Took my phone in as a walk-in to get the screen replaced. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Fixed my phone in less than an hour. Hopefully no more broken screens for me, but I would definitely use them again! Price was better than the other places I called. 100% recommend Sonic.

The guys in Sonic is smart and just nice guys. I took my Samsung watch in for a battery. Jim ordered the battery and in a bout a week my watch was fixed. I will do business with them in the future. So glad I found a place to fix the watch. I love that watch and Sonic.

Brought my iPhone here for a screen replacement and battery repair. Got it done in about 40 mins and super cool front desk guy who was easy going and genuine. Unfortunately, the iPhone screen started flickering the next day but true to their warranty, they replaced it again. I suppose this happens and I’m not upset. Just glad they fixed it and now my phone works!

I got the best service at Glenwood location. Replacing the screen of my iPhone with the home button did not last 45 minutes. Also I would like to thank the guy at Brier creek location because he took me the first place and gave the best price then sent me to the Glenwood store since they have the pieces I needed

I have been use Sonic Device Repair for a few years now, they always doing a good job. today I took in my laptop for service, they have mentioned to me that they have been 1 star review attacked by a competitor. I was so shocked by Google allowing someone to do this. Business doing that should be banned from Google.

I had my iPhone XS Max screen repaired here, they did nice job. Fixed in 30 minutes as promised, cheaper than other place I have quoted. Very happy customer. Will be back if I need any other repair.

I had my iPhone X screen replaced here about 5 months ago after I cracked it. After a minor fall from a table with the phone case on, the screen on my phone popped out of its frame. I took it to a different repair place, who said my phone screen was replaced with a non-Apple product and was adhered in place with what is essentially electrical tape. The screen repair itself cost over $129 and was rendered useless by a fall a year later that even iPhones without cases should be able to weather. I highly recommend going to an official Apple store or retailer to get your phone repaired before coming here.

I had a computer refuse to boot Windows and happened not to have a USB boot drive on hand. It was later in the evening, so Sonic was the only place open nearby. I called to see if they sold any, and they did, so I raced around the corner, only to find out they wanted to charge me $60! I said I wouldnt pay any more than $20, and he told me to have a good day. I was able to go over to my dads the next day and make one for free. Theyre either always over priced, or they were trying to take advantage of me because they thought I was in a desperate situation

This place is by far the best, they have wicked fast speed with some of my devices, I only waited a day for my phone and tablet to get fixed and 2 for a free diagnosis and repair on my laptop! The people there are very warm and welcoming and theyre super helpful and knowledgeable. The prices there are super fair, highly recommended for any of your device needs/ repairs!!!!

Walked in to get my iPhone 8 plus screen fixed yesterday and had a good experience. They told me could take about 30 minutes, but it was fixed in about 15 minutes (what a surprise! I am so happy). Would highly recommend this place.

I went to another repair place to get my iPhone X screen replaced. Unfortunately that store broke the chip on the board caused touch stopped working. I have a lot of stuff on my phone not backed up. Im so lucky to find Sonic, Jason and his team are fantastic, very knowledgeable. They can fix the mess from previous repairs, although a little pricey, but Im so glad I can get my phone fixed. If I ever need repair again, I wont go anywhere else but Sonic!!!

My iphone X died due to a update progress. It cannot turn on, and the system on iTunes shows 4013 error. Apple support asked me to call apple store since they dont have any available slot and they dont welcome walk ins. Whats worse, they will charge me $548 for this, because they think it is hardware issue. I contacted Sonic instead at 10pm, their online chat was still open. They were very responsive and professional. I walked in the very second day, they got it fixed in hours. It costs me only $200. Compared with apple, they are way more better.

They fixed my iphone 6s that has backlight issue in 2 hours, which most of the repair store dont have the ability to work on this kind repair, and the price is much cheaper compared to the quote from Apple store. Absolutely outstanding. I have been a service manager for most of my working career, and I know what makes for outstanding service. Jason and his team has it! My iPhone 8 plus is keep rebooting itself, and I need the data in the phone badly. I went to a few other places and got turned away. Finally found Sonic, they are able to fix this boot loop issue a lot quicker than I expected, they have definitely earned my business and that of anyone asking me where to take their phones for repair in the future.

Great work, fast service. Brought our ancient iPad air in for a replacement screen after we shattered it. Their price was lower than others. They did suggest replacing the battery, but since the iPad is 7 years old, that made sense and we did it.They responded quickly (minutes normally, hours when I sent messages at weird times) to all questions, by phone or email.

I had Sweetwater build me a music computer three years ago. The Computer that they sold me wasn’t professionally built. Back in March I sent it to Sweetwater and they sent it back saying they couldn’t fix it. I brought it over to Jason and Jeremy at Sonic Device Repair because they fixed my iPhone in a day.Even though it took longer to fix than expected, they did a great job saving all my data, drives, monitors. I had over 25 years of original data and they were patient with my questions, took the time to do the job right. It was well worth the money I spent and I don’t think I will ever go anyplace else when it comes to my computer or iPhone.

My phone was acting up (charging port was busted). They were able to save my list of phone contacts while I went and bought a new phone (cheaper than repairing the port). I made it back just before closing and they helped me transfer my data and set up my new phone even though it was after hours. I really appreciated that. I know where to go for my next phone problem. Bobby is really great.Update: I had a followup problem - disconnected my account. Had to install a new sim card. Bobby helped with that too!

They not just fixed my iPhone 6 screen, they also check the battery and noticed the battery is also bad, they replaced both with a great price, and better by far than what I had been quoted elsewhere.
