This was my first time purchasing a mattress and Warren did such an amazing job helping me make a decision. He asked very thorough questions and helpedme find a mattress that was tailored to my needs. Price was also of concern to me (I’m moving out on my own for the first time and don’t have thousands of dollars to spend on a mattress) but with Warren’s help, I got an amazing deal on a really great mattress and adjustable base!

Nice salespeople (although some definitely have the icky, used car salesman thing going on). The products are quality and there is a nice variety. I would have provided a higher rating but the return policy was terrible. I was forced to pay for a bed-frame (free when making purchase) in order to return the mattress. There are also “restocking fees” etc. ilIf you buy a mattress here, make sure you won’t need to return it.

I told Warren my price point and he was super helpful, knowledgeable, and was never pushy at all (which is usually the struggle with salespeople haha). He explained why I may toss and turn and helped me figure out which mattress would be best to stop that. He left me for a few min so I could decide between 2 mattresses and since he started helping someone else, the other salesman came to help me with checking out (his name is escaping me which is really bothering me cause he was also super nice and helpful and we talked about movies). I walked into the store - Mattress Firm - intending to purchase a unit I’d viewed on their website, which cost $149. The saleswoman who greeted me - Faith (I don’t remember her last name) - took great care of me. I was definitely very price conscious, not wanting to spend any more than I absolutely had to because I’ll only need this mattress for 12 months, as I’ll be purchasing an RV then to live in full-time. And the RV will come completely furnished, including a mattress.So what ended up happening? I bought a MUCH better memory foam mattress on sale for $300 ($600 regular price). It happened due mostly to her professionalism combined with a pleasant personality and what I perceived to be her integrity and credibility .Bottom line - I ended up spending twice as much as I intended (keep in mind price was my primary factor walking in) but am very happy I did. It’s a much better mattress, but it was how Faith handled herself that made this happen. I am writing this review the day after, having had plenty of time to re-think it. I have NO buyer’s remorse!

My SO and I walked in here as the last stop of a full day of checking out beds in various furniture stores looking for the best deal we could find. We are both very glad we did. As we walked inside we were greeted with warmth and kindness by Faith and a personality that didn’t seem eager to sell me something but rather eager to help me fully understand the options available to us and what would best suit our needs. The bed we purchased was the first new bed for both my partner and I and we truly could not be happier with the end result. Faith treated us with patience and kindness and seemed genuinely determined to help us find the bed that suited us best. We spent plenty of time on the showroom trying different models per her advice, all of which were great options, but eventually settled on an astounding deal on a very high-end model from their outlet. Despite having the option of buying outright Faith still took the time to run through my financing options and find the plan that was right for us. She explained everything very clearly - no frills or salesman BS. Not only did we get the bed of our dreams at an unbelievable price, we got it financed in a way that made sense for us. Whether considering one of the low end models or the high-end model we eventually landed on, Faith treated us with the same patience and amazing customer service from front to back. It is very clear that she knows what she is doing and cares about her job. Experiences like this leave an impression. She didn’t treat us like customers but rather like family and found us the bed that made sense for us in every way. We truly could not be more happy with our experience today and we know where we will be taking our business directly from here on out.

My service with Mattress Firm was excellent...Mr. Leon Cooper was very Professional from start to finish with showing me the items I asked for at the onset of entering the store...I wanted a extra firm mattress set. He showed me the perfect matress set only to find out after completing the application process...it was unaffordable for me...I had added 2 pillows and a mattress cover which raised the priceMr Leon upon my request took off the pillows and mattress cover and still the monthly payments were to high for me...After going through that process seeing that I was frustrated and ready to give up. Thursday before Labor Day weekend I brought my mother into this Mattress Firm looking to get her a new mattress. She has COPD and has a hard time breathing laying down. We saw they were giving a free heads-up adjustable base with the purchase of a mattress.At about 7pm we went into the store and were greeted by Leon. He was professional and courteous. He asked what we were looking for and showed us some options. We probably looked at half the mattresses in there, and stayed until about 8:05pm. My mother liked a Sterns and Foster Rockwell Estate mattress. We left to think about it and come back later.Again, We went back the next Thursday @ 6:50pm which was the last day of the Labor Day sale. I remembered which mattresses we looked at but completely messed up remembering the pricing and which mattresses came with the free base. Again, Leon was patient, explained pricing, and gave me a deal on a Sterns and Foster Rockwell Estate Luxury Firm mattress with a Mattress Firm 300 heads and feet up adjustable base. We set up delivery for today the 27th.I’ve called a few times to see if it came in early beings I just threw out her old mattress. He said it will probably be the 27th.2 days ago Leon called me with bad news. The mattress we ordered was not on the truck and will be delayed until mid November due to Covid. He then offered us a $800 more expensive Kingsdown mattress for the same price, this way she would have a mattress to sleep on. On top of that, due to the inconvenience he said when her Sterns and Foster comes in he will swap it out and wave the restocking fee.I give them an 11 on a 10 scale. The sales side was great. My mother and I are not easy to deal with and we were indecisive and tried to haggle Leon. I’m in sales myself, so I felt for Leon. He was patient and sincere.We also met Faith when my mom went back to look at the mattress again after the purchase. She was also awesome.Delivery was great. Today, Juan and Fatino delivered and set up the base and mattress. They called to let me know they were 30 minutes out so I wasn’t guessing on the 2 hour window. They were quick, friendly, and professional. They demonstrated the base and offered to adjust the height again for my mother’s safety and comfort.All together, this is what I call a TOP NOTCH customer experience. Great pricing. Great Service. Will refer friends and family. Will definitely go back for my next mattress.

