Completely non responsive after we wanted to move forward on a very small job to fix some laminate flooring even though we knew cost would be high and job may not be perfect based on our circumstances. Apparently it wasnt big enough to bother getting back. Houston Flooring will be the first name crossed off the list when we completely redo our entire house in 6-9 months.

Houston Floors have been around in Rancho along time. They have a wide selection of flooring . They are honest and do a great job. Family owned. Their work shows pride.

Every job I have seen from this family run company is superb.If they put it in and for some strange reason something happens (which it rarely does), call them up, theyll fix it!Dont go to the other stores just because of price. They are competitively priced too! The owners stock what they would put in their own homes.Give them a call. How many small family run businesses do you see that still have great customer service in the store and at your home? They come through on both.I give my military seal of approval to Houston Floors.
