He was very respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and got me in and out with everything I needed to know all under 10mins top. I highly recommend this location. Everybody is nice, friendly and help. Val the Store Manager is completely awesome. He was a great help to me in a very tough situation. This company needs more people like him here and Val should receive a big boost or big bonus. I LOVE this store. The entire team is very welcoming. Val, the store manager, helped me with my transaction and not only was he very engaging, he was thorough and efficient. Their store is very clean and the vibe there among all the employees is amazing. Some pawn shops give you the notion that you need them more than they need you, but Val was very respectful and helpful in getting me a loan. They are always respectful & fair.VAL on the other hand is RUDE, ARROGANT, & Really makes me feel like he looks down on me & other guest visiting store.
