They went above and beyond! I am so grateful for the good deal I got on a second hand washer and they warrantied and fixed the issue I had once the machine was home! Great company to work with. These guys have some superb deals. My wife and I just built a house and were in need of some appliances. We scoured the internet and other companies and found American Specialties to have the best deals at the best prices. They work exclusively with LG (which we have found to be great) and their products are as great as their customer service. I called in and worked with Shane, Dan, and Buck and together they helped us find exactly what we were looking for at a great price!And they offer shipping as well! If I could rate this so called business a 0 I would!Absolutely horrible customer service and complete rudeness from the two sales associates that I spoke with.My husband and I are in the market for new kitchen appliances. I was told by a friend to check out American Specialties as they have the best deals around. I called ahead to see how big of a selection they currently had. I was told over the phone that they had a huge showroom full of kitchen appliances, many to choose from! So, my husband and I along with our 11 month old, my parents and grandma, who are also in the market for new appliances, got in the car! After being in the car for two and a half hours, with a restless child, we arrive at the store. Walking in, we were not greeted or asked at all if we had questions or if we needed any help. After looking around for 10 minutes without anyone talking to us we decided to ask if this was all they had. The gentleman told us yes it was. I was shocked, as I had just called three hours prior to arriving and the person on the phone told me the showroom was full of appliances! My husband began to ask the gentleman more questions and was instantly turned off by the way he was speaking to him. So unprofessional and rude by the way we were treated after driving 2 and 1/2 hours to look at a showroom that was full of appliances. Do not waste your time by checking out this business!

Dont bid on his items from his online auction. The owner will bid you up to a higher price until he thinks you are paying enough. What a crooked way to hold online auctions. Find a different way to buy

Was desperate to get $20 so I could meet conditions (whiz quiz & $5 for gas) to stay out of jail. In my opinion you have to be hurting badly to pawn anything of value. A legal form of loan sharing. I brought in over $2000 worth of electronics and the title to my beloved Harley-Davidson. After wasting my time and not telling me immediadtely that he was authorized to take cash and sell goods and wasnt able to purchase anything. I was told to come back in the morning. Moron knew my dilemma straight up and perused each item and then dropped that little bit of trivia on me. I will be back. The day after NEVER!

We got bed and mattress last year. Mattress start falling a part since we brought it home. When we called them with this problem they told us it never happen to them before... we are liers.Bed required couple more trips back in store because bunch of parts were missing. They wont replace anything . I wont recommend this store for furniture. Junk
