Just found this store today. I was shopping for a mini flag. Everyone at the store greeted me, asked if I needed help, and were super friendly. I ended up buying a mat also. Will definitely return. The customer service was amazing! ♥️

I needed a key duplicated for my old Chevy truck. Yep I lost one. In the past I have tried using the automated key duplicating machines in some of the large stores with limited success. Town & Country has always done the best key duplicating for me. However they cannot provide keys with computer chips which are needed to start newer vehicles. But hey can duplicate the physical key part so you could open the door to get to the keys accidentally locked in the vehicle.

I love this store. Friendly with some hard to find items like a large variety of metric hardware.

I generally like going to locally owned establishments for a variety of reasons. While I recognize the prices are not as good as box stores the service normally is really good. I have been to this location and one older gentleman has continued to ruin my experience. When I ask him for assistance he always seems put off, I have bitten my tongue this far after visiting there 10 times in last 2 months. All other associates are great. Hate for one grouchy old man to ruin my experience and others too.

They have a nice variety of plants n flowers outside annuals n perrinials.

Took my chef knife to get sharpened and they didnt even sharpen it and when i went back suggested I take it somewhere else. Extremely disappointed didnt even offer a refund.

Gave this a 4 based on selection of items. Smaller store but has the essentials. Seemed like they had multiple cashiers open and the workers were friendly and the popcorn was pre-bagged and good!

I went here to pick something up for my daughter. I found the place and staff very nice, but they were rigid on processes and rules that werent expected. They were very nice about putting our order in the car and processing the checkout.

Helpful folks, give that little bit of extra advice. Never hard to find them like at some of the bigger box stores. You may pay just a bit more, but thats a no brainier for the service and convenience.

This was my 1st time visiting your store. I needed a nut and bolt for my lower oven drawer. What cost $30 online at the part wharehouse cost less than a dollar. I couldnt have found the right combination so quickly if it wasnt for your friendly and helpful staff.

I live right down the road and come here a lot. They always have what I need, and the employees are very helpful. Much easier to get stuff from than the big stores.

I knew exactly what I needed but apparently I have to let the employees help me. Guess what, he gave me the wrong part. There are two very similar hoses and he handed me the wrong one. So now I will drive 20 minutes back to exchange it. I was trying to support a local business but it is back to Lowes from now on. Update :returned the hose but had to get more help from a guy that coughed all over me. Of course he had no mask on.

This is a very clean store with a surprisingly good stock of merchandise for a smaller store. Unlike the big box hardware stores, you get much more personal attention and advice here. The store is very well organized and neat although, it is packed to the gills.

Great neighborhood hardware store. So much quicker and more convenient than the big box places, and they usually have most things I need for the household.

I know going in that whatever I get will cost a bit more than it would at Walmart, Home Depot, or Lowes. To me, the convenience, assistance, friendliness, and ease of getting in an out is well worth it!

I love coming in to this store. The staff are always friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I always buy our Stihl products here, as well as the Benjamin Moore paint. If you want quality paint, with paint matches that are spot on, this is your paint store. I find everything I need for my yard, bird feeding and home. It is so nice to have a store where I can find all of my needs with a home town feel. I would highly recommend this store.

Great selection and convenient, but since this former Ace store was taken over by Town and Country, customer service has gone out the window. The front clerk, Millie, is still just as pleasant, friendly and helpful as ever, but the only other staff member there will not even make eye contact much less offer help. On one occasion I asked him for help and he was visibly annoyed at having to look up from his laptop. He must be a manager of some sort the way he struts around the place. Now, I only go when I have no choice and I know how to find what I am looking for. Its a shame because it used to be such a great store.

This is a hardware store affiliated with Ace Hardware. They have a selection of items that you would expect at a hardware store including seasonal items and yard items. The staff make the place. I am always greeted and directed to the area of the store for the item I am looking for. The staff are generally knowledgeable, more knowledgeable than the staff at the big box stores. That alone can be make the visit worth it.

