This is the cutest little shop with the most friendly of staff. They will help you with all your mailing needs. When I went, I went in with a bag of goodies and an address book to mail things to three different people. The employee packed and wrapped my gifts in the safest and most affordable option. She also typed the addresses in from my address book directly. I will go to them again in the future. Also, they do have a bunch of cute last minute gifts if you need them that are unique and special (look like you put a lot of thought and time into finding them).

Maybe they were just having a bad day but they were pretty rude. I won’t be returning.

I just visited the store and waited my turn to have the person behind the counter decide to take the person waiting behind me. He stated it would be faster; however, it was not....I guess waiting your turn in that store truly means nothing. There is also a $2,00 charge for using tape no matter how much you use. I visited a similar store off Durant Road that simply has a tape donation bank requesting that people do the right thing. This store used to run very well by the previous owners. It has went down hill since the new owners are running it.

Quick and easy to mail out a package! The older gentleman at the front desk was so sweet--theres nothing that makes an experience positive like great customer service.

They are always helpful and kind in suggesting the best way to mail your package and helping get it packed up and they store the addresses of where you send things so you will have it the next time plus they have lots of cute, last minute add ins! Best part is how helpful, friendly and personal they are.

I realized my passport had expired about a week before I was due to travel abroad. Deborah at Custom Postal was very professional, extremely prompt, and helpful with getting me an updated passport inside of one week. Her and her courier partner walked me through the steps required, and handled all of the complicated logistics. They literally saved me from rescheduling my trip.I highly recommend.

They up charge the stamp books by $4. You can get them at post office for $11 a book. They the books $15.

They have always been helpful with all my shipping needs. My number one go-to.
