The worst experience I ever had at Quick Lane. Ownership change has caused a catastrophe of non-professional personnel. Some are not wearing the Ford uniforms and their work is slip-shod. I have been a customer there for many years. They even deleted the Customers accounts. So the customer has to prove through their paperwork that the concerned work was accomplished in the past. I will never return for the oil change. TERRIBLE !!!! This review was for Quick Lane Service Center at Chino Hills Ford not Rancho Cucamonga!!

Was an awesome experience, even tho its a Ford Service center (off-site), I love that I didnt have to put up with the normal crowds of a regular Ford dealer service

Great staff, good coupons, worth the trip out from the Valley. The Quick Lanes and Ford service spots in our area are booked up with no discounts.Bonus: The person at the front desk was able to point me to a local trailhead to get in some exploring while the car was being serviced.Work was quick, good value, great team. I recommended them to Ford owners.

I always get great service at Quick Lane. They were able to take me in on Saturday morning without delay. I really like this place.

Great price on four brand new tires and alignment(I dont think Sams or Costco could touch the price). The two knowledgeable professionals running the front and the shop are friendly and honest. Good service

Had rear brake pads and new rotors installed on my car, about a year and a half later I was told by a different shop that these rotors and brakes needed to be replaced with new ones! All that cash down the drain...I called and asked about a warranty but of course they said only Ford cars carry a lifetime warranty because this place is run by Ford, I believe of Upland! Once again, go elsewhere for better service, product, and better warranty!

Friendly and courteous staff, spacious and clean waiting area with desktop and outlets, and quality service! They have a low price match on tires and its nice to be able to get an allignment and tires at the same shop, many other tire shops dont provide extra services. I would definitely come back again.

Sent my brother to change the oil on my Jeep and they put 5w20 synthetic instead of 10w30 like my brother told them to. Take your vehicle else where or change your own oil!
