First trip to Barnes and noble with my kids. Such a wonderful experience. Bought a couple kids books, would definitely recommend.

Its always a pleasure visiting this Barnes & Noble. I went in for a specific book and I wasnt sure if they had it. Im sure I could have called ahead but they are located close to my bank so I made a quick stop. I walked right up to the customer service counter and showed the woman a photo of the book that was recommended to me. She looked it up. She let me know they did carry it and showed me exactly which shelf it was on. They had hard and soft cover copies and even a signed copy!! Of course, I splurged and treated myself to the signed copy. I never knew that they occasionally carried special copies like that. I was very satisfied with my visit.

If you love books then you gotta love B&N! This is my happy place and I go here when I have a bad day lol it makes me happy

The sales associate was very helpful and looked up the book my son was inquiring about. The Cafe was delicious and reasonably priced. My son ordered a breakfast sandwich and a slice of cheesecake. We also ordered a cookie to take home to my other son. The Cafe serves Starbucks coffee but its not a Starbucks. They do not accept Starbucks gift cards but they do accept Barnes and Noble gift cards.

One of the last great bookstores remaining in this digital age. I hope people realize what a valuable asset Barnes & Noble is to this community. Patronize this establishment and continue to expand your knowledge.

It would have been a great visit except for me hearing one of the staff members calling another staff member a b****.

You can buy books online from a variety of sources, thats true.But, there is still nothing like going to Barnes and Noble and actually picking up books and skimming through them.Love this place!

Wont shop there any longer until they remove the GayBCs book from the shelves. Garbage.Thats a bummer because I think B&N has a great selection of books but when I saw that, I walked straight out the door.I wish these things would stop being shoved down our kids throats. Its completely unnecessary.

The gold membership is really worth it. At least 10% off as well as free shipping. Very great place to go.

I read a lot of manga and light novels, and this Barnes and Nobles had everything I need. Ranging from Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, One Punch Man, and many more.

The customer service was superb. I found exactly what I was looking for. So excited to start reading.

I loved it I got a book for my grandson ( the black widow super-spy ) and he loved it!

A clean, welcoming environment with a large manga selection.Staff was very knowledgeable about manga and nerd culture. They were happy to answer all questions and even give solutions (ie. Were out of stock but its available at this other location) ~I will most definitely be coming back. I would come more often if I could afford it!

This place is absolutely perfect. I can browse books then get a drink and pastry in the Cafe. Amanda was amazing, recommended the perfect thing to go with my coffee.

Its not what it use to be. Of course because of covid, they removed most of the seats, and the ones they do have are solid wood. So they can get uncomfortable. The floor is always an option. They still have a large variety of books, except the ones we were looking for, but the lady made an effort to order it for us.

Store was very clean. I needed help with a book and the associate was very helpful, even told me about some good books my daughter may like. Only negative is that my online order was i correct, but once again the women working checked every store for me to see if they had the book

This B&N is a great bookstore for hard to find books. If they dont have it theyll order it for you and have it ready for you at the store in no time. I always check the website first but its always nice to have good customer service which this B&N does. Great selection of gifts, books and magazines it has a new growing Manga section too. Theres also an attached Starbucks if thats your thing.

Then youll know what to expect.Helpful people that didnt just search my title and point me to it, they actually took time and took me to the sections I needed to go. Chairs around to sit, Coffee to sip, and books to read. Can it get better? Only if they add a spa to the History section.

The employee was very polite and helpful, I needed a book for my bible study and she found it right away!

Wonderful place. Every time I go, I seem to walk out with something. Employees are very curious, helpful and mindful of everything going on. One of the few stores I can go with ease of mind.

It was nice. On black Friday, no lines ir big crowd. Bought a board game and some Christmas cards(30% OFF).

This location has variety of stuff, if they dont have a book usually the employees go above and beyond and help you to get what you need.

Customer service great, great place for studying at the mini tables, not sure about the barnes and nobles starbucks cashier couldve been better so is the customer service, they couldve been a better barista or server however great place for studying and good coffee just the barista is one i dont really like i love it so far

Terrible customer service and care.No one greeted my family including my children. Staff was rude and not willing to help. Much better service for customers not of color.

Barnes and Noble is a great resource for literature (from textbooks to self-help to magazines) and a great place to kill time. They offer a cafe that serves signature Starbucks beverages. Their staff are incredibly helpful and if they don’t have a resource you are looking for, they are quick to help you find a workaround to get it.

This is a great location we always go here even though its far. They always have what we are looking for.

My grandson had a great time looking for a book. With all of the toys and slushies I had a somewhat hard task of keeping him on task, but we got a book, bypassed the toys and went to the cafe to get a cookie for his lunch dessert. We had a WONDERFUL time all for under $10.00! I couldnt ask for a better quality time spent with my special guy. :-)

Clean, quiet, charming and simply fun to walk around because there is so much to see. Staff were very engaged with their guests as well. Pleasant little visit for sure!

Hadnt been in awhile since the pandemic but I shook it off got in my groove an loved my visit. Found what I went in for an more.

Quiet atmosphere, large selection and people willing to help. Any time I cant find what I am looking for theyre willing to look for it at another store, online or find a way to order. I had a huge 30 book childrens book order and needed before my daughters birthday and not only did they make it happen but gathered all of them faster than expected, found a way to get them discounted, and called me to make sure I knew they were there. I have been shopping there since childhood, my parents used to take me there to do homework since they were open later than libraries. Im very glad they have the cafe back, the kids cookies or a treat for their birthdays.

Really enjoyed my visit here came in to buy a book that was not in stock and they offered to ship it for free. Staff was wonderful and great customer service. Would definitely recommend this Barnes and Noble.

Barnes and Noble is an excellent book store. I was able to find a few books and read them in there. They also sell plenty of other things like stuffed animals and lap desks. It is perfect for old and young people. Employees are very helpful and nice. I would love to go there again

Excellent place for buying books and other stationery materials. They also have a newly opened B&N Starbucks Cafe there so they have a lot of coupons they offer for it when you purchase something. Highly recommended. Good places to eat around it too. Good service.

This is a super fun place for a teacher to shop! I always manage to find something 😊. The store is quiet enough so that you can browse to your hearts content, yet it is never difficult to find an employee when you need one.10 out of 10, highly recommend!

They have a massive selection of books. From magazines, kids books, manga, and historical. Great selection of categories too. Staffs were friendly and was easy to approach. Prices were fair and organized.

This is my Happy Place!!Although there was an employee there being loud and obnoxious.Which he stated he knew it and oh well cause thats jusy who he is.All I could think of is, RUDE!Other than that, another wonderful trip to my happy place.
