This place is more magical than Disney World! I have wanted to write this for a while now but I keep getting distracted by my STUNNING new vintage wrap around that perfectly matches the vintage cluster engagement ring my grandmother gave me. I had an amazing experience here working with Elizabeth to purchase an engagement ring. I was always met with a smiling face and although I went back many times to look at styles and diamonds, there was never a hesitation to explain diamond basics to me or to let me examine different diamonds up close. Every part of my experience with Raleigh diamond was pleasant and satisfying. I desired to try the matching band to my engagement ring. Jennifer ordered me a sample ring so I could see how it would look before purchasing. I appreciated the ability to do that. She was very helpful in the store and communicated well via text about my order. When I picked up the ring, Derrick was super helpful. My new ring was lovely and I was able to get my engagement ring and original wedding band polished. I also had a ring slightly stretched ALL while I waited. It was amazing. I left there very satisfied and sparkly. Great customer service all around.

I had a wonderful experience at Raleigh Diamond! The associates there are very warm, caring, and non pressuring. Lee is the main associate that helped us and she was excellent! The ring my husband bought for me from RD needed a minor fix. I took it back in and she was so understanding and helpful. To my surprise she called me the very next day telling me it was fixed and ready for pickup! I really appreciate her genuine concern and willingness to do whatever it took to make sure I was completely happy. Nice store with great selection of tasteful, quality pieces. I hit it at their annual holiday 50% off sale so great pricing. Derek was the gemologist that helped me out, he was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I really dislike buying jewelry because at one time I worked in the business but here I felt happy buying there. No pressure, knowledgeable staff and quality pieces.
