Liza was awesome. Extremely helpful. Clean place with printing and lots of office/packing supplies. Liza went out of her way to package my stuff even though it was sent out via USPS. Great service and friendly.

Above and beyond, I had some difficulty printing my prepaid label, but Walter helped me out and did everything possible to make the process smoother...Definitely recommend this place 🙂

This was my first time going to fedex to send something. My hope was that it would not be as busy as USPS since it’s the holidays. The store was empty!Justin helped me out. I had some small items I needed to send but a box was too big. We found the perfect bubble envelope. I labeled everything and checked out quickly.I received tracking numbers for each item and Justin reminded me with each item there could be a delay. But it looks like everything will arrive by the estimated date. Thanks Justin for your help and making this a very easy trip. Great customer service.

I went to my local FedEx to ask about in-store business cards for a conference this weekend. Brandon was able to provide several great options. Tanya assisted the the processing including some Photoshop changes to ensure there was no character clipping on the edges. Then to top it off Marge assisted with the card pricing and additional retail configurations. It was great to see the team effort and reminded of an in-house design and delivery team in real-time!

To Tanya the customer service who assisted me today 7/24, 5:30ishI get it, that we have to be cautious during this uncertain times. I had my mask on when I came to this fedex center, and patiently waited at 6 feet away on the sticker from the other people. When my turn came, I placed my book bag on the counter to take out the box that I wanted to be shipped. I was asked to step back to the sticker circle To be six feet away from the check out counter because i believe she was uncomfortable to be around with people, which I did that. I get it, but it’s embarrassing to be yelling and spelling out all the numbers and letters with my thick accent out loud and a mask on and muffled voice. I even wrote information on my phone to show her but she said “i can’t see that” and insisted for me to spell things out loud.I believe FedEx needs to add a plexi glass or some sort of drop down clear plastic on their check out counters to protect their team members here who are uncomfortable to be dealing with customer facing jobs or in public in general.Instead of customers are checking out 6 feet away from the register and the customer sharing out loud the information of the receiver of the package inside the store while other people are waiting in lines.Thanks

Send a shipment with FexEx overnight priority but it never reached in time to the destination; instead it was delivered 3 more days later than the scheduled delivery date. Almost 3 days the shipment was left in Raleigh. When call customer care and asked about the reason they said there was a flight delay. So I ended-up paying for over-night priority and the shipment was delivered as a standard ground shipment.Be Aware!! the delivery time is just a tool to charge more money.

These people are an extension of my team. I depend on them day in and out to print and ship valuable documents that carry the fate of my companys business. They have never missed a beat and have been friendly all the way through, even during crunch time when external deadines threaten to get the best of my patience. I called this location to inform them that the brier creek location was closed during normal business hours for no apparent reason and to make an inquiry as to why they were closed. April the manager was very helpful in finding out why they were close and when they would be open. also she offered to print the documents that I need it.

Great Experiences with this FedEx/Kinkos.There have been 3-4 times this year that I have purposely stopped by this office with time-sensitive print projects and the entire team has gone the extra mile to help me print and mail these projects.Its rare to find places with this level of customer service.

FedEx delivery really stinks! I live in an apartment complex. If you are not home when packages are delivered, UPS always takes packages to the office to leave them there until you can pick them up. FedEx on the other hand leaves packages outside your door....at an apartment complex!!! If someone steals one of my packages then FedEx will pay for it! FedEx needs to start taking them to the apartment office instead of leaving packages out at doors where people could easily steal it.

I had a Passport photo taken, totally terrible! There was blackness down both sides of my face and under my chin. They didnt have the lighting right. I glanced at it before I left but didnt look at it good till I got home. Photo was UNUSABLE. Worst $16 I ever spent. I went to Walgreens and they did a superb job. It was night and day difference in the photos. Ill never go to Fedex for Passport photos again.

Located on glenwood avenue near the corner of glenwood and milbrook ave rite next to cvs. They have made the store smaller and the other part is now on rent. Same copy like the ups store both take orders and do work out of house. Overall will say ok package got ther on time. Charge me for fuel surcharge pass cost on 2 customerz..

Could not read from a flash drive (broken), couldnt scan (unable to save and couldnt mail), spent more that 1/2 hour using a lousy scanner scanning one page at a time, printer didnt work so lost the time. Just when the printer failed, the guy decided right then he had to go to lunch. While waiting in line to get a refund (for the wasted computer time), the guy at the counter decides hes going to spend nearly 30 minutes casually chatting with a girl about paper samples (she didnt even purchase) - all the while knowing he was the only one there. By the time he finished with her, four people waiting.I love FedEx/Kinkos and use them everywhere - this was a very poor experience and is definitely not up to the norm. Maybe it was a bad day but it really screwed me up on time.

FedEx will promise a package, force you to stay at home for ten hours for a signature, then choose to not deliver it as scheduled. They will then refuse to re-deliver that package for three more days, a weekday no less, where no signature could be possible.
