Had good experiences both times I was there. Did a clutch job on my Audi that came out great. And they even fixed another sound issue on the spot without me having to leave the car. I hope I don’t have to go back to any mechanic but if I do then this is where I’ll go.

Wish i could give 10 stars they did an amazing job my baby is running like new i brought my s500 in to have the radiator and alternator replaced but i needed my car really bad because i had to work the next day and they had it done in the same day that i dropped it off!!!! They are so amazing Oscar and jesse made sure i got the top service i love this shop and will DEFINITELY only bring my vehicle here i rate it a 100/10

I’ve never felt like I could trust a mechanic shop to tell me the truth and the best price for mechanical issues. This business is trustworthy and honest with their pricing and work. They are always nice and willing to answer questions. The work they do is always good and you never have to worry if they did it right.They are always busy when I call or show up so always call to make an appointment. It’s good to know they are busy. That means they have a lot of customers coming back. I mean, I drive an hour to get to them. So that shows how much I wouldn’t go anywhere else.Thank you MBZ! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.I wish I could put zero stars! This place has horrible customer service, is expensive and un trust worthy. First I took my truck here for power steering. They told me that they could do it in one day if I drop it off in the morning. I was told Id be called when it was finished. I take it in and after a full day I never got a call. So I called them. After speaking to them about it. They told me it wasnt the pump. It was the rack n pinion. I thought this was weird, so I went down to the shop and found that they had already started putting in a new rack n pinion in without telling me anything. After they got it all together they tried to give the truck back to me and the 4 WD didnt work. When I confronted them. oscar claimed that you dont touch the 4WD on rack n pinion replacement with is a total lie. He then wanted me to pay to fix a mistake they made. The next day I finally get my truck back. I work out of town and travel alot. After diving home I noticed a violent shake and a pull to the right. Once I got home to NV I took my truck in for alignment check and it was off .3 on the driver and .2 on the passenger. Both toed to the right. The rack was not centered when they installed and didnt finish the job they never aligned my truck and destroyed one of my tires. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Two thumps up to the work done, but two thumps down for what I was charged👎🏼 This place is a rip off.. the mechanic told me that I needed a new strut which I already Was aware of cause I had gotten the other side done little earlier in the year in Arcadia which I paid $625 for the part and service, I mentioned this to the MBz owner and he told me that’s not possible because the part alone cost 800 dollars and with labor it would be 1100 even, I had chosen to go with his recommendation cause I trusted his judgement, thinking maybe the guy in Arcadia did something shady cause it was so cheap.... I was wrong. I just found this out last night when I went online and bought the strut for $350... the same exact strut he charged me $800 for. I matched the serial numbers as well so I knew it was certain.. so that gets to my point. This guy took advantage of me cause he knew I needed to get my car fixed . (I have 2 kids that I need to drive around), he charged me 1100 for job that didn’t cost 1100.. so I’ll never be coming back to this place of business again. And I would do your research on the parts before just siding with them. Cause chances are you can find the same parts they got for A LOT cheaper. I found mine for almost $500 cheaper. And I found a HONEATmechanic that would put it on my car for $200, so that right there is alone a $600 job. Not a $1100 . In more simple words!!!! DONT COME HERE AND GET PLAYED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!thank you

Horrible experience!!! I was scammed into paying over $300. I told the lady at the front desk that I only needed my brakes done because I had an oil change 2 weeks prior... She then advised me to select “package B” which I took her advice and signed the paper.. When I arrived to get my car, I questioned the price, and she told me it included an oil change.. When I reminded her that I got an oil change 2 weeks prior, all she said was “sorry you signed the paper”!! I felt used and there was nothing I could do.Horrible customer service, I will NEVER go back here!
