I had a walk-in shower installed by Majestic that I totally LOVE, but which recently needed a small warranty repair. Majestic sent their repair person quickly and he was such a nice person and efficient at his job. This is local service at its best. Thank you so much!

My experience was great. I have dealt with many other companies over the years and this was my best experience. I have a hard time believing some of the other reviews. Not knowing how to measure? Seems like there is more to that story. They are very trustworthy and I had a great experience like I said.

Below is a time line of our dealings with Majestic. As you review the data, two things should become apparent; Majestic was incompetent in dealing with their glass supplier and was incompetent in dealing with us (their customer). It took them two and a half months to deliver the glass. It took our contractor less than half that time to convert our master bath to be ADA compliant. How is it possible we had two dates scheduled for installation in March when the supplier did not accept the PO until April?2/01/2021 - We received the quote from Majestic for our shower glass.2/02/2021 - We returned the signed off quote to Majestic.2/09/2021 - We received status from Majestic stating that we are out 10 to 12 days for the glass.3/10/2021 - We scheduled installation with Majestic for 3/16 at 8:30am.3/16/2021 – At 11:09am, two and a half hours after the scheduled start of installation, we received an email form Majestic stating “The glass has been delayed...you should have been informed yesterday. We are hoping it will show up today to run it to the installer for an afternoon installation. I apologize for the lack of communication. I was informed this morning that the glass did not come yesterday afternoon.”3/18/2021 – Our contractor was told “They have an eta of 3/24 and a appointment 3/26 at 8:30-9:30 if its in. Does that work for you?”3/25/2021 – At 4:00pm we received an email form Majestic stating “We had been told by our supplier we could expect an eta of 3/24. Come to find out, that is the date the glass shipped out, not the eta. We will not have this glass in hand until Tuesday 3/30 at the earliest. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, ”4/06/2021 – In response to repeated requests for status we receive this from Majestic “Below is the response that was emailed to our purchasing department this morning. We understand this is not an answer but wanted to provide what has been given to us.“Good morning,Xxxxx, the operator of the cast glass was diagnosed with covid-19 mid-March. He was out for two weeks so this is why we are not seeing much updates in the status of the orders. I do have a scan for PO:xxxxx that was accepted on 4/5/2021 at 3:35pm….” ”4/13/2021 – We received the following from Majestic: “Just received email from our glass purchasing letting me know the glass is scheduled to ship out today and should arrive at our location Friday. Scheduling should be calling to schedule once it goes through QC.”4/16/2021 – Much to his surprise, our contractor received an invoice for the glass and installation, even though we have not been told that it arrived.4/19/2021 – We received a scheduling request for 4/21 from Majestic.4/20/2021 – We agreed on a schedule of 9:30am to 10:00am on 4/21.4/21/2021 – Installers showed up at 9:38am and had the glass installed within an hour. It looks great.

Our home was purchased with some outdated bathroom decor and we decided to go into Majestic Kitchen and Bath to look at other options for an upgrade. The sales associates were extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the selection process. We selected the subway tile and a new glass enclosure. Within a couple of weeks everything was beautifully installed.A plumber came out the same day to disconnect and reconnect the plumbing and the gentlemen that installed the new marble were amazing. Their attention to detail was on point and they even made a few suggestions on how they could install the marble to provide a cleaner look. These guys were done in a day and everything went seamlessly.The glass was installed a short time later and the employees that came out did an excellent job. The shower looks great!

We just worked with the staff of Majestic to purchase new counters tops for our kitchen and master bathroom. They were very professional and attentive to what we needed, Even though the shop was closed to the public Kim worked with us sending pictures and pricing via email. Technicians were polite and efficient. This is the second time we have had them help us with a remodel.We love our new kitchen and bathroom. Josh and his crew are the real deal. Their work is incredibly detailed, precise, and excellent. I have referred several friends, many of which have hired Majestic as well. Their pricing matched with their excellence is unrivaled. I will be having them come and do more work on my home in just a few months!

March 14, 2019 – measure for new shower door and mirror.April 18 - With delays caused by supplier issues, Majestic technicians were scheduled to install both shower doors and mirror with an 8:30 AM arrival time. After a call to Majestic the technicians arrived at 10:30. - LateThe mirror arrived without the ordered bevel border and the shower door had large gaps at one edge and bottom, and one door hit the frame without hitting the bumper. – Wrong product & poor work.Majestic admitted an error on the mirror and agreed to replace it and planned to readjust the shower on the mirror replacement visit.April 24 - The technician was scheduled to arrive between 1 and 2, but arrived at 2:45 and replaced the mirror. When asked about adjusting the shower door, he said that he knew nothing about it and did not have time to work on it, but he did spend a little time diagnosing the problem. – Late & Work order incomplete.May 6 – Technician came to adjust the shower doors and discovered that side frames had been cut too short and he shimmed them so the shower would be functional while they ordered new side frames. – Another problem with initial install.June 11 – With a 10 day delay because we were traveling, technician scheduled to arrive between 8 and 9. At 9:15, no technician. Called, technician shows at 9:45. New side frames and bumpers were installed, and adjustment was made to reduce water splashing under one door. – Late again, but we are finally pleased with the result.Throughout this somewhat frustrating process everyone at Majestic was friendly and helpful, and I’m confident that they will stand behind their product. But, it took 4 visits and almost 3 months to get it right. Technician was late on 3 of 4 visits; 2 of 4 work orders were wrong or incomplete and initial workmanship was poor. - 2 Stars

Customer service is very important to me when considering who I buy products/services from. With Majestic Kitchen and Bath, you can tell that its a top priority- From the start of the process, through quality product selection, and installation, you are taken care of like youre family.I highly recommend Majestic Kitchen & Bath Creations.

