Around two weeks ago, somebody sold to my 13 year old son. I will be talking with authorities to manage this transaction. I have one word for all of you at 540 Smoke and Vape, you sell one more vape and your store is getting shut down.

Used to come here a lot, but last week the owner/guy who always works the counter sold me a vape that was already opened and tasted burnt as soon as I hit it. He refused to refund me or provide a working vape as a replacement (despite me returning within 5 minutes of purchasing). I will not be returning to this vape shop, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

I’ve been to many smoke shops but none of them even come close to this one!! Best customer service I’ve ever received. Andy always comes through and will keep you laughing throughout the whole transaction. Amazing selection and Andy knows a lot about all the products. I’ve been coming to this shop for about 6 months. I’ve personally have gotten to know Andy (the owner) and he is great! This is the only smoke shop in Raleigh that I go to. I’ve recently moved 15-20 minutes away and I still come here. Every time I come In Andy greets me with a smile and we carry on a conversation. Andy has even begun giving me small discounts on certain items because I am a loyal customer and come in just about everyday. I highly recommend this smoke shop over any other one in Raleigh because Andy is knowledgeable in all Of his products and is super friendly!

Best customer service I’ve ever had hands down. Just walked in there for the first time today and in the 10 minutes I was there, it has officially become my go-to shop. It’s a ~20 minute drive from where I live but well worth it.

Decent selection, but 2 of the times Ive been in here the guy is on his phone talking to a friend and almost seems annoyed Im there. I have to point to what I want, and he never even said a word to me. The third and now final time Im sitting here 10 mins after they are supposed to be open (9am) trying to buy 3 bottles of juice and they are not open. Not a fan of stores who do not keep consistent hours. 2 stars for selection only.

Excellent service. I purchased a stick prince and 2 weeks later I was having issues with the battery I brought it back and Andy had it fixed and ready for me the next day. And it works like new again. They also have a large inventory with different kinds of ecigs and flavors. Definitely recommend going here!

Last 2 times I’ve been here the store isn’t open on time. Sitting out front now 20 minutes after opening and no one is inside. There are a few of us out here. The prices are good but you will likely get an already opened bottle of juice as that is the way they sample to all their customers. So, if you don’t mind a bunch of people having touched the spout of your bottle and purchasing already opened bottles of juice this is the place to be

I buy a k shot or opms shot everyday. Great man. If any review speaks negative about this place, they are swindlers. Very nice owner, fantastic service. I work at Toyota in car sales and he takes very good care of me here like I would do with my own clients. I decided here after 5 other shops.

Not a great selection of e-juices. Mostly commercial grade 100 ml candy flavors. Staff was nice, but not knowledgeable about the available coils and juices. I would blame management for not training employees on merchandise. Also needs a much better selection of e-juices if they want to keep my business.
