The guys at Scott Stone were fantastic....especially Sean. shared his expertise and his broad knowledge of stonework and helped me get the right materials ( which they had in stock) for my job!!! Will definitely use them again for any stone project I pursue.

Starting a new project at my home, went looking for stone. Went to Scott stone and saw what I needed, sales person helped me, didnt have whatI needed at that location, was going to check other location. Sales person was going to call me and let me know, never called. I called him later that day and the other store never checked the supply. The sales person was going to check and then call me back, never called. I called the next day, same response, Ill call and then call you back. Never called me back, this happened a total of 6 times. I then found what I was looking for a competitor, got my order filled and delivered before the Scott sales person called me back. Horrible service, will never use them, and when friends come to my home and see what was built, I will let them know to never use Scott for their stone needs.

I have a job I am trying to finish and I cant get them to deliver the product I have already paid for. I have called and was told they would be here in 30 minutes. Now they are closing in half an hour and I still do not have the materials to finish the job. They were paid for the delivery on Tuesday and it is now Friday. Plenty of time. Go somewhere else if you have a job to finish. This is rediculous.

Tough gig getting materials during the pandemic. But Greg went out of his way to deliver a solution that was a win-win for both of us. Highly recomment working with Greg and this outlet. They know how to make customers happy.

Highly recommend Scott Stone! I called 15 places trying to find a place that carried the specific Techo-Bloc I was interested in using so I could see it first, but nobody had it and nobody was willing to help me order a sample. Then I called Scott Stone and spoke with Greg who was incredibly kind and helpful. He immediately offered to order me whatever samples I wanted. He followed up a week later to let me know he had them and then he brought them out and loaded them into my car for me. He really helped me out! I would be too scared to order such an expensive material for my backyard unseen. Really appreciate Greg’s help and will be back to purchase from him.
