Ordered the Venti green tea mocha latte light ice and this is what I got 🤦🏻‍♀️I asked the guy who made my drink if he can fill it up he said he can add more ice. Good thing I don’t live around here and no need to come to this location again. FYI, didn’t Starbucks got sued for too much ice? And I remember their response was you can request for less ice?

I didnt like my drink so I went back in and they went above and beyond to make the situation right. All of the workers were so kind and showed concern about my issue while other stores generally make a deal out of me having an issue in the first place. This is my go to store and I have had great experiences everytime I go.

Great customer service I give you a 5 star for that... Service was fast.. but the biggest problem here is appearance inside the store . It needs a terminal clean dirty dirty..

The manager on duty this morning at 10:00AM turned a disappointing experience into a good one. This past Saturday I placed a mobile order for in store pickup as I was on a very tight schedule. Right when I walked up to the store to come in for my pickup, they locked the doors to the lobby and said to go through the drive thru, which already had 10 cars in it. I had no time to spare and had to leave, and was charged for a drink I didnt get. I came back in today and spoke to the manager about it and she was outstanding, apologized, and after checking my receipt for the Saturday drink, she remade the drink for me without any questions. Very positive attitude. On my way out the door she ran me down to give me a gift card for another drink for my troubles. Outstanding customer service!! I really appreciated it.

3 of us at Starbucks for a meeting. Was nice and quiet..coffee was good. Bath room clean. Tables clean.

I come to Starbucks every day I order the same thing every time venti white chocolate mocha no ice today for some reason a young man was taking my order in the drive through a women interrupted my ordering she asked if I would like my drink to be filled with milk I’ve never been asked that question here they just give me my coffee and all is good but when I took a drink it tasted like a cup of milk discussing also they never have the large straws they run out every every week I came back inside I asked the manager if she can fix it I want my drink made correctly she said she can’t do that because I don’t have ice in my cup I pay $5.75 + tax you think that for that amount of money Starbucks would give its customers no ice if they didn’t want it I would like this to be fix and the manager to be correct waisted my money and time now I have to go to a new Starbucks

They never get my order right. Don’t add whip cream or drizzle even when specified on the online order. I usually don’t complain but tired of anytime I order here my order is incorrect

I remember the anticipation waiting on this Starbucks to open, primarily because of its location. After opening, the initial thought was just shut it down. However, I have continued to frequent the location and I have grown enough to understand that with any new venture, it takes time and practice for growth or improvement, and the team has accomplished all.This location is an absolute pleasure to have in the community, and the service is outstanding! Rude baristas and drinks are made poorly. I ordered a passion fruit tea with lemonade once, and it tasted like vomit (I wish I was kidding). Do yourself a favor and go to the Starbucks off of Zinfandel and Olson instead. Not as busy, nicer workers and drinks on point!

I love Starbucks but it really bothers me when Im ordering and after every item they say anything else?I have 3 kids and I try to be efficient. Just a side note..

Tested them the other day for my first time visit with a fairly complicated order with a few extras here and there and the girl heard me the first time I said it, recited it perfectly, and even reminded me up at the window of other similar extras to compliment my already customized drink. We love a happy barista ☕ 🙏🏾

Socks when you walk to Starbucks and theres no notice on the app that the can only take drive-thru orders due to low staffing. A heads-up would be nice. Oh well, more steps for me.

We went threw the drive thru today March 14. They got the drink wrong parked went to the doors sign on door says lobby closed only drive thru is open. Called them on the phone told me I had to drive back threw the drive thru. I had to wait 7 cars deep for the mess up. In my opinion should have gave me my drink for free. and the girl betraying to be the manager had no customer service experience at all.

Recently my drinks have not been good I would say 80% of the time that I go here something is either wrong with my drink order or its nasty. Im really not one to go back and have my drink remade because who has the time. But even today I sent my husband to get me a treat had him order me a Carmel Ribbon Crunch extra carmel no whip I never get whip but majority of the time I go here I get whip when it says on my cup no whip! I gave 2 stars because we go here a lot since its closest to our house but recently nothing has been right or good!

I didnt catch the name of the gentleman in the drive thru this morning (Saturday December 5th) but let me tell how he made my day with his positive energy. I love this Starbucks for a few reasons, very close to my house, never messes up my order, and the absolute positive energy the staff has especially in the drive thru. I work in retail and I know most people only take the time to write the bad reviews and I wanted him to be recognized for his uplifting attitude. Thanks again kind sir for putting a smile on my face!

Always a warm greeting when first entering this particular establishment. The crew always try to remember their repeat clientele. The manager Kelsey inspires her team which is apparent while watching her work her magic behind the counter. I have closer units to my home, but prefer the professionalism here. I recommend walking in to experience first hand.

They have the best hot tea although my favorite did not come yet this year Joy Tea...hopefully in December, but I tried their peach tea....mmmm It was so good, to me and now, one of my personal favorites! I also like the fact that I can get a large tea for $2.65 with milk and honey. Oh also their oatmeal I love it !! They have a pretty good variety of healthy breakfast and lunch items, and pretty tasty snacks so another big thumbs up👍🏼

Go to a different location. I understand stress levels are high during the pandemic but when their sign reads mobile order pickup at the front door and they have the nerve to shout no repeatedly at me for walking to the front door, and refusing to refund or do anything except at the drive thru, its just not worth the attitude they all have. Its easier to go to the fair oaks or Arden location where they actually take valid precautions and will accept walk in orders and bring them out to your car.

