Bad customer Service. Horrible owner

Great Atmosphere, Friendly staff, and fair prices on hookah. The owner is very personable and respectful as well as being customer oriented. This is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of work or school. Not to mention some of the best quality hookah and custom flavors in Sacramento.

I have been coming here for a very long time now and have experience nothing but good service and excellent hookah. All flavors are house blends that taste great. Please dont let any negative reviews prevent you from coming in because most of them are fake made by local competing hookah bars. Go in and try this place out and I promise you wont be disappointed.

The drinks are cool but workers are hella rude

Terrible owner with awful service! I place an order for one hookah and he brings it out 45 mins later. It would have been acceptable if the place was packed but I counted 8 other people. Everything was going pretty well after I received the hookah until the bowl died after 20 minutes. I told the owner and he said it was fine. I brushed it off and continued to smoke. The bowl needed some coals and I asked for some, but he tells me I don’t need coals. I am well aware when I need coals and it was obvious that mine were small and useless. He tells me that he has been in the business of hookah for 50 years and that I am in the wrong. I tell him that he needs to listen to his customers and make better hookah but I think 50 years dumbed his ability to treat customers with respect and make hookah properly. Dont go to this disrespectful and trashy lounge.

Best hookah spot around. The tobacco is off the charts. Excellent service, we love the owner, he makes a huge selection of tobacco flavors fresh everyday, and the cafe is so nice every time we come in.

Used to be a great place. Last couple times ive been here they charged for every little thing, in excess. Plus rude staff and owner.

Hookah was okay, service was sub-par. Got to be more attentive to customers and its courtesy to check on coals every once in a while.

Rude owner sadly. The owner asked me as soon as I sat down where Im from, then he he made negative remarks about my ethnicity right a way! The owner was sitting next to a coffee and hot water machine. I asked for a coffee he said he doesnt have, I asked for tea he said he doesnt have tea, I asked for a hot water for the tea bag he said the water is dirty. What can you do in a place that has dirty water? Indeed this is a dirty place with lots of hate and low mortality.

Favorite place for a night time wind down with friends! Great service & flavors!
