This place is a staple in the community for a reason. Very good customer service here and the guys mechanics are able to work on just about any car for most situations. Their prices are competitive and almost always beat places like Pep-Boys and A&R Tire & Brakes just down the street. I definitely recommend this garage and I have been to A LOT of automotive repair shops in the Inland Empire. 10 out of 10.

I took my car in to have the water pump and timing belt changed . They did a great job and did not try to up sale me on anything. They are the most honest mechanic I meant I asked them if my car and needed anything else to make it run better and they told me know your car is fine if anything does go wrong just come back. Thats how I know this is a good place most mechanics lie and try to upsell you on everything these people do not do that they just want to help you get your car running as good as it should be I appreciate them and what they do and Ill keep going back me and my whole family we go there and have for years thank you guys.

My battery would not start after getting gas and my insurances roadside assistance was able to give me a jump. I immediately called A-1 and brought it here. It took a few hours and I had a new battery and my car was fixed! I had taken my previous car here from a recommendation of a family friend and experienced excellent service and a good price and was not let down once again. Great place and would recommend 👍

My car was rattling so I brought it in. They told me the reason was the fuel injectors. They charged me $450 just to clean the fuel injectors. What a rip off. The car still continued to make the rattling noise after they cleaned them. They wanted to charge me more money to further inspect the engine for the noise. In the end they didn’t fix my car they just ripped me off

JR is great. Top notch customer service. I feel JR is not in the business of making the most profit from each customer, rather he has always done the best for the customer. His prices are very reasonable and his always friendly and caring attitude had created a lifetime customer for myself and my kids.

The are concerned about their customers and do not try to overcharge or oversell you on things that you do not need. That is why they stay busy. People know quality and A-1 is it. I’ve been going there for 15 years and recommend it to everyone that needs auto service. Go somewhere else at your own risk!

It is nice to deal with a auto repair shop that has integrity and fair pricing. I take all of our service vehicles to them for repairs. My wife feels that they treat her with respect and they are honest and now we take our personal vehicles as well. All and all great experience.

Excellent service. Went for a walk in emergency alternator replacement since i m not from this area and my car died on me last night, and the guys of A-1 not only took care of it but actually found out that the problem was not the alternator but the battery. Replaced it and i was back on the road in no time. Also prices were awesome. Thank you guys for your excellent service.

A1 over several years has been my #1 shop to repaire or service my vehicles. Very competitive price and great quality of work. From transmission, engine replaced and tires. Always awesome service! A1 has kept my 16 year old + Pontiac Vibe running at its best for, well, 16 years.

As usual, whenever I go out of town, I check the car out the day prior, since its old with high mileage. More often than not, I usually have to do some repair work before leaving town. Jim will always tell me whether I can wait. This time it was a big, urgent repair, so I had to do it, even though my money situation is very bad at this time.I have complete faith in Jim and his mechanics in the work they do for me. Thats why Ive been going to him for over 20 years.

I have always had good service at A-1. I recently took my wifes Honda Civic in for a wheel bearing replacement. The repair was completed within the time stated and the cost was actually slightly less than quoted.
