Didnt have time to perform what they said they could do. Tried to up sale the price. Dont go. The customer service was good but not enough for the price. Friendly but for a fee.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations! The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was above and beyond excellent. Other collision centers/body shops told me my vehicle was totaled, but Foothill looked at it from my perspective and knocked it out the park. Horrible service and extremely unprofessional. Changed the pick up time multiple times and closed early because “they are a family owned business” knowing that people were coming from out of town to pick up the car they told and insisted to us was going to be done days later.Further explanation- My family was waiting for their car which was told to them would be ready in a week. The company was told they would be out of town, but they insisted the time, so we arranged for a rental that could work with the trip out of town (and would accommodate the needs of our disabled family members btw), and was ready for the week. We were called days earlier than the original date and told to come pick up the car, knowing we were out of town. We were able to get a family member to come pick up the vehicle the next day, and were told the day before that they closed at 5pm and that the family member would be able to pick up the vehicle.We received a call the day of though, acknowledging that they knew family was coming but that they were going to close up earlier because they legitimately just wanted to. With the excuse that “it’s a family owned business”.We already have enough difficulties to be left with out a vehicle and with a disabled family member, and then to do that to us during thanksgiving week? If you have a time you should have enough pride and dignity in your word to honor WHAT YOU SAID. “Family owned business” is not an excuse.

They did a great job and finished sooner than they said it would take.

The ladies in the front are EXTREMELY helpful and made my experience much easier to deal with. The gentleman that wrote up my car (Ryan S.) was knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. My insurance company (State Farm) missed several items; Ryan dealt with them direct and got them to pay for those items and made my part much easier. WILL Highly recommend and if ever needed again will return. Thank you to ALL of you !

We went to Foothill Auto Body which was recommended by our insurance company. The facility is very clean and customer friendly. The office staff was extremely professional and helpful. They took care of things quickly and efficiently. The person who did the estimate was very friendly and called us back to update what they found and to tell us how long it would take. They actually finished several days sooner and the work was excellent. We are totally satisfied with Foothill Auto Body and we will definitely recommend them to our friends. It is not often you find a business that provides great service.

I had a tire blowout a couple months back that did $900 in damage to my bumper, and when I took it to Foothill Auto Body for a quote, they were very professional, kind, and listened to how I would like the car repaired. The quote given was fair, and was told at least three days, when it actually only took a little over two. The workmanship on the repairs done looks excellent, and you can hardly tell it had to be repainted. Im very happy with the work that was done, and appreciate the hard work! They even were nice enough to wash my car afterwards! Thank you to Carlos the QC manager, and to Chris, the owner. Thank you guys!

AAA (Automobile Club) approved repair center. Swift repair, friendly staff, multiple phone call updates and text communication top notch and appreciated.

Horrible customer service. I was lied to from the moment he walked out. I came in for a cash non insurance estimate and he told me its a law i could not get an estimate on damages unless i pay to have parts removed. I was only looking for a ball park figure that i could determine if the car is worth keeping or selling.

Super happy with the professionalism and customer service from Dennis who as promised in less than 30 minutes took care of my car ( Acura MDX) fixing and polishing the dent, looks like the dent was never there.While waiting, the front staff asked me if some one was taking care of me??Looks like the whole team here is exceptional!! Very professional & great customer service. Got my car back earlier than I thought. And you know when you dont have a car you can go crazy!

The car was completed on time however after my Lexus GS 350 was rear ended my trunk no longer unlocks from inside the car or on the key FOB. They told me it was a manufactures defect, however it was working before the accident! The measure of a great company is not when everything goes right, but how they respond when things go wrong. Foothill Auto Body did not finish the job.

Didnt appreciate they sold my phone number to a company that calls six times a day asking for a brief survey about my experience there. Besides that it was decent but overpriced.

I was involved in an accident on a Friday late in the day. I called Foothill Auto Body from the scene of the accident and spoke with Anne. I advised her of my situation and the first thing that came out of her mouth is, “Don’t bring it here.” I asked why? She said let the tow truck take your vehicle to a tow yard and call your insurance and they will pull out your vehicle and bring it here. I explained I had Wawanesa Insurance and that they were a Wawanesa shop but she still refused to help me. She had a total lack of empathy and was extremely rude.I got on my phone and looked up shops with excellent reviews. I called Service King in Montclair and spoke with Dana and the first thing she said was, “ Are you ok?” She told me to bring the car to their shop and even stayed 15 minutes after! I dropped off my car and got into a rental and enjoyed my weekend.Here is how I feel from this whole experience and each shop’s attitude to summarize.Foothill Auto Body: You’re lucky if we get to work on your car!Service King: We will be more than happy to work on your car and put you back on your feet :)

Im surprised at the reviewers for this place. I was referred to Foothill Auto Body by my insurance company to get an estimate on repairs. Joanne refused to help me. She said that she could only talk to me if my insurance adjuster was on the phone with us. When I tried to tell her that I had already talked to my insurance adjuster she wouldnt let me talk and loud talked over me. I told her that my insurance company had sent paperwork to her, but she wouldnt even check for it. All this after Carlos hung up on me the first time I called. I find this place to be rude and extremely unprofessional.