Starbucks is trying to keep up with the demand. I wish they would brew decaf at more locations since the doctor told me that is all I can have. Most locations at the drive through dont like to make a pour over since it takes too much time. I am glad they take pity on me and make it holding up the rest of the cars a majority of the time.

This location of Starbucks was very well designed and efficient. The staff was extremely friendly and personable. The entire store although it was quite busy was clean and very well stocked. The orders were all made and delivered quickly and made correctly.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I placed a mobile order here today, when I arrived there is a sign out front that says “we are open for mobile order pick-up” and yet the front door has a handwritten note that says the lobby is closed (shouldn’t the corporate Starbucks sign say “drive thru only” then?) I’m in a cargo van with 9’ clearance and their drive thru is 8’6” clearance so I called the store to ask if they can run my order out to my car (I’m wearing a mask and have followed social distancing guidelines to keep me/others safe) or if anything, just leave my order right outside the door and close the door and I’ll pick it up so no one has contact... what did they say? “No we can’t do that.” Seriously??? No reason given, just a repeated no.Hey guess what guys, I worked for Starbucks for 5 years and I regularly ran orders out to peoples cars, there’s absolutely no reason you can’t do it. Starbucks has an accessibility policy that ensures everyone is welcome, including people that can’t enter the lobby or drive thru for whatever reason. So the decision to not take my order to me is 100% against Starbucks policy! Lucy from corporate confirmed this over the phone with me. :)Again, no reason was given and you would have the same amount of contact with me in the drive thru so I’m chalking this up to PURE LAZINESS. Terrible customer service. I called corporate for a refund and filed a complaint, thanks to Lucy for being so helpful on the phone, unlike the staff at this store. Don’t bother coming to this location!!

This is the first Starbucks that doesnt provide power outlets so that minimizes 1 star for me. Maybe irrelevant to some people, but as a student one of my expectations for a starbucks is to provide outlets. Furniture is also not very comfortable, very hard wooden chairs and benches. The service and drinks were fine standard quality.

This Starbucks doesnt really know how to make things the way you asked for them to be made. They dont understand the meaning of light ice, or extra pumps of something. If youre ordering a breakfast sandwich they do not understand how to remove the cheese if the item is requested without cheese. I would recommend going to a different Starbucks if you want what you ordered.

Great starbucks location. The staff was friendly and professional. We walked in, got our orders, and walked out in under 10 minutes. The only knock I had against this location was that the trash cans were all packed. But who knows, they might have been coming right out of a rush. Regardless, great experience here and I would definitely recommend coming here.

Sometimes they nail it and sometimes they dont. The baristas are not consistent enough for me to really want to continue to get coffee here. The Sunrise Zinfandel one is way better.

Stop that the nearest Starbucks after visiting my mother in her newest Care Facility off of Folsom Boulevard today this Starbucks was my first chance to try the cinnamon shortbread coffee beverage I was so looking forward to it after Id made my order the dear young woman tells me we only have cream or half-and-half we are totally out of all other milk products laughed I said there wasnt my chance at being Frugal with a food that Im trying to eat so I said okay I need the coffee Ill take the half and half and I said as long as were blowing it Ill take some creamy whipped cream on top

I always have grate service at Starbucks always kind, sweet and always greets my mom with a smile. The drinks are awesome.

I absolutely love this place. Even when its super busy the staff works quickly. Theres even a drive through for those who dont want to get out (Lazy people like myself). Its upkept, the drinks (mainly coffe based, but with other options) are delicious, and the food options are healthy. However, this is mainly a coffee shop and not a restaurant to eat with your family. This is more of a place to snack with a nice drink, not to have a family meal, so please be conscious of that when visiting.

Nedzra and Allie have the best team ever. The absolute BEST Customer Service and any time there is a question, concern or correction the team doesnt hesitate to make it right! 2 thumbs up ladies.

I love Starbucks coffee. Yes, I love Peetes too, but I will go to whatever one is close to where ever I am at the time. That might be traitorous behavior as far as the coffee shop camps devotees are concerned, but I have no allegiance to anything but caffeine.Im a former newspaper reporter during an ancient era before Starbucks and Peetes, and yes, there were years like that. Folgers Instant 😱 was how I survived the insanity of deadlines. When you consider that background And this Starbucks resolved my caffeine cravings quickly, and my frappicino was exactly what I ordered. What more can anyone ask from a coffee shop?

Im not a huge fan of Starbucks but this is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. All of the power outlets have been bolted over so you cant use them. The staff will claim that its to prevent theft and the whole shopping center is like that but neither diamond billards nor McDonalds have done this so that is false information. They most likely did it to prevent homeless people from staying too long in their establishment. The music was obnoxiously loud which was frustrating while trying to work on my project. The general appearance of the location was also rather poor. I wouldnt even use their drive through but that is just me

I came in for the strawberry with the whipped cream, but they no longer make it so I ended up getting the strawberry ultimate it was ok. I gave it to my daughter.
