Shawna is great to work with! She offers excellent customer service. We had recently switch to generic for our laser printer and that was a mistake. We called up Rapid Refill and working with our schedule they stopped by with our new cartridges and even cleaned up the mess the generic left behind. From now on this is our spot to go! Very competitive pricing.

Oh my goodness!!! I recently ordered ink from Rapid Refill for my business. I must say, I received the most superb customer service ever.I placed the order before noon, and got the ink the same day!!! I was so too happy!!!!

Im here right now (if theres no timestamp on this post, its 4:49pm, Thursday), during store hours, and they are closed. There is a note on the door, attached with a piece of scotch tape, stating they are currently out making deliveries, however their delivery vehicle is in the lot. There is no store front. Once you find the elevator, you take it to the 2nd floor, and wander around until you find a wooden office door, with the Sorry we missed you sign. I think this may be their office, not a store. Dont go here.

I recently purchased a printer/ ink from Shawna G., first she saved me a bunch of money! who doesnt love that? I dont know why I wouldnt have a printer with refillable ink in the first place, it makes way more sense. Very professional, she helped me print some reports for my business, separated them, even hole punched them. Now I know where it is I wouldnt go anywhere else.
