I did quite a bit of research regarding the specific battery I needed for a project vehicle. The Duracell-made battery that I decided to purchase could only be found (locally) at Batteries Plus. I called my local store and the associate was very helpful and set aside the one I needed. It was the last one in stock. When I went in to pick it up, the same sales associate was friendly and very knowledgeable, pertaining to the specifications of the battery I selected and the maintenance questions I had. The price was fair and I really couldnt be happier with the experience.

I had ordered two new key fobs for my truck. Called around trying to find someone who would program them. Most places didn’t want to do it unless I bought from them. Took them here and they programmed them in about five minutes for about a third of the cost that the few of the locksmiths were going to charge me.

Helpful service without a smile

I ordered a Duracell car battery and the associate tried to substitute an off brand that i did not order. He tried giving me some BS about this off brand putting their label on Duracell batteries. I told him thats not what I ordered and started talking to me like I was an idiot because I did not buy his story.

Was pleasantly surprised. Went in to get a key for my car copied. A couple other places couldnt do it and I didnt want to spend the dealer price. Batteries Plus called up someone, figured it out, and got them made. Is still costly n, but it is because it shows a transmitter even though it isnt. Dumb Kia. While there, I browsed and saw lots of phone accessories, bulbs, and of course batteries. A guy came in with a large obscure bulb, and they had it on stock. Friendly and very helpful staff .

What an amazing discovery! After a nightmare experience trying to get my iphone repaired at the Apple Store, I took it to Batteries Plus on Atlantic Avenue in Raleigh and I had a new screen and working phone in less than an hour-- and for 1/2 the price that it would have cost me at the Apple Store! (Plus Apple would have kept it 2-3 days.) My technician at Batteries Plus was Andrew and he was courteous, knowledgeable and made sure everything was up and running. As an added bonus, Batteries Plus does not charge you til you pick up your product because if they are not able to complete the repairs there is NO CHARGE! I call that No Risk!!!! Batteries Plus will now be my first go to place for any electronic repairs and I will give a shout out to all my friends as well of this great service they provide! Note: The only repairs they cannot make are in instances of water damage, but then Apple cant make those repairs either. Batteries Plus can do all other repairs, and again, if they cant repair it there is no charge. With that kind of guarantee why wouldnt you try them first? Thank you to Batteries Plus and to Andrew for a quick and painless repair! No more standing in 3 hour lines and wasting time at the Apple Store!

Ordered a battery online to be picked up n the store; I called ahead before my order was placed to verify they had in in stock and they didnt. The clerk I was speaking to was apologetic but gave me two stores closest to me that did have it in stock, he was very polite and helpful. I went to the Atlantic Ave location in Raleigh, My order was ready minutes after I had placed it and received email confirmations. Went to pick it up and they had it at the counter ready to go, No hassle, no confusion, no problems. Refunded me my core charge and I was on my way in minutes. The battery was charged and my car started on the first crank, At first I was sketchy about getting a battery from here but I will definitely come back to this merchant and this location.

Went there to get my iPhone screen fixed tonight and had a great experience! Got my iPhone screen fixed and on the way home my phone stopped working again. Went back to the store five minutes before close and the employee working, Antoine, was such a trooper and stayed a whole 45 minutes after close to make sure my screen was replaced and working properly. He could’ve easily turned me away and tell me to come in tomorrow but instead fixed my screen, and spent a solid 5 minutes testing it out to make sure everything was okay when he was finished. Most definitely going back for bulbs, batteries, and other fixes because this place, and their employees, are the best!

Went to get my iPhone 8 screen fixed, staff didn’t tell me phone was going to get disabled. Had to go to Apple to get it connected to iTunes and it turned out I had to use my old phone number which the person at batteries and bulbs didn’t tell me I had to have. It was wayyy overpriced. Lost some information of my iCloud thanks to this place. Will never come here again and don’t recommend. I had to manually download apps and lost photos and messages. $120 to the trash. 🗑 🗑

Staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Had my battery for my auto start car key in stock, installed it and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes.

At the time I arrived, the store had lost internet access. But they fixed me right up with a credit card payment and emailed the receipt to me and all was well. They are very nice and helpful and they know their stuff!

What a pleasant find when youre having car trouble. Thats how we felt on Saturday. We were out in the field way up Capital Blvd. and our volvo wouldnt start. Thanks to our Nationwide roadside assistance we got help within 45 minutes. Once the car was boosted we werent sure whether to drive all the way home. What if once the car was turned off and it wouldnt start again. So we stopped into the dealership but nobody there could help us... So whats the next best thing? We went to the Batteries Plus store! If it didnt start at least wed be somewhere where someone could help us. And help they did. Ari was working there and tested the battery and found it really needed replaced.