Never bash a mom and pop shop for being a little more expensive. This is a great alternative to Lowes. They may not have everything, but its a pretty nice and niche little spot. The people are friendly and the bird seed is actually better priced than most big box stores. I recommend!!!

This store has always treated me right. The customer service and easy check out is awesome. I dont think the negative reviews are warranted. Merchandise selection could not be better.

I like the people and the convenience of this store. It is right-sized for my needs, including everything from bird feeders to seasonal plants to nuts and bolts (literally). Maybe its part of a large corporation but it certainly feels local and welcoming.

Nice feel of a small town hardware store and went there to avoid the crowds at the big hardware stores. Ran into one employee on an aisle that was friendly. Then the experience went downhill when we had to check out with the cashier who only said hey or something to acknowledge us when we walked in, after I said hi, how are you? Wouldnt speak to us at the register despite me and my wife being friendly and saying hello again. Only could grumble our total due and I also purchased an exchange for propane tank. I asked if we just need to meet him by the box of tanks out front and he nodded. After meeting him out front to exchange our tank and thanking him, again completely ignored and no acknowledgment. This is completely inexcusable and I hold no excuses for that type of attitude. I wont be returning and rather just deal with the big box retailer if thats the customer service Ill get here.

The people at this store have the personality of a wet mop, they are rude and non interested in helping the customers. When my boyfriend and I were looking around, i tried to be cheerful and I asked if they had swings? The fellow names Marshall gave me a grumpy look and said loudly No. As we just looked at the huge wind chimes and I checked their volume once, he looked at me as if I had set the store on fire. Besides all of this, as I checked out the young guy at the register being rude also did not even bag my purchase until I asked if they put stuff in bags there. With all of this being said, I will doubtfully set foot in this store again.

Not a locally owned hardware store. Part of a corporation buying local hardware store chains and turning them into generic little boxes. Theres at least 8 of these in the area. Find your closest Ace, Do It Best, True Value, or other locally owned hardware stores. Lowes is more local than these stores.

Man working in the back with chainsaws was awesome. Kids working up front were awful...incredibly rude and actaully started mouthing off in front my my two young kids. I would rather spend more money and have quality customer service then deal with people like that.

Just a poorly run store. Merchandise is not accurately reflected in their systems for quantity on hand and when I brought up the issue it remained unfixed. The small town feel it provides is not worth the time and energy. With a management change this store could be quite nice

This store is a big disappointment. Bought one drop cord 4 days before the pre-Florence storm rush. Tried to return it. Was denied because it was a storm related item. Was told by store manager -Ed, its the owners call and not mine. The cord was ever used or taken out of the package. I get some folks abuse the return policy, but why do those that do not have to be punished. I have been trying not to give my business to the big box stores, but Ed and this policy have seen the last of me and my neighbors.

Yesterday I attempted to buy an adapter for my dishwasher. I needed a different size than the one that came with the machine as I do not have a standard faucet in my sink. I was directed to a young man who said he needed to ask his Manager for help. Several minutes later he reappeared and asked me to explain again what I needed. I showed him pictures of my faucet from my cell phone and off he went again. When he returned this time, I asked if the Manager could possibly be bothered to come and speak to me and was told NO since the Manager was BUSY. I never saw a Manager.Great customer service. I typically spend $200/month for bird seed and he just lost me as a customer.

This hardware store used to be my go-to place for any garden needs... I bought all my STIHL equipments there and loved them! But recently I feel this store is falling apart. The store staff seems grumpy and inattentive. There was two recent incidents that I encountered with very unpleasant experience. One month ago, I tried to order a STIHL trimmer part through them, but nothing seemed to get done over the phone. So I had to visit the store to have the order placed. One weeks later, there was no follow-up. And it turned out they never even placed the order for me ...... Last week, I went there again to get my mower blades sharpened, waited at the counter for over 15 minutes, no one bothered to receive me, and there was probably only one employee in the entire store.... I guess I wont patronize this store any time soon.....
