here recently to get a couple office chairs and we were really impressed by the customer service.

Friendly staff, nice assortment and good prices.

Copiers went down when we were using them, but they were very friendly and had simple stationary supplies for people to use free of charge.

Horrible customer service. I will never shop here again! They lost a customer. Never had a problem when it was Copy Max and Office Max.