We were inexperienced with a lot of the decisions that we had to make. Kim asked good questions that helped us process our own thoughts and values so that we could make clear decisions about what we wanted. We were allowed to choose from two layouts for the stone we had chosen, and the installation was done well.

Sales especially nice but 2 bath counter tops have been replaced and redone 3 times due to manufacturer errors, or miscommunication from sales. Installers very nice when they had to fix top from Matt to gloss on-site, but we had huge cleanup after. We recommended this company to our daughter and now feel terrible. We also had to make 4 trips to Youngsville facility trying to resolve and taking tops back and forth. Do not use.

Working with Majestic Kitchen & Bath Creations, Raleigh NC, through Kim Burris, my sales consultant, has made the process of buying our kitchen granite island top a pleasure. She was the supplier to our new homes kitchen granite, so I contacted her directly. Through her knowledge and expert staff, she and I with my wife created a beautiful compliment to a brand new home of which I am very proud to share here in pictures. Even though there was a problem or two with the design and a few scratches, the company stood by their product came out in a timely manner and made it perfect. Thank you to Eric Page, the serviceman, too, of who has a world of granite knowledge.

Couldnt measure right. Didnt know how to install farm sink blamed me. Cut the granite 3 times for our master bath. The wrong cut ones were smashed in dumpster of ours they didnt donate to restore or habitat and we had to pay for hauling. Very unprofessional . They wanted 100% upfront. Buyer beware theres no recourse if you do. They took zero responsibility. We finally got some money back after threats to report them but not worth the aggravation bar sink and farm sink still not properly installed by them.

My husband and I have recently built a new house in the beautiful country, Franklin county area. With building a house comes alot of headaches and learning patience to say the least. I have to say though one of the best and easiest parts of the house coming together was working with Majestic Marble. They are the most efficient, professional company that I have ever worked with. Also very courteous, that means so much. We would not hesitate to do business again with this company. We highly recommend Majestic Marble.

These guys are the best !!Our 1967 Newly purchased home had a tile shower with a glass door that was not hanging correctly and needed new silicone sealing rubber gasket. The technicians arrived on time. Performed the job professionally with a very keen eye to detail. They saw that the door wasnt landing correctly and balanced the hinges and then asked me if it suited my needs. Id recommend Majestic and it services to anyone seeking the best in the business! Would like to be able to give better rating. sales very helpful but when it came to installation of the sink, when plumbing was being completed, sink proceeded to fall down. evidently the sink was installed but not properly sealed and strap was not properly secured. after contacting Majestic, they set up a service and we were assured sink properly set up. about 3 weeks later needed something from under sink, found water inside cabinets and drain not connected. my husband was able to put drain back and did tighten the seal. this happened on a Saturday after closings. did leave a detailed message. no call back and did have to put a follow up call Tuesday AM. Did speak with our sales contact, getting apologies and being assured would get a call from customer service ASAP to rectify. Not hearing anything back by 4 pm, did call again. when speaking to them again, was informed that she had customers constantly in the store and had not had time, after anticipating a call for 6 hours, not even passed along the message to customer service. after assuring she would now do so, still no call from Majestic but heard from contactor, who proceeded to tell us that Majestic not responsible for plumbing. That could have been all well and good if service person had informed us that all he was doing was placing drain together but was not going to secure the pressure washer. we would have done this ourselves and not have water all over base of cabinets and now have some buckling on brand new hardwood floors. Communication Very Poor.

We adore our countertops and they look brand new after a year of heavy use!

Great local business with tons of options, incredibly knowledgable staff, personable employees, and phenomenal selections at competitive prices. Will definitely recommend as well as do business with again!

Great customer service!!! The guy who came to fix my counter of our new house (that this company did not put in) and he fixed the issue of my oven not getting pushed in all the way and vacuumed the mess from the construction people that was under my stove. All things he could have just left (and rightly so cause it was not his job to do) after fixing the counter but he felt it was only right to fix it! Just amazing. I’m so thankful. If we plan to change our counters some day I will definitely going to these guys.

Could not be happier with our beautiful kitchen! The full experience from choosing the stone, designing the space, sink, edges...everything was incredibly easy. Super friendly staff, professionals top to bottom with measuring and installation. QUICK too! I didnt have to lift a finger. Would absolutley recommend!

Majestic Kitchen and Bath is the only place Ill go for help with my remodeling. I replaced my kitchen countertops with quartz and they are exactly what I wanted. I worked with Amanda and she is the best. Full of suggestions and very patient with me as I kept changing my mind. I even brought in samples of tile for the backsplash and she helped me with that even though she wasnt selling the tile! Ill be back when its time to redo the bathroom.

Just had our shower doors installed. They did an outstanding job. I like to get three bids on any job, and luckily my husband allows me to do so. They were last on our list because you had to go to the showroom (i.e. they didnt come out to measure). My husband knows how to measure, so this wasnt an issue.Customer Service. Kim Spright was very helpful. We told her we wanted something basic as we werent going with our dream bathroom. We so appreciated not being pushed for upgrades when we expressed what we wanted.Price. Majestic BY FAR was the most competitively priced. What is normal for Majestic, was an upgrade for others (such as semi-frameless, thickness of glass.) It makes sense for me to have a lower cost instead of going out to measure for potential business. Because the savings was so great, we did so upgrades and were thrilled we could.Installation. From the official measuring to the installation, the workers were helpful, friendly and did a good job. We are thrilled with the end result. They also took away our old shower doors to be recycled. They cleaned up after the job and we were very happy.Highly recommend and would use again.