This review is about two months late (so sorry!) but I have been meaning to come brag on this store and in particular Faith.My husband and I were looking for a new bed. We wanted a king size. We had gone to a local shop, and found a bed frame we really liked, but wanted to check our options at other places and check other mattresses.We started at Rooms To Go, right next door. It was not a good time at all. There was a super condescending seller trying to sell us stuff outside our price range and judging us because we said we could not afford what he was trying to sell us.Therefore, we sneaked out and were just planning on driving home, now disappointed and in a bad mood. My husband asked if we wanted to check Mattress Firm, and I was apprehensive after such a bad experience next door, but we went anyways, and I am so glad we did.Faith was working and we explained to her the horrible time we had just had. First of all, the store had a great sale going. Faith asked what our price range was, we told her, and she showed us to a section of beds that was within our price. No judgement, no questions, just accepting and kind. We found the perfect mattress, and Faith got us all set up for delivery, which she made super easy for us. We left in a much better mood thanks to Faith and her awesomeness.She was so awesome, and when the need for another new mattress comes around, I will definitely be returning.

When I explained the situation (and, in my stress, making what might have been a huge faux pas with another sales person by telling her how much we could afford), she assured me that we would be able to get the bed we wanted. She really worked hard to make sure that, despite our limitations, we would get the best bang for our buck and still get a bed well no doubt enjoy for years to come, and she did it all with a smile and super friendly demeanor. I came in here looking for a mattress and they made the process so easy. I came in and tried a few mattress and in under 10 minutes found the one that I liked. The process for buying the mattress was super easy. The associate who helped me, Faith, was super nice and helpful.

The board outside the door says free same day delivery, it will take 4 days to deliver even the product is in stock. Prices are also not reasonable.

I didnt purchase a mattress with Mattress Firm but that didnt stop them from giving me the utmost professional and helpful customer service. All I was looking for was a box spring and I chose Mattress Firm over other mattress stores because when I spoke with Ricky on the phone he was extremely helpful and even offered to help me load the box spring on my car. He gave me honest advice about how to care for my mattress and showed me different options of mattress protectors. Ultimately he could tell I was hesitant about paying for delivery so Ricky himself loaded the box spring in his car and he and another associate Ben carried it three flights of stairs up to my apartment. I dont think I would have gotten such amazing customer service anywhere else, I was so impressed. Thank you Ricky!

Update: After posting my original review (below), we were contacted again by our original salesperson. He issued us a refund which more than made up the difference discussed below. While I am not pleased with how our initial interactions went, this was made right after I posted my initial review.---When we purchased our mattress we were told by David, our salesperson, that he was able to give us a mattress protector, delivery, and free pillows for only $0.88 more than the price of the mattress AND that the mattress price was covered by a low price guarantee where they would issue a refund if you found a lower price.When I found a lower price for a comparable mattress two weeks after our purchase, it turned out that instead of receiving the protector, delivery, and pillows for $0.88, we had paid handsomely for all three and the discount had been taken against the mattress instead. This had the effect of artificially lowering the price of the mattress so that it was competitive with others, while only providing us with extras we didnt need (which we only agreed to because the salesperson told us they were only $0.88 above the mattress set price).When I called David, our salesperson, to ask about the low price guarantee, and discovered this discrepancy, he was unwilling to accept a return for the pillows and mattress protector even after he understood that we felt that we had been misled when purchasing them. He insisted the pillows and mattress protector were added value and seemed wholly unconcerned that the only reason we purchased them was because he promised they were only $0.88 more.My advice: Do not rely on the low price guarantee, thinking that you can always comparison shop for price after your purchase if you allow them to talk you into free extras, and do not buy from this location. While I am pleased with the mattress we purchased so far, I am not at all pleased with how our salesperson handled the sale or our interaction afterward.
