Never had bad service. Always greeted promptly unless all associates are currently helping someone and usually always have what I need and get it quickly. Even better now that you can get your SI discount in store. The Oakley store is literally the only reason I go to the mall.

This place was amazing! The staff was very helpful when it came to choosing shades. I just recently got contacts and had never owned a pair of shades. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me choose a great pair that was great for what I use them for. 100% recommend!!!!

The Oakley store at Crabtree is excellent. The manager is very helpful and responsive. I would recommend going to see the inventory prior to purchase such a high dollar item.

The gentleman that runs the Crabtree Valley store is a gym. I was super indecisive and even came back and return something for something else and he was so cool about everything and really helped me out. He also controlled the store well, when I came back for the return there was at least 10 people in there and they still got me in and out super quick! Always love Oakley, always be back.

Walked into the store to browse the glasses and left with a pair that I did not expect to buy. Sara, the store manager assisted me and showed me all of the options that were available. They went out of there way to help me. I had no idea it was closing time they made me feel welcomed. They shut the doors and continued to help me and got me one of the best pair of prisms I’ve ever owned. I do wish I would have got the guys name. But it was fri June 4th 6ish o’clock. I don’t live in this state but will probably be back just to go to this Oakley store! Best experience ever

Just went in to look at some sunglasses and answer a question and there was a pregnant representative there that was simply not nice. In fact another representative who was extremely nice apologized for her behavior. If you don’t want to be here don’t work here. I will never shop here again.

If you arnt going to be closed when you say you are open post about it so us people that drive 3 hours for your store don’t waste our time

I won some glasses at a meeting at work, was able to trade them in for something more of my style. Had a great experience and the staff was helpful.

I went in the store to buy a pair of fuel cells which were labeled as $116.00 When I checked out they said my total was $145.00 so I asked why did the price jump up that much. The store manager said it was missed labeled and REFUSED to give me the price they were labeled at. In addition they refused to price match the same pair of sunglasses I found on sunglass hut and galls website. Do yourself the favor and save your money some where else and save it too !

Had a good experience shopping at the Oakley store. Representatives were helpful in finding glasses that were a good fit and look. Prices here are very high, and its hard to justify the cost if you dont have available vision insurance, but if youre an Oakley fan, its a good stop.

Bought a pair of Turbines 3 years ago almost to the day and the nose piece broke off. Went in today and even though I was out of the two year warranty they gave me a brand new pair with a new 2 year warranty for half price. Thank you.

Oakley, you make great sunglasses, but your support of your dealer program is not so good. I have been trying to get two replacement temples for my sunglasses (thru the dealer and directly from Oakley) for two months and there is no remedy in sight. How hard can it be to replace the temples on my glasses? I may have bought my last pair of Oakleys.

DO NOT ORDER FROM OAKLEYI’m very disappointed in my Oakley experience. Oakley’s have always been THE brand and “the cool glasses” to own! My boyfriend wanted some for his birthday so we sat down to order them. He decided he wanted to customize them. Before we ordered, he was hesitant because he didn’t know if he’d like them. I saw the “Free Shipping on all returns $100+ and Free Returns”. So I said, it’s all good! If they get here and you don’t like them, we will return them and get a different pair. He agreed and i ordered a $213 pair. Days later they came in. ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS. The prism lenses were see through. It looked like a pair of clear safety goggles except they were orange. The frames looked so cheap. So, immediately, I followed the steps in MY order confirmation email about “setting up a return”. The next day I reviewed a response that there are NO RETURNS on custom orders!!After looking on the entire website, I FINALLY found where it says it. Under the submenu “repairs and returns”. However, when ordering and seeing the ‘Free returns’, WHY would I scroll to a submenu?OAKLEY CUSTOMER SERVICE is an absolute JOKE. I’ve been on the phone with them all morning (hanging up and recalling because each person I talked to was rude). She tried to tell me that I checked a box agreeing that I couldn’t return them before I paid for them. NOT TRUE. I even built another custom pair while on the phone with them to PROVE that was NEVER clarified.Needless to say, I have a $213 pair of sunglasses that look like they came from Walmart and no chance of a return or exchange. I will NEVER give money to this poorly designed and organized company again.

I unknowingly stumbled upon this Oakley Store while walking around in Crabtree Valley Mall. Today was my first time in this mall. I asked the guy that helped me about getting new ear socks for my 24K X Metal XX. He told me they didnt stock X Metal XX Ear Socks, but the Juliet Ear Socks would work. He wasnt sure about the Nose pieces.It blew my mind that he removed my old ones and installed them right there in front of me. I thanked him several times and we chit chatted about Oakley this and that.If youre looking for anything Oakley and just about everything they have in the catalog, this is an awesome store to shop in! Glasses galore too.
