I made an appointment to meet with a specialist, Danny arrived and the rest was history!! Danny and Patty kept me informed every step of the way and this was a plus for me, all about communication. Patty and the team from Flooring Covers International are true professionals. It all started with Patty coming to the house to provide a qoute. I have had many quotes done for different things for my home but Patty was by far one of the best. She made my wife and I feel extremely comfortable with the whole experience, she did not pressure us but instead provided us with a lot of information and answered all of our questions. She was extremely responsive over the next few days and worked with us to make sure the pricing fit the project. We had luxury vinyl plank flooring install over tile along with new baseboards, the entire project was over 800 sqft, a crossed kitchen, formal dinning room, entty way, bathroom and laundry room. The team of installers that did the work were even more amazing. They competed the entire project in two days. The took the time to ensure that the flooring and baseboards were installed perfectly and went above an beyond to make sure that the trim around the kitchen cabinets were perfect. They were friendly and took the time to answer any questions we had and ensured everything was taken care of. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know!! EXCELLENT JOB!

Excellent work at a great price. Floor coverings international was the only company that had the available products to match the flooring that I had downstairs. They were even able to complete the rounded stair edge that other companies claimed was impossible to do. Patty and her team were professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

I had construction done and the workers ruined my wood floor and when I told them to replace it, they ruined them even more where the wood was coming up. Floor Coverings International came to my rescue and replaced the wood flooring. It looks so beautiful now. They were really professional and a great price.

Floor Coverings International did an excellent job installing vinyl floors in 4 rooms of our home. They also installed baseboard (even in the closets) and thresholds to existing flooring. Very professional and courteous. Everything was installed on time and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We had just purchased a home that required a new kitchen floor and new carpet throughout the house. I went on Angies list, and the site gave me some recommendations. I contacted 2 flooring companies and FCI contacted me first. I also went on their website to check out the company and then made an appointment to look at some flooring and carpet swatches. Patty came to my home and she showed me several flooring and carpet swatches. I picked out the swatches for both carpet and flooring. When the materials came in, my kitchen and front entry way was done first, and then a few weeks later when the carpet came in, my living room, loft and 2 bedrooms as well as the hallway and spiral staircase was done. (Carpet). Patty keep in touch until the job was complete. Patty was very personable and professional. Her team did an amazing job and I am grateful. Thank you!

Wow! I am reading again all these great reviews which by the way is why we went with them. Patty was great and professional and had the product that we wanted. We are happy with the floors. Why just a 2 star rating is for a few reasons. The crew was not very clean and the work was rushed. They had to come back to fix obvious issues in the installation after Patty’s inspection. The day after we came home from work to find water leaking from the kitchen ceiling. The crew did not tighten the hose on the washing machine and did not properly replace the drain pan under the washing machine. We contacted Patty immediately but it took over a week for them to come out and make the necessary repairs. We also left them paint to paint the risers so they would match the trim. They did not use the paint we left them and they took it with them. We had to repeatedly call Patty to get them to buy the paint they took so we could correct their mistake ourselves. Patty was often out of town when we called and didn’t seem to be concerned about the issues her crew created. I want to make sure you understand we love the floor but the customer service was not what we expected.

Fantastic service, honestly my wife and i will never use another flooring service. They are so accommodating and understanding and the price they quote you is the final price you pay, it doesnt matter if complications come up during the job that would usually cause the price to go up, your final price doesnt change at all. They pride themselves on quality products and quality service and i have to say they have definitely made us life long customers based on those aspects alone. From expert advise, to professional installation, and even flexible financing options; when my clients use Floor Coverings International I know their home will sell for top dollar! Our most recent escrow closed at $55,000 over asking price, and I know a key part of that was a great flooring remodel!

The work was great, its a beautiful floor! But what Im not happy about is being lied to, we decided not to put flooring in my sons closet and I advised that we were not going to do so. And so I requested the amount to be recalculated with the new square footage, however I was lied to and told that that closet was never measured, when I was in there with him while he walked into the closet and measured it. Im pretty sure I was overcharged for the square footage. I was quoted $1,000, which included two rooms and two closets. I was never refunded or requoted an amount now that I decided not to do the one closet, which by the way is a walk in four by four. Im pretty sure I should have been deducted a hundred to $150.. I was quoted 1200 because they had to remove the carpet that was previously there but then I mentioned that we could remove it ourselves and the cost went down to a thousand, how dare you! I remember the whole conversation

Had a very nice experience with this company. The price for the installation was much cheaper than the estimate that Home Depot gave us. The workers were friendly and willing to wear masks to ensure my familys safety while they were installing the carpets. They were efficient and pretty speedy as well, but still meticulous. The finished installation blew my whole family away and Id definitely use them again !

I got a couple of estimates for carpet. This company beat Empire by far! Better prices, better selection, and better salespeople. My carpet was installed the very next day and is beautiful! The salesman was very nice and listened to my needs, unlike the rude salesman at the other company. I put this company contact on my phone list and intend to use them again.

My floors are pretty but the scope of the job is still unfinished. I purchased my home on 1/03 and moved in on 1/25. Sadly Floor Coverings Intl. brought a man, one who also works for them, into my home that has not finished some work and has already been paid in full. Thats not ok and I do hold Floor Coverings Intl. partly responsible for this.I am now working with someone else who will complete the job and will have to pay them, rightfully so. But I will file a claim in Small Claims Court to try to recoup the loss. I am also having my first floors re-done to match the new flooring upstairs, I would love to have had Floor Coverings Intl. do this job but will not due to the above problems with one of their workers. Angela & Danny are a very nice couple but I cannot give them a great rating because of David, who they brought into my home and took my money without finishing the work. Thats a HUGE problem.

I had a pleasant experience with Floor Coverings International RC. Danny brought a mobile showroom and showed me several sample flooring in my home. He explained the pros and cons of different materials well and went over the installation process. It was easy to communicate with Danny and Patty and theyre quick in replying to questions and concerns. The pricing is fair. The installation was on schedule and they did a very good job with the install. I highly recommend them if youre in need of flooring renovations.

Patty was very professional and friendly. She was understanding to us while trying to pick a carpet color and grade, giving personal suggestions that were very helpful. Our install date was pushed out due to construction delays and she completely understood and waited until we were ready without any pressure. The carpet was installed, it looks BEAUTIFUL!! Floor coverings did an AWESOME job on our house! They came to us ahead of time and helped us pick the perfect carpet for our new home. Once we picked our flooring, they came out and installed within 48 hours! They did a great job with installation as well. The seams are invisible! The workers were very polite and courteous, and knocked out the whole project in a day. We are very happy with the results!

I used Floor Coverings Intl. to install new flooring in my kitchen, dining and living rooms. I was very pleased with the final product. The workers were very nice and courteous. I would just recommend not letting them work later than you may be comfortable with. Our job was done in one day but that was til 9 pm. It wouldve been better had they left earlier and finished the following day.
