Love this grocery store. Whole Foods does an amazing job at only serving the freshest foods that are sustainably sourced and more often than not organic. This grocery store is not for everyone as they are priced much higher than your Food Lions or Bi-Los. However you can’t get fresher and more thoughtful food anywhere else. Spend the couple extra dollars and help support a bigger cause. The deli alone is worth the trip even if you buy nothing else… you won’t be able to escape without picking up someone thing amazing!
We stopped in to get protein powder and a few other things. We found that the protein powder we wanted was much cheaper on Amazon but figured we would ask if they price matched anyways. The cashier scanned the $50 protein, we asked to price match, he said no. We understood and said please remove it then. He takes it and puts it away and continues to say our total is $70. I asked him if he removed the $50 protein charge that we were NOT buying and he goes “no” with the most annoyed attitude. He removed the charge and said nothing else. We pay, we go to grab the bag of things we did buy and the person who was supposed to be bagging (I assume) goes “it’s right there” and points to the bag beyond our reach that is closer to the cashier. After a very awkward silence the cashier finally hands us the bag (once again acting annoyed and not speaking). Would much rather use self checkout from now on because at least the machine has better customer service.
I can live, breathe, sleep this store. Most amazing food thats fresh, delicious, variety. The associates are always very helpful, professional and friendly. Whole Foods is always my first choice. I am truly grateful for a special store like this. Catfish filets that I made from Whole Foods is one of our families favorite. Also the Snapper is such a delicacy.

Its a whole foods. And is pretty much the same as any other whole foods. I hear they have gluten free sushi so thats a plus for me.
This use to be a place for great food and service. I stood at the counter under the order sign and the lady preparing sandwiches just ignored me. No give me a moment... My wife asked about the tempeh bacon and she answered but it wasnt friendly. My heart goes out to people who are overworked because of staff shortages but Whole Foods still charge premium prices. I think they should pay higher wages to avoid these type of issues or risk much more in revenue and reputation.
I have severe food allergies and so being able to find gluten free product is always a struggle. Thankfully Whole Foods has those products and some aren’t too expensive. I will continue to shop here even though I have to drive almost 45 mins to get to one.
The Mac-n-Cheese from the hot bar was delicious 😋!

Best place in raleigh! Enjoy grocery shopping, great selection and customer service. Plus I get 5% of what I pay added to my Amazon account as well as discounted grocery items o store for prime members. Best vegan selection too!
This is one of my favorite WF in Raleigh. It’s smaller than a lot of the others so the selection is a little limited at times. The deli and hot food bars are great with lots of variety for Amy type of diet. I’ve stopped by for breakfast and they even have vegan options for “sausages” and “eggs”! The coffee bar is my only complaint. It’s not uncommon for me to stand there and have to look for an employee to get any service. Not enough for a star deduction, though. The outside seating is what makes it my favorite. Lots of tables, some in sunshine and some under cover. I like to have options.

High quality organic and local products, friendly staff, lovely facilities. Prices are a bit high on some items, but quite reasonable on others. The delivery service through Amazon is awesome! Quick and easy!
They claim their seafood is fresh? I called and asked where their ATLANTIC salmon comes from, they advised, it comes from Denmark!! WHICH, is Not Atlantic salmon… they are no different than #lowesfood. The BEST place for FRESH seafood is #annetskatch knightdale
Im going to try to find somewhere else to buy my groceries. The only reason I have shopped there this long is their organic foods selection. But, there are far too many reasons to not go back now. The staff have long seemed like they would rather be anywhere than at work, and do nothing to hide it. The store is small and cramped. You cant count on the items you bought last week 1. being in stock or 2. being in the same location in the store. Its maddening. Harris Teeter has far better service, and a much bigger store. I guess I will try to find somewhere to fill the gap for the organic foods I buy. What a shame.

