A great place to get information. The employees are very knowledgeable and they do a great job. They also do install (windows and doors, frame trim and siding). The men who work in the field are also very kind a pleasure to work with.

I wont bore you with the details but if you are looking for someone to help, answer questions or display a tiny bit of customer service find somewhere else to go. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time and I definitely wont be going back and Im sure it wont matter to either guy I spoke with today.

Terrible customer service. I have been trying to order a Timberlake cabinet and have provided all necessary info for getting a price quote and ordering. I Always get promises of being called back and of course it never happens. Just excuses as to why the only person that can help me is too busy.

I own a house for which the builder used 84 Lumber for the windows. At the beginning of August the outer pane of a double pane window was shattered. I called 84 Lumber for a new window, and gave them pictures, measurements, and other information that they requested. I still do not have a new window over 3 months later! These guys are ridiculous - always nice on the phone, but never any follow through.

Where to even begin..worst customer service i have ever experienced! I 1st walked into this business on June 19th, 2017. When i walked in no one greeted me or asked if i needed any help finding what i was looking for. After wandering around the warehouse and not finding what i was looking for i walked up to the front desk and told Rick that it was my 1st time there so i didnt know where to look for what i was looking for or how much it would cost. They dont seem to like putting prices on a lot of things. He seemed annoyed from the get go. I was looking for a prehung exterior door and he did find me one i could order so i decided to place the order same day, which was the 19th. I was asking some questions about it and he just seemed so annoyed the whole time. I honestly didnt mind at the time because i am inexperienced when it comes to buying doors. Anyway, i paid for the door and he told me it would be in around a week later. June 30th my husband call for an update on the door and they said they couldnt find the order and would have to call us back. July 1st some other guy who was pretty friendly called me and told me the door was never ordered and i would have to repeat my order because it wasnt in the system at all. Today July 14th i finally got a call to pick up my door. I came in same day and asked Rick, the guy who originally helped me what happened with my door. He said these things happen all the time believe it or not. He informed me that he had a family issue and had to leave NC so he wasnt here. He also told me all the employees are new so they arent at fault either. Rick let me know he was in this business for over 2 years and knew all about customer service but that this is just the way it is. He started walked outside the store to send me on my way. So if you arent in a rush what so ever to complete your project this is the place to go.

This place is a circus. Do not do business with these folks as theyre clearly incompetent.

The quality of lumber that was delivered to my home for a deck project was poor. I would purchase from HD or Lowes next time before going back.

Went there this morning for the first time to check for some lumber. Building was open, but not a soul around to help out. After waiting way too long, I left. Off to Lowes...
