Bought a toilet with cash and never received a receipt. I keep them for tax purposes. Called the store for a receipt lookup and the operations manager was zero help. Told me they couldnt do that. This particular HD is always out of building materials! I get the demand and shortage issue in the industry, but why do the other locations seem to have better stock? This location it up the street from our company but we are always going to other locations. The guy at the pro-desk is always super friendly and helpful. He calls the other locations for me to check stock. I guess I will check stock online before I head out and likely end up in another city to get materials....

I went looking for a small outdoor grill. Didnt find the one I wanted . Lots of people willing to help with questions etc. Nice employees!

I went to look for a certain plant where all the plants are. They were being very lazy to help me look for it. I think they should of made more effort to help. But they had me check for myself.

Store is well laid out with easy to see signs.. Knowledgeable staff. I wish I could remember his name, but the fun, goofy older guy in the paint department was pleasant and very helpful!

Store is nice and clean. Their garden center is not as big as the North Fontana location, but their employees are nicer.

I almost always find what I came to buy, but if they do not have it, their associates will have good ideas for where I canorganized.The store is clean and organized. Lots of parking. I can order online and have my items delivered or waiting for me to pick up at the store. I have rented trucks here to take my purchases home and it has always quick and easy.

Sad but true. Went to Home Depot to buy an appliance but no one was there to answer questions or ask if I wanted to purchase anything. The only employee I saw was unwrapping items and cussing in frustration. Im assuming because he was working. I looked around but no one was around to help me. I was afraid to ask the man having a melt down cause he was working and who knows he might take his frustration on me. Poor service very poor. Overall Home Depot has always had a shortage of staff. My question is where was the manager? Probably dosing off in their office?

Found a new light for m ugh garage. The gentleman working in plumbing around 7:45 pm was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Super helpful.

Was racially profiled by a cashier, a Caucasian man walked out with his items ahead of me and the lady greeted him very kindly but as soon as i was walking out she gave me attitude and was making a big deal yelling to the other cashiers if i had paid for my items, she checked my receipt and just made the whole situation more embarrassing. I understand if it were for security purposes but the way i was treated was drastically different than how the man ahead me was treated

They have every things i need to make my home better. The prices are good and manageable. The quality of the products are good too; a little less than Lowes, it goes with the price; i still choose Home depot over Lowes. Employees should have more knowledge about the area they work in but overall friendly; good customer service. Lines get long only on holidays.

I normally go to the Home Depot on 19th street in Upland. I stopped by this store because I was in the area. This store has a much different feel than the Home Depot I normally visit. If you park in the south end of the parking lot you might be approached by illegals looking for work. By the way they charge the going rate as I asked them their rate for a days worth of labor.This store always seems to be busy but I got in and out pretty quickly. The clerk was friendly.

I never been to this store before. So of course every stores laid out a little different. I called before I went there to make sure they have what Im looking for, and have enough. The product I was looking for had 4 in stock. The guy said over the phone they should be here for a while. So I decided to travel there. I was there in about 30 minutes. And unfortunately the terracotta pots I was looking for, Were not easy to locate. I talk to a guy in garden, And he didnt seem to be very helpful at all. He was trying to find the guy I talked to on the phone.Instead of working together to see what I needed. Unfortunately I didnt get that guys name. But, while waiting for him to find somebody. I found the pots right inside the door. Unfortunately there was only one. This experience was not good. You need to get people that are knowledgable. The gal that was on the register in garden was very nice. And this was her first day.so I dont blame her for not knowing everything So I headed to the garden register To purchase one item.Then the guy that was helping me,came up to see if I wanted to wait longer to see if they might be somewhere else.no thanks.

Any other time I walk into Home Depot, I am virtually assaulted by people trying to help me. Trying to show me where things are. Trying to make suggestions about whatever it is that Im planning on doing.But, when I walk in, ready to spend over a thousand dollars on a new stove...nothing. Couldnt get any help at all.Ironic. Annoying...but ironic.

I was helped by an associate named beverle, she took the time to help me with certain items i needed very helpful and patient when answering my questions, she was not in a rush, she took her time unlike other associates who give you a quick response and disappear, home depot needs more associates like beverle.

Had a good experience today at Home Depot rancho Cucamonga. This guy named Alex young kid was at the self-checkout line was by far one of the best employees Ive seen anywhere. Above and beyond really isnt discussed all that much nowadays, everybody does the bare minimum this kid Alex was enthusiastic eager to help running back and forth between customers with a smile on his face and yes, I can see it through the mask. Looked for someone to help cut chain... no one around except a guy dressed in street clothes... only when I started to cut it myself this and guy, a younger guy stood up and said, Ill cut it, I said oh cool, I said: Sorry, I didnt think you worked here, thought you were a vendor, he looks at me and said: I dress this way so customers dont bother me as he looks at me like Ive done something to bother him... well I guess I did bother him... This arrogant employee needs to understand that my purchase keeps your business doors open and pays your check... This halogens at the Euclid store in Ontario, California, not Rancho Cucamonga site.

I came here during the 2nd phase of the Covid-19 pandemic. I was impressed seeing that they wiped the self check areas with each use. Staff were nice and helpful and made it possible for me to leave within the shortest possible time.Its a big store,so it will be in your best interest to ask them to direct you to the particular aisle where you can find the item you are looking for so you dont waste time looking for it.I recommend.

Its Home Depot....Unless you live under a rock, you know and shop at Home Depot.This location has a pretty good garden area, the pant dept are always on top of things. The help at Electrical and Plumbing (mostly plumbing) are from guys who know enough about electrical, and more so, plumbing to actually be helpful. Best of all, with out the cocky attitude a real plumber or electrician would give ya. I can say this as a 3rd generation electrician and licensed electrical contractor...And as everyone knows, an electrician shouldnt do plumbing any more then a plumber do electrical!!!So, this morning when our bathroom drain needed a quick fix, my dear sweet wife whos an artist doing hair, grabbed her tool box i gave her for xmas, and found the problem.And yes, since our plumber was at church, she called him first, sweetie found the problem. This brings us to why i was talking to the helpful plumbing guy this morning at Home Depot...He picked out the parts for a lesser expensive way to fix it and explained to me how to do it.Wife should have it fixed just in time to start supper.Remember, electricians should never touch plumbing....Finally,To finish my Home Depot review, the casher was very friendly, and helpful, she used a second cart!The

This is a much more mellow branch of the Home Depot....was glad it t wasnt packed crazy busy and I could get what I needed for a busted hose, and also grabbed a large pitchfork to bust up sod.The employee I asked for some input didnt have her mask on over her nose and only part of her mouth....so points off, there.Her information was also incorrect so we asked another employee, and he was friendly and correct, and wearing his mask appropriately.

We usually always have a good experience at our Home Depot. Today we asked for help, they paged the hardware department and when we saw a young man who we thought was gonna help us, he started helping another lady and left. Then we were told the person that was suppose to help us was at lunch and that there was no one else available.😕So now we’re at Lowe’s and hopefully it will be a simple and more positive experience.
