No COVID-19 protocols at all. I was told that I didnt need to wear my mask by the owner. None of the employees were. The owner talked to me about my ethnicity/race and other people of color too much where it made me uncomfortable. He was trying to be friendly/nice and he generally was except that he made a comment about Mexicans not wanting to learn English. Service was very quick though. I never write google reviews but I had to write about this. I should have listened to the other review that had a similar experience and gone to AAA.
It’s always hard spending money on your vehicle but these guys made it a great experience. They diagnosed my problem quickly and were super great to work with. I never felt pressured and they took the time to explain everything I had questions about. Super happy to have found them.

They changed my oil and inspected the car, which was fine enough, but the owner spent a long time masklessly chatting about how everyone should speak English, using the n-word to talk about how his cop friend hates Black people, and how he understands that sentiment.

Allbrands auto care genuinely cares about its customers, I went in to visit the shop to have my brakes replaced a few days ago. Jimmy one of the owners at the shop is an extremely friendly guy and went far and beyond with great customer service! I highly recommend visiting their auto shop ( they are also looking to help you in your best interest rather than overprice you for service and repairs )
I only needed a checkup for my car and this shop had good reviews, so I decided to try it. Volvo recommends a maintenance checkup be done every few thousand miles and they provide a maintenance book for the mechanic to sign when they complete it.I attempted to schedule an appointment online for Preventative Maintenance. After submitting, the page said I would receive a confirmation email. I didnt receive an email, so about 20 minutes until the appointment I called to let them know what happened. The woman who answered the phone and was disrespectful and even a little sassy. She said she had no appointment for me on their calendar and that I should have called, because it is faster than the online portal. I was surprised she was treating a potential customer like this on the phone, but I asked if I could still come in for a checkup and she said yes. I already felt nervous to meet her in person because of how she made me feel on the phone.When I got to the shop, she treated me the same, disrespectful way. She looked exasperated and annoyed with me. I was polite with every interaction I had, hoping my positive attitude would illicit a kinder response...she continued to treat me with a bad attitude.Jimmy said nothing needed to be fixed with my car and that all the fluids were fine as well. He explained the maintenance light may be on because the mechanic I went to for an oil change could have forgotten to reset it. I tried explaining to him that my light had not gone on before I got the oil change, and that I thought it was because it was time for my routine checkup. He repeated the same thing. Overall, I left feeling like he did not listen to my concerns and the woman in the office treated me like I had been the biggest inconvenience for her (on a day she said they had no appointments scheduled!). I do not know if I can trust that my car is truly as fine as Jimmy described because I cant confirm his theory about the maintenance light.I want to trust that this shop treats their customers better than this because of the other reviews, so I am sharing my honest experience as objectively as I can.
Jimmy and his team truly went above and beyond when servicing my vehicle. There is a total family vibe within this repair shop and they are HONEST, GOOD FOLKS. The pricing is extremely reasonable and they will not try to sell you services that your vehicle does not need. The repair shop is clean and the service is stellar. They keep you informed through out the entire process, so there are no surprises when its time to pay the bill. Simply put, they treat you like family and I will definitely return for all my servicing needs!!!
All Brands Car Care treats their customers better than any car-related business I have experienced. I appreciate the investments theyve made recently to the business, from repainting the facility to their new oil-change alert stickers. This has been my primary mechanic ever since it used to be a Meineke. Service has always been quick and they have yet to misdiagnose any of my many issues that Ive brought to them. The prices theyve charged have always been reasonable. Jimmy, the man in charge, is a great person who you can trust.

Jimmy and crew are awesome. Not only are they honest and affordable, they showed me exactly the problem. They were very kind during the repair from some other cut-rate mechanics lazy work. I appreciate that they were open with me every step of the way and didnt try to cheat me or convince me to repair something unnecessary. Worst customer service, there is an angry and disrespectful old woman in their office. She was just angry to see me get in the office and in the end I have to leave without service for voicing my frustration about how she was treating me.