Parking is hands down better than the durham location. the store was very organized and well kept. the hot bar was clean and items rotated. I would say this location if you live close is better lay out then some of the others I have seen. but certainly not worth the drive if you live far away.
This location is clean. The last rep was really nice letting me go check for Tarter sauce. He was so patient.
Wonder selection of vegan foods.
Very Limited shopping here. Some shelves are bare and saw lots of food bagged up for delivery plus packages of Amazon returns piled high and a mess. Plus isles over loaded with people in line to check out. No one paid attention to the traffic patterns....so lazy. Very bad behavior. Check out staff rude and no eye contact. Regular grocery stores are like ten star compared to this. Amazon online is destroying its own retail business...how quaint.
I stopped at this location while in the Raleigh area. I walked in without a mask and when the store employee asked me to wear one, I told him I have a medical condition and cannot wear one. He wanted me to complete a health screening which I refused. I then proceeded to shop. The manager called the police and while I was ordering a cappuccino the officer showed up. The manager refused to take my money and I walked out of the store with the officer. My family will not shop at Whole Foods ever again.
Very nice grocery store, clean, well organized, many good quality, fresh, organic options in many departments, everything is well presented, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Note that you wont find the same brands as in the regular grocery stores. All of the above comes at a somewhat steeper price, but I think it is warranted and should be expected at such a store
This store is awful. I never leave reviews but literally every time I go to this store, the workers act annoyed and like they dont want to be there. ive never had any customer service issues at any other whole foods BUT this one.
Wife was looking for one specific item couldnt find it at multiple other stores but Whole Food had it. Recipe issue solved.

The Whole Foods team members were excellent.BUT our overall shopping experience was very stressful and unpleasant due to the Amazon shoppers (picking for orders to be delivered or curbside).They were all over, infringing on personal space (so much for social distancing), and hardly setting a good example by not following the one-way aisles.Bonus: said Amazon pickers giving us nasty and judgemental looks.Look, its a slightly cramped store. I get that. But why not keep the Amazon order pickers in the back stocking area? Theyd be happier, the customers would be happier... everyone wins.Thankfully the Whole Foods employee we asked for help to find something, and then the register person were extraordinarily nice and overall happy and pleasant.
Boycotting Wholefoods after todays encounter. While waiting outside for our turn to enter, the person in charge of allowing customers in became distracted. During this time 6 or 7 customers exited the door but the people in front of us just stood there. I kindly mentioned to them that it was okay for them to enter but they just stood there motionless so I decided to walk around them. I was immediately stopped by the cleaner/ counter and was told to get back in line because I was not invited into the store yet. As I tried to explain what had happened, he along with another associate started YELLING AT ME to get back in line. I am a very reasonable person and understand that we are all going through some weird times right now but Ive never been yelled at by someone at an establishment that I am about to spend money with. Weve been patrons of this store since it opened but for what its worth, I will never spend one cent in this place again. Common sense has been shoved to the side and we must all get back in line like the sheep we are!
I placed an order online through the Amazon app for pickup at this Whole Foods location. Just before I arrived at the store I received a text that my order was ready with a link to check in. I completed the check in, parked the designated spot and received another text that they would be out with my order in a few minutes. After 15 minutes I called the store’s number and an associate named Mary answered the phone. Over the next 15 minutes she put me on hold 3 different times, and the last time she never came back on the line. I hung up and called the store back; same person answered. She said she had checked with others, but no one could find the order and she couldn’t even locate it in the system. She then said she thought they gave my order to someone else. She said sorry, but didn’t offer to do anything about it, and when I told her to refund my card she said I had to deal with Amazon. Fortunately, when I called Amazon their representative was very professional and made sure my card was refunded without delay. This Whole Foods didn’t care about my business, so they’ll no longer get it.
Yall.... I was just touched by angel at this location!! She made my night!!!!! My family and I were visiting quickly before they closed to pick up a loaf of sourdough. I was examining the keto cups at the register and she said You can have it!! Im like OMG!! Im currently enjoying them with some wine - Im on the keto diet so I appreciate Whole foods, the kind stranger that gifted them to me, and the company that made them - evolved Keto Cups. 😁😁

This is one of my most favorite Whole Foods locations. Its very well arranged. The produce is just beautiful and well kept. The meats are wonderful. The wine department is willing to spend a great deal of time with you to pick the correct wine for what you are cooking. The food bar is the biggest and most complete of all the Whole Foods that Ive been to. I love to buy food and then eat in their eat-in area which has lots of seating inside and outside.

