Caribou is great! Only one small thing, often they overlook my request for light ice....no big deal it’s just that I want to actually drink what I am paying for vs having a bunch of ice in my cup w/ a splash of coffee. Thanks guys!

This place is honestly lovely, staff are super nice and small talk can be expected if you’re more out going. Nothing like a hot cup of coffee on a cold Minnesota day, drive through here is one of the faster ones and service when you’re inside is great!

I used to come here everyday a few years ago, and the service was always great. Now, whenever I am in town I stop here, and the service is still great! Its a perfect place to meet with friends or work on homework, and enjoy some perfectly made beverages. Love this location!

The employees here try hard, but just never seem to have it together. Sometimes they forget to use the milk alternative even though it was ordered and paid for, then we dont find out till later when our stomach hurts from our drinks. Its not every time, but happens enough to avoid this location for the most part.

My fiance was having a bad morning and he works very near there so I stopped in to grab him a coffee to help him feel better. They were quick and friendly. It was nice to find that I had enough points for a free coffee so I only spent $5 on coffee for 2.

Not sure why we were asked to leave several minutes before 8 pm, even though the closing time online is 8:30 pm?Why would a coffee shop close early during holidays, and harsh winter?People are shopping all over and just want to enjoy a warm place and hot drink.Please either adjust your hours online or faithfully stay within the bushiness hours. This issue needs to be taken care of promptly.

I am officially DONE with this caribou! I am an avid daily iced coffee drinker, I expect consistency for the price Im paying. I know what my coffee is supposed to look and taste like. Every time I come to this location and ask for additional shots I am charged but my coffee NEVER looks nor taste like it. Today was the last straw. I ordered a medium iced caramel latte with and extra shot, I was basically given sweet milk with maybe a dash of coffee, it was basically really sweet milk with caramel on the bottom...absolutely disgusting.

Used to be an everyday customer, but ability to get drink i like became a 1 in 5 crapshoot and i gave up, but this staff in very nice and makes you feel welcome once you walk in.

Love this location! They always make my regular drink better than any other location I semi-frequent. Kylie is a joy to chat with. It’s nice to see her smiling face in the window. The team inside is great, too. Would highly recommend. Keep up the great work!

This is my third time did not get reward points. I verified the sale associate to make sure she has the right phone numbers and she confirmed that i checked in every time. The fact is NO. I am not happy about this.

My daughter and I met an old friend for coffee. I had green tea lemonade with a shot of raspberry. Delightful. Very refreshing. Always a great place to meet up. Comfortable and friendly. Clean and welcoming. Love to sit and relax here. Well worth your time.

Fast and pleasant. Really like the atmosphere. Hard to get in and out of this location, but thats the design of the intersection, not the stores fault. Nice and clean too (didnt use the restroom).

For some reason they closed at least 30 minutes before the closing time listed online.Another time I went through the drive thru. l pull forward to the window and an employee enters from the back door. Once I reach the window I see her making drinks and I know there was no time for her to even properly wash her hands, then she hands me my drink... I dont want her handling something Im going to consume with dirty hands.

We really like this Caribou, they are friendly, easy going and its convenient to swing in and grab a coffee either in the drive thru or inside and get back on the road. The staff is friendly and if there is a mix up they are quick to correct or fix it. I have ordered coolers and hot coffees here and they have always been fantastic!

I am done going here, this location is a Stain on the Caribou brand. Poorly managed, which results is even worse employee interaction with customers. I’ve never gone thru a coffee drive thru and wait 15+ minutes for a basic coffee, this has happened multiple times, and there is only 2-3 cars in front. They are not consistent with the drinks, it’s a toss up if you get what you ordered. I’ve ordered mochas with no whip, guess what, there’s whip. I’ve ordered plain old black coffee, not too complicated right? Nope, I’ve received coffee with cream in it, don’t even ask for them to add a little bit of ice so it’s not so hot, they have no idea. I quit going to this location in the mornings as I drive by on my way to work. I now go to the one closer to work and have never excessively waited in the drive thru and I’ve always received the item I ordered correctly. This location should be audited by Corp Caribou, it is not up to par.

The old lady that takes drive thru orders I s extremely rude. Not once but multiple of times. I accidentally dropped a straw and she threw it at me. Won’t be coming back here.

Ive been to this caribou more times than I can count and I have NEVER been asked if Im a perks member to check in which I find interesting as the Cambridge location asks me without failure every single time. I know the perks arent much and checking in only helps so much but the fact that I have never been asked is kind of irritation. Also, all the staff are always in such a hurry they never seem to be getting things correct. Just a personal observation. I will not be returning to that location anymore.

This location specifically always does the best job. The best people work here and they make the best drinks here

Helped me replace my order, which isnt ever an easy mixture to create since Im pretty ridiculous with my flavors. It wasnt super simple yet they handled it with poise and were generous to replace at no cost. Thank you for being so accommodating

They are very friendly, and fast, I come in they make my drink and I havent even gotten up to ordering. Amazing!

I usually stop at this location before work in the morning but the past 3 times Ive gone, they have messed up my order. 1st they asked if I wanted to pay extra for whipped cream and they forgot the whipped cream yet I was still charged. 2nd I asked for a medium but I was given a small and 3rd I asked for a campfire cooler and they forgot the marshmallows!! Thats literally the best part! I think its because they talk to much while working and dont pay attention. I probably wont be going back to this location. I also asked for cinnamon coffee cake and it was stale! Ive had it at other caribous before so I know how the bread should be. Im very disappointed.

Easy access & friendly staff

Every time I go to this caribou I ask for a campfire mocha WHITE CHOCOLATE and they almost ALWAYS give me milk chocolate or dark chocolate... Im allergic to milk chocolate!

This used to be my go-to-bou, not anymore. I will drive right by and go to the one on round lake and bunker. (It is SO much better at making drinks, consistancy, friendly more often than not, and remember to enter my number for perks, AND mention when I have one to use! ) This Ramsey location is lacking so much on customer service and lack care for their product which you can tell in their product. (Drink cups given out covered in spilled drink they didnt care to wipe off, drinks filled less than 3/4 full, forgetting to add/change ingredients upon request. Taking forever to hand out/start drinks. Once in a while, okay, but every single time for the past year? Thats negligence and lacking passion.) Then there is the employees yelling at their children in the lobby instead of taking/making your order, happened on more than one occasion. Just plain rude employees ruin it for the truly good ones at this location. I know its hard to run a business, and find quality employees, but there are good ones out there... at other locations, so I dont okow why this location is lacking so much. Please make this location great again!
