Its good to know you can still go to a place and get adaptors and wires and such you need without having to wait for shipping but it feels like the selections are getting smaller and smaller as the days go on. Also it seems more like its just becoming an appliance store.

Went in twice on Saturday in an attempt to buy a washer/dryer set. Not so pleasant experience on the first visit because when I was informed the set I wanted wasnt fully available, the female sales rep tried to sell me another set without consideration for comparable features only trying to match prices, SMH. LUCKILY, I went home, did more research and returned to encounter Rene Mendoza. He was a demonstrably more seasoned sales rep who could articulate features of the merchandise. After some back-and-forth on various features vs whats important, I purchased a new set. Great job Rene! The missing star is obviously due to the female sales rep who it seems is only there to collect a paycheck.

OMG!!!! Such great people work here!!!!!! Friendliness and helpfulness from the time you walk into the store. I must give a HUGE shout out to Nicholas in the Chrome dept. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He managed to troubleshoot and fix the problem with my daughters Chrome Book. She just needed a new charger. Plain and simple!!!!!! Others wanted it to be shipped and for me to be charged!!!!!! Thank you Nicholas!!!!!!

Wow, I cannot belive the inability to get an employee to help you at this location. Ive come here 3 times in the last 2 months and literally have never once gotten help, weather I am browsing or searching for help. I sat by 2 employees talking personally about how much they got wasted drunk the night before and then had them walk away from me. Worst best buy Ive ever been to. I used to love this one. I guess theyve all gone down hill. This one terribly though

Since moving in my first home, Ive had the worst luck with washer and dryers. After getting ripped off on OfferUp the first time around and my appliances breaking down after a few months, my husband and I decided to pay extra for something that was going to last for our forever home. We browsed online and in stores to many places, but ended up at Best Buy. As soon as we walked in, we got help right away. We were blown away by the customer service and knowledge of the employees that helped us named Rene. We told him what we were looking for and our budget and he worked his magic looking up all we needed right in front of us. He helped us find the perfect washer and dryer without breaking the bank. Delivery is scheduled in 4 days. When we went to Home Depot, they said delivery could take up to a month and more. We were so pleased with the best customer service service from Rene. Thank you for all your help. Cruise by this Best Buy for all your needs.

Herein, I noticed on my receipt they had a free 6 month apple music which he didnt discuss how to redeem. The way to get out was confusing to me

Walked in for a new smart watch. (Replacing a lost one) stood in line for 15 minutes. I was questioned about the purpose of my visit. Not necessarily in the most professional manner. I followed directions. Gave my personal information. 15 minutes later I received a text, they were ready for me. I came to the smart watch desk. There was three Best Buy technicians with two couples who also seemed a little confused themselves. But no one seems to be able to help or have the courtesy to say they will be right with me And suddenly they all disappeared. I dont understand this kind of service. 15 minutes later. I walked out. Wasted time. No watch. 1:30 pm

Stanley in the computer sales was incredible, very friendly, patient, and answered all my questions. The reason why I gave it 3 stars was because of Matt in computer sales. He was rude, acted as if I was bothering him when I said that I needed assistance. Matt needs training on customer service. If it wasnt for Stanley.... theyd only get 1 star.

I cant stand how there is a employee waiting at the front door entrance asking you what are you there for. Its bad enough we had to wait outside in a line. But to have them having a conversation with a customer just holds things up. I know what I just let me in. And their Blu Ray section is a joke now. I will stop coming here once they stop selling physical media.

Not sure how I feel about this place. Bought a Samsung phone, purchased the warranty. The camera stopped working, so I took it back. The phone is 1 year 10 days old so the Samsung warranty was void, ten days too late. The Best Buy (Geek Squad) warranty I purchased kicked in but I still had to pay $200? Warrantys aint what they use to be. Wow is this phone expensive to own!

Went in for an Oculus Quest 2 and was in and out in less than 5 minutes with one in the bag. Guy at the front of the store directed me to the checkout counter where they had it and I got what I needed without having to go more than 20 feet into the store. It was one of the easiest errands Ive done in a long time, just be sure to check the store inventory if you are getting a Quest, they dont last long in stock!

The place itself was just fine. Nice staff. The only thing that really sucked was trying to get in to the plaza. Its not their fault. Its just a really bad layout of the roads. You literally have to get in to a merging lane to get into the plaza. Thats so dangerous. Bit like I said, not the stores fault at all, just be careful trying to get in.

Went to Best Buy with my mother for her iPods. Service was great. While there there was a lady who had an issue and the young man that was helping us was helping her. The issue involved getting a manager. I was so totally impressed with how calm and kind the manager was to the lady and solved the issue. While walking out manager was on the phone I wanted to tell him how great he was to be so kind and understanding to the lady but he was busy. Mom and I was going to get in at and the Geek squad manager walked out to us to make sure everything was ok. Very impressed with that. He took time out to make sure we were ok. I sure hope Best Buy knows what a great employee he is. I should have gotten his name but the dummy head I am I didn’t

I just couldnt believe how trying to return an item that I bought the same day, they refused to help me. and sent me home with the item, alleygatingthat I needed the credit card that I bought it with. really I had the offer 24 hours before obviously there was no way i had the credit card information, really bad experience. I have been shopping here for 20 years. any other store they use your drivers license and pull up the information. very poor costumer service.