I dont really write reviews much but my experience yesterday really stood out to me. Every grocer was friendly and had smiling eyes (I am getting used to understanding when people are smiling under masks). The barista who got my coffee was really nice to talk to and did a great job with my drink. I think there was a mix up with an item I was buying at the check out guy ended up giving it to me on the house because I think it was their mistake. I obviously would have paid for it, but between the two instances I was really impressed by the customer service.
I am a frequent customer, I shop at this Whole Foods once a week, employees are great.But I been noticing expired food items on the shelves.And recently I purchased yoghurts and forgot to check the expiration date and I noticed once I got home that they were expired.And this brand of yogurts are not cheap !
Just called to try and source a product they have and the associates I talked to (both at customer service and the meat department) seemed annoyed at me. Not sure why, I was very polite. First I asked for the butcher department, big mistake. Once it was made clear that I was looking for the “meat” department, the associate I spoke to made me feel like my question was abnormal in some way. I don’t feel like my question even got answered, to be honest.

Ever since they became one with amazon good quality has gone way down hill for me. And honestly it’s the way I was treated this last time. I wanted to snack like I always do while grocery shopping and was told I cant. It’s a shame to see a store do what cooper says and not look out for the freedom of their clients.
I like the Prime Perks but not all the Amazon prime shoppers clogging up the aisles. Also no one complies with the signs telling if you are going the wrong way.And despite the ridiculous markups I really appreciate having the Whole Foods stores near me. I will continue to shop there.

Very clean and well run store. Prices are ok. Quality is very good, especially for the prepared items like the Sonoma Chicken Salad and Yellowfin Tuna Salad etc. Staff is always helpful.
If you are sensitive/educated to the Covid situation I would not shop here. The Amazon shoppers have zero regard to social distancing from the direction of the isles to leaving no personal space.Its a shame because it is a nice store. The only reason for two stars is WF was limiting occupants and sanitising carts. This is based on my shopping experience on 12/11/20 around 2:00 pm.

The location had the item that i drove cross town for. Early in the morning was a great time to visit the store, as it wasnt too busy. They had breakfast available in the to go bar. It is a great place to go for vitamins and supplements that you may not be able to find other places. I love this store for items i need for my 7 month old.

I’m not sure which Whole Foods I am posting this for but I do know the Whole Foods on Wade Avenue is nasty so I stopped going there and now go to the one on six fork road which seems to be cleaner. So the five star is for Whole Foods on 6 Forks Rd!
Excellent Variety. Good Prices
Good food, especially the prepared and packaged items. You have to get there early or the selection might be limited. Prices are on the premium side but what you really expect for this kind of offering in this area. They have a very good beer and wine selection. Wish they carried the small thin loafs of Daves Killer Bread since they have the more expensive large loafs.
I went to buy a birthday cake at 7 a m. No problem and the birthday girls name was added. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful.
The staff here is fantastic and treat customers so well. My Dad and his friends come every Thursday for the $2 beer night. Unfortunately there is no longer $2 beer night or any other Thursday night deals. Lately it seems like with the change of ownership, all the good things about whole foods are being slowly taken away. Really wish they would bring back $2 Thursdays and other deals.

