My retired parents recently visited this establishment to purchase new shades for the pendants above their island and the female salesperson refused to help them because their home wasnt built with pieces from their store so they have no way to sell them something and know it will work. My parents are smart people and have redecorated before... even after telling the woman that they brought one of their shades along so they could find the correct size she refused to help them and told them to visit her competition... I have worked retail before and can guarantee that I would have been chewed out for refusing to help someone and then sending them to the competition. Extremely unprofessional behavior!

Good selection and friendly team

Bought lights for the entire new home. Much better pricing than any other showroom in town and online purchasing. Of course they delivered lights to the location in the house it belongs for no extra cost, all boxes labeled for the location.Love them.

Very nice store, friendly staff, good selection of hanging lights. Lacking in kitchen light solutions. There is a disparity of displayed items vs. the items shown on the internet especially with recessed lighting. Kudos to the website designer though. Call before making the trip.