I accidentally left an entire bag of groceries tonight. Called customer service and the gentleman checked with each of the clerks and even offered to check the carts outside. Low and behold he found my bag in between a bunch of other carts with his flash light in the dark. He even brought my bag outside to the curb. The staff, deli, beauty department etc. is always very helpful! The store is clean and they carry all of the clean foods and products I love.
As a frequent Whole Foods Market customer, I am extremely disappointed at this location. My friend’s mom was racially attacked by the staff and being that we’re in 2020, it’s embarrassing to see this happen. If you are appalled by certain groups of people, you shouldn’t work in retail, period. Be professional and keep your unwanted hate away from customers who are innocently trying to get a few groceries and go about their day. Really disgusted that this is even happening.
I have been going to this location for over 3 years. I love the hot bar here. They also made the cakes and did the food for my sons birthdays! (All 3). I never leave there unhappy! They have great protein, soap and deodorant options as well. The price is worth the product! Amazon customers get a discount too which is awesome! They typically have great sales on kids snacks.
Large selection of natural and organic products. If you are into your health this is definitely the place to shop.
I absolutely love this place!! Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. Whole Foods exemplifies quality customer service!! And it’s the only place in the Triangle area that I know of where I can get air-chilled Belle and Evans chicken. If anyone knows another quality place that sales fresh air chilled meat, please let me know. Until then, I’ll stick with Whole Foods!!
I shop here for food and find the freshest produce and fruit that can be found anywhere. The fish and seafood selection is always fresh. If you eat meat the local grass fed beef is here. Eggs - local cage free eggs are available here from farms in the next town. Plus you can have a glass of wine or beer while you shop. I always eat breakfast when I can from the great selection on the hot bar.
Management and employees do not value prime members and were terribly rude to prime members this morning. It is really sad how these employees take this attitude during this pandemic crisis.
Best place ever! I dont care what people say about their prices- I go for better quality, service, and a nice place to chill. What seals the deal for me is the electric car charging. I absolutely spend more time and money there while Im getting free charge. This is the direction were all headed as EVs will overrun gas cars sooner than we think.
I like the Six Forks location better than the Wade Avenue location. Easier to navigate and less crowded because its bigger.
This is the best WFM location in the area. The store is super clean and presentable and still has that pre-Amazon hippie health food store vibe.
Good customer service is not dead! I just checked out at the whole foods on 6 Forks Rd. It’s New Year’s Eve and the store was very busy. Rachel was working the register that I used and she was incredibly friendly, smiled, engaged me appropriately about the items I was buying, thanked me and told me to have a happy new year. This is how I want my retail interactions to go! It is way too often at the person across from me doesn’t smile, barely acknowledges that I’m standing there, and does not thank me. So happy that this was not the case here! Keep up the good work and thanks, Rachel!
Its a shame the wont put a whole foods in the working class areas.
I went to this Whole Foods while visiting from out of town and shopping there was an excellent experience. This store was well stocked with ample variety in practically every category. It was immaculate, well organized, and contained every conceivable grocery item. The were specialty items, such as alcoholic beverages, flowers and plants, clothing, books, etc. So, this store was in step in maintaining its standard with others nationally.
Great place to go and great employees.Even during these hard time, they still have most of things in stock.
WOW! Is all I can say. I ordered my wedding flowers from here and they were so beautiful. People could not believe it came from Whole Foods. The floral department is amazing. They are REAL talented florists! They know their stuff and we’re more knowledgeable than any of the florists I talked to. They will work with your budget and everything. Thank you so much Jenna for all of your help! You are truly amazing and you made my wedding beautiful.
If you need a cake, any kind of cake, get it here. I have purchased many cakes here, mostly special order, even vegan chocolate.. yummy!And I LOVE the attention to detail / theme.Not the cheapest in town but great value for money.
Its my everyday go to store. I always find everything for my cooking needs. Their private label 365 is so good and competitive. You get what you pay for... QUALITY. Staff is always courteous and helpful. 😎
I love shopping at WF because the customer service is very good and this store has a decent selection. I also appreciate the precautions that WF is taking to help us protect ourselves and others (e.g. limited number of shoppers, directional arrows and markings for one-way traffic in aisles, etc.). I just wish the bakery would take the same precautions to ensure the food we buy is free from contaminants and, (frankly) things that are gross. On 5/8/20, I purchased a single-serve slice of pineapple upside down cake, and discovered a six-inch hair that was baked into the dessert. Yuck.
The prepared food is absolutely awesome! Love the family meals. The aisles seem a little bigger compared to some of the other Whole Foods in the area. And the employees are always very nice.

Love this store! They are always fully stocked and have a great selection of foods in their hot and cold bar. The parking lot can be tight with other businesses, but I have never waited long to check out. They are awesome! Stop by if you are an Amazon Prime member - they always have great items on sale for you!

Masks, social distancing, only certain number in store at a time, cover to wait under, not a long wait, signs directing patrons which way to go down each aisle---great! Very safe shopping experience with pleasant folks working there.

The folks there are super helpful, and when one of them doesnt know the answer to the question Im asking (which doesnt happen often), they drop what theyre doing and look for a person who does.I think John (he looked like a pretty ace lumberjack, but not in the hipster way) checked me out last time. He even wrapped my soap in another bag; that way it wouldnt contaminate (for the lack of a less dramatic word) my food with its scent.Edit: Thanks to Daniel too. I was zonked out and waiting in line, and he was like, Good sir, over here! And then, yeah, he checked me out and it was good.
I went down a star because its not the same as before Amazon take over.

This is my second favorite Whole Foods in the Triangle( West Cary takes the number one spot). The store itself is clean, well stocked, and offers a great amount of Vegan friendly foods. They’re bakery offers the best Vegan Glazed donuts as well as variety of desserts. Staff is helpful when approached.
